The Guardian for this meeting was SophiaSharon Larnia. The comments are by SophiaSharon Larnia.

So many of the sessions where I am GoC have no common thread, and this session seems to be one of them. Eliza and Cal were in the pavilion when I arrived late...Fael and Steve arrived later... Topics included SL oddities, Drop Day exercises, Festivals and Ice Cream trucks, Fael's beautiful purple dress made for twirling, fatty food and orbs of sin (doughnuts), jumping in the fountain, and a spooky house called Winchester house in California...

    Eliza Madrigal: Hi Cal :)
    Calvino Rabeni: Hello, Eliza!
Eliza Madrigal: Whatcha up to? heh
Calvino Rabeni: SL oddities, like unexpected floating....
    Eliza Madrigal smiles
    SophiaSharon Larnia: hi :))
    Eliza Madrigal: Hi Sharon! :)
Calvino Rabeni: Hi SSL, good evening :)
    --BELL--
SophiaSharon Larnia: I only see 2 pillows, the ones you're sitting on
Eliza Madrigal: Cute hat Sharon :)
SophiaSharon Larnia: sorry to stand like this but i see no pillows, and Eliza has no hair at all, but everything else is completely rezzed
SophiaSharon Larnia: its the strangest thing
    Eliza Madrigal: Hm...
Eliza Madrigal: Cal was floating a minute ago
Eliza Madrigal: So SL is playing :)
Eliza Madrigal: Strangely though, you rezzed a cushion but to my sight are sitting on the floor!
SophiaSharon Larnia: sorry I'm late I ran in through the door like i was being chased^^
    SophiaSharon Larnia: hmm
    Eliza Madrigal: hehe, No worries
SophiaSharon Larnia: your hairs back , will be a sec i guess
Calvino Rabeni: There is a round pillow belonging to moon
    Eliza Madrigal: Ah
Calvino Rabeni: now your'e on it
    Eliza Madrigal: yup
Calvino Rabeni: and it is on the usual blue zafu
SophiaSharon Larnia: dont mind me, you were saying? ;)
Eliza Madrigal: Not much yet :)
Calvino Rabeni: Oh, pretty much the same!
Calvino Rabeni: Like, SL has odd behavior
Calvino Rabeni: SSL has one arm raised
SophiaSharon Larnia: did you claim the log??
    SophiaSharon Larnia: i do??
Calvino Rabeni: Hmm, everything appears as normal now
Eliza Madrigal: I did but please feel free :)
SophiaSharon Larnia: i think im going to ignore this, sorry :)))

SophiaSharon Larnia: I did the drop day on Saturday :))
    SophiaSharon Larnia: and scribbled notes
    Eliza Madrigal: During the concert?
    SophiaSharon Larnia: yes
Eliza Madrigal: Ah, great... will you share the notes?
SophiaSharon Larnia: it was an festival, a 3 day camping thing
Calvino Rabeni: What concert were you in,
    Calvino Rabeni: OK
SophiaSharon Larnia: i didnt camp this time
SophiaSharon Larnia: yes, i will eventually :)
Eliza Madrigal: but you have before? that's so neat
Eliza Madrigal remembers sleeping out for concert tickets...
SophiaSharon Larnia: i used to love that sort of thing
Calvino Rabeni: I saw several posters for such events recently
    SophiaSharon Larnia: folk festivals mostly
SophiaSharon Larnia: at the point now where i just the drive in camper ^^
SophiaSharon Larnia: i just want** i meant
    Eliza Madrigal: :))
Eliza Madrigal: Ohhh idea... PaB winnebego
SophiaSharon Larnia: pab on the road
Calvino Rabeni: !!! Imagining a traveling vehicle with a loudspeaker
SophiaSharon Larnia: and bam, all the cushions rez
    Eliza Madrigal: heheh
SophiaSharon Larnia: it sure would get attention..... and sound like a cult LOL
    Eliza Madrigal giggles
Eliza Madrigal: We already went over the checklist and decided we're not a cult
    SophiaSharon Larnia: nods nods :P
Calvino Rabeni: Some countries have these - they go down the road, loudspeakers blaring to advertise an event or a political party
SophiaSharon Larnia: we do too, its called the ice cream truck
    Eliza Madrigal: ahahahha
Calvino Rabeni: There is probably a law about it in the US - because it ONLY happens for ice cream
Calvino Rabeni: imagine that - the one exception, mmm, why?
SophiaSharon Larnia: free speech vs public disturbance ie harrassment
    --BELL--
Calvino Rabeni: Right, ice cream gets a free pass
Calvino Rabeni: What would happen, if you had a truck that sold hot dogs instead? (or some other traditional food)
Calvino Rabeni: Or, if it used speech instead of music?
    Fael Illyar: meep! :)
SophiaSharon Larnia: well, i give passes out to anyone with ice cream

    SophiaSharon Larnia: hi Fael!
    Eliza Madrigal: Hi Fael!
Calvino Rabeni: Suppose there were a truck that just went down the road laughing
Eliza Madrigal: You're up late again... hayfever?
    Calvino Rabeni: or saying :)meep
Eliza Madrigal: wow.... looking stunning too
SophiaSharon Larnia: zooms in on Fael ^^^
Fael Illyar smiles 'Imagining the truck going down the road meeping.'
    SophiaSharon Larnia: beautiful
    Fael Illyar beams happily.
Calvino Rabeni: All eyes on Fael
    Calvino Rabeni: It's rather floral
Calvino Rabeni: When U first appeared I thought it could be Moon
    Fael Illyar: Moon?
SophiaSharon Larnia: whats a twirling purplishous?
Fael Illyar: I'm not sure if hay fever has it's part in me being here but maybe.
Calvino Rabeni: Yes, Moon Fargis has many plants / flowers - that part of the avatar
Fael Illyar: Twirling Purplishous is what Bleu called me when I bumped into her a few hours ago :)
Calvino Rabeni: The wings remind me of the vapours of scent from the flower
    SophiaSharon Larnia: giggles
    SophiaSharon Larnia: youre floating
Calvino Rabeni: Calvino Rabeni is tempted
    Eliza Madrigal: wow
    SophiaSharon Larnia: its mermaidesque
    Fael Illyar: there :)
    Eliza Madrigal nods
    SophiaSharon Larnia: :))
Fael Illyar: can't quite snapshot that, unfortunately :)
SophiaSharon Larnia: i can not I am not on my own computer and the graphics are terrible
Calvino Rabeni: SL has no video camera yet ?
Fael Illyar: as far as I'm aware, no video camera for SL so far
SophiaSharon Larnia: theres a way thats done, but i forget how, ive seen many youtube videos like that
Fael Illyar: of course, I think any program can be recorded in some way
Eliza Madrigal: people do seem to make 'movies' in SL
Fael Illyar: but the last I tried any of those, it used up so much power from the system that the picture ended up choppy

SophiaSharon Larnia: but yes, Eliza, re drop day, i meant to write haikus, but the 5-7-5 required more concentration than felt right for the moment
    Eliza Madrigal nods... understand
Eliza Madrigal: I took very simple notes, and Pema wrote a mini book! :)
SophiaSharon Larnia: so i went through the alphebet instead LOL
SophiaSharon Larnia: oh??? is it posted?
    Eliza Madrigal nods... in contributions
    Eliza Madrigal: the alphabet??
    Eliza Madrigal: hehe
    Eliza Madrigal: that's wonderful
Calvino Rabeni: A is for Alphabet
Calvino Rabeni: B is for Being
Calvino Rabeni: C is for ....
SophiaSharon Larnia: yes, the alliteration felt good
    Fael Illyar: meep :)
Fael Illyar: oh right, I also got called meeplishious :)
Eliza Madrigal: look forward to reading that Sharon... am impressed that you took them during a festival
    Eliza Madrigal: hahah Fael
Calvino Rabeni: Calvino Rabeni is imaginging, Play as Being as a children's book
Calvino Rabeni: Or written by Dr. Seuss
    SophiaSharon Larnia: frozen?
SophiaSharon Larnia: oops now Im not, sorry computer probs
Eliza Madrigal: 'you're frozen... when your heart's not open...."
Calvino Rabeni: I bit, Sharon I guess - droping in and out of "away" status quickly
Eliza Madrigal: madonna's best album :)
SophiaSharon Larnia: why not? nice idea Cal
Calvino Rabeni: It could work, yes !
SophiaSharon Larnia: hmm, im ignoring that too *dropped*
Fael Illyar looks confused about the conversation.
Eliza Madrigal: then you fit right in Fael :)
    Fael Illyar: haha :)
SophiaSharon Larnia: it has a dr suess flavor, what i wrote
    Eliza Madrigal loves the dr
Calvino Rabeni: There's a saying - not sure whose - "If you aren't confused, then you haven't been paying attention"
Calvino Rabeni: But the children just ride with it
Calvino Rabeni: On a carpet of nonsense
SophiaSharon Larnia: and the adults pick it apart?
Fael Illyar: ah yes, true :)
Calvino Rabeni: A magic carpet that shouldn't really be able to fly
Calvino Rabeni: ... but it does!
Calvino Rabeni: That is "language" :)
SophiaSharon Larnia: we were born to fly
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
Fael Illyar: well, I do sometimes carpet meeps but...
    --BELL--
    Fael Illyar: Hi Steve :)
stevenaia Michinaga: hello, you are up late Fael
    Eliza Madrigal: Hi Steve :)
    SophiaSharon Larnia: hi Steve
stevenaia Michinaga: Hi ELiza, Cal and Shophia
    SophiaSharon Larnia: giggles
Fael Illyar: Yes, woke up, made breakfast, come to computer, looked at my email, read an article, looked at the time.... O.O it's 5:30AM?
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
SophiaSharon Larnia: :O ive done that many times
stevenaia Michinaga: I do that now and then and catch the 1:00 am session in progress
Calvino Rabeni: With me, it's 7am session
Fael Illyar: almost went back to bed but figured I'd come see if there's something interesting going on :)
stevenaia Michinaga: I enjoy when I catch moon's plantings
Calvino Rabeni: You were it :)
SophiaSharon Larnia: just my first night session, nothing :))))
    Fael Illyar: haha :)
Eliza Madrigal tries to think of ways to be more entertaining
Calvino Rabeni: Calvino Rabeni is dullsville
SophiaSharon Larnia: sorry , all energized on green tea with ginseng lol
    Calvino Rabeni: OI
Fael Illyar: Well, I am trying to get the hang of keeping my hay fever at bay by ... umm... accepting it.
Eliza Madrigal: wow... in IM someone ws just telling me about green teas...
    Eliza Madrigal: with ginseng
Eliza Madrigal: and I'm not kidding :)
    SophiaSharon Larnia: smiles
    SophiaSharon Larnia: and nods
Fael Illyar: quite difficult if I may say :)
Eliza Madrigal giggles... didn't realize it can be so expensive
    Eliza Madrigal: like a wine
SophiaSharon Larnia: yes Fael, hard to ignore :)
stevenaia Michinaga: good always has it's price
Fael Illyar: green tea has become an artform too
SophiaSharon Larnia: i got it cheaper this weekend
stevenaia Michinaga: good did or tea did?
Eliza Madrigal: yes... was just looking at these sites of various kinds...
Fael Illyar: I've got a small can of powdered macha tea in the cupboard still... I think bout half is left
Calvino Rabeni: There's a tea store in San Francisco - sells the high priced varietals, like with wine
Eliza Madrigal: guess it can have a following ... tastings and such
Fael Illyar: it was like 10 euros, a small can
Calvino Rabeni: I prefer as the old standby - Gunpowder Green
Calvino Rabeni: About 16 euros / kg, in bulk
Eliza Madrigal: I learned that the macha green tea at starbucks can be asked for without syrup
Eliza Madrigal: making it far better :)
    Calvino Rabeni: !!! Wow
Fael Illyar: urgh, they put syrup in it unless you ask them not to?
    Eliza Madrigal: yes
    SophiaSharon Larnia: urgh yes
SophiaSharon Larnia: welcome to the usa
Eliza Madrigal: unless it is a starbucks that isn't really a starbucks
Calvino Rabeni: I thought it came together, syrup and all
    Eliza Madrigal: indeed Sharon :)
Eliza Madrigal: Nope... they add it so you can ask them to leave it out
Calvino Rabeni: A part of life - deconstructed
Fael Illyar can well see how some people get the idea to ask "ok, so who do I shoot?"

SophiaSharon Larnia: they are now saying studies show that pesticides do indeed cause adhd in children
    SophiaSharon Larnia: doh
Eliza Madrigal: parents know all these things but are talked out of it by 'studies'
SophiaSharon Larnia: i dont think they ask, Fael
Calvino Rabeni: Also, that saturated fats don't raise risk of heart disease
Eliza Madrigal: until years later they come back and say "Oh... wait..."
Calvino Rabeni: You can put butter etc, back on the list and "drop" all the skim milk
Eliza Madrigal never took butter off her list :)
    SophiaSharon Larnia: hehe
Calvino Rabeni: Full fat flavors - don't result in full fat people
Fael Illyar: I've ignored the low fat craze myself ... well ok, not. I'm still on the lookout and avoid anything low fat.
    Calvino Rabeni: Odd, hun
    SophiaSharon Larnia: haha Fael
Eliza Madrigal: it has to be about paying attention....
Fael Illyar: sometimes it's the only option though :/
    Fael Illyar grumbles.
    Eliza Madrigal nods
    SophiaSharon Larnia: and much cheaper
Calvino Rabeni: Rye is a good grain
Calvino Rabeni: Not popular enough in the US
    SophiaSharon Larnia: laughs :))
Eliza Madrigal likes the 'eat what you want but walk a lot' model
Calvino Rabeni: Yes, that is a good diet plan
SophiaSharon Larnia: didnt work for me, but then again, they say stuff you do at work doesnt count
SophiaSharon Larnia: walk what you want but eat a lot
Calvino Rabeni: My diet plan is - eat anything once and a while, but watch the habits
    Eliza Madrigal: I wonder why
    Eliza Madrigal giggles at Sharon
    SophiaSharon Larnia: ;p
Calvino Rabeni: Like, a donut once a year is fine
Fael Illyar: I can't say I have a plan :) I eat what I felt like buying at the shop :)
Eliza Madrigal: Oh donuts are the devil ;-)
SophiaSharon Larnia: a donut once a day is fine
Calvino Rabeni: but twice a week at the office, probably not good
    SophiaSharon Larnia: orbs of sin
    stevenaia Michinaga: :)
    Eliza Madrigal giggles hysterically
    Calvino Rabeni: Sinfully Delicious
Calvino Rabeni: Chances are that phrase is trademarked :)
Fael Illyar: unbelievably diffcult to not rub my eyes every once in a while.
SophiaSharon Larnia: smiles, too much sugar will make it hard to concentrate
SophiaSharon Larnia: laughs, Fael I got that :))
    --BELL--
SophiaSharon Larnia: sorry i have not been very introspective tonight, do I have time to redeem myself....
Calvino Rabeni: What about root vegetables - do they help one feel "grounded"? Calvino Rabeni thinks so
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
SophiaSharon Larnia: :) not as good as leafy
Calvino Rabeni: Calvino Rabeni is getting dizzy, averts gaze
    Fael Illyar: meep! :)
    Fael Illyar: flower garden :)
    Eliza Madrigal: water lilies
    Eliza Madrigal: :::kersplash::::
SophiaSharon Larnia: why are we in the Fountain LOL
SophiaSharon Larnia: jumpin up and down???
Eliza Madrigal: playing as jumping beings
    stevenaia Michinaga: because we can
SophiaSharon Larnia: if i crash its my fault
    SophiaSharon Larnia: :P
    Eliza Madrigal: hehe
stevenaia Michinaga: earlier I flew up to 20,000 meters
    SophiaSharon Larnia: uhoh byebye
    Eliza Madrigal: with a feather?
    Eliza Madrigal: Bye Sharon!
    stevenaia Michinaga: nods
Fael Illyar: Well, I better head back to bed. Thank you for the distraction :)
Calvino Rabeni: If you had a big enough graphics card, you could see the "ground" then?
    stevenaia Michinaga: nothing up there
Eliza Madrigal: Night Fael, feel better :)
Fael Illyar: Have fun everyone :)
SophiaSharon Larnia: help im all the way to reiul i think!!!!
stevenaia Michinaga: don't think I do, but I saw the moon
    Calvino Rabeni: Bye!
    stevenaia Michinaga: and the stars
    Fael Illyar waves meeplishiously.
    Eliza Madrigal: yikes Sharon
SophiaSharon Larnia: am i still there???
    Eliza Madrigal looks around wonderingly
Eliza Madrigal still sees your typing
SophiaSharon Larnia: omg im in space now holy moly
    Eliza Madrigal: hahah
SophiaSharon Larnia: im off the grid
Eliza Madrigal: playing as being in space... off the grid...
    SophiaSharon Larnia: weirdness
Eliza Madrigal: fael signed off and is still here
Eliza Madrigal: Ah, there she goes
Eliza Madrigal: Hm... should go to bed
    stevenaia Michinaga: shoes getting wet
    SophiaSharon Larnia: bye !
SophiaSharon Larnia: have a great night all
Eliza Madrigal: you can warm them in your fire feet Steve
    Eliza Madrigal: Night Sharon, thanks
Eliza Madrigal: Night Steve and Cal :)
    Eliza Madrigal: :::waves::::
    SophiaSharon Larnia: laughs
stevenaia Michinaga: that should dry them out
SophiaSharon Larnia: this computer is slow, im not moving :))
Calvino Rabeni: Steve has "hot foot"
    SophiaSharon Larnia: whoa Steve :))
Calvino Rabeni: That is the script you flew to 20,000?
stevenaia Michinaga: no, that was a feather thing
stevenaia Michinaga: no fire needed there
    Calvino Rabeni: Ah
    stevenaia Michinaga: no air
Calvino Rabeni: There are secret buildings up there?
stevenaia Michinaga: not that high that I found
Calvino Rabeni: SL is mostly flatland - there's the occasional very high platform
Calvino Rabeni: One wish I have, is the ability to dig into the "ground" here
Calvino Rabeni: to excavate basements or caverns
Calvino Rabeni: In RL, the inside of the earth is mysterious
Calvino Rabeni: So a SL version of that would be fun
stevenaia Michinaga: I was actually hoping you dould make something bigger on the inside than the outside\
    Calvino Rabeni: Yes me also!
SophiaSharon Larnia: you could raise a sim as high as it could go, then make tunnels, but it wouldnt be the same
Calvino Rabeni: Regular 3d geometry - why stick with that?
    SophiaSharon Larnia: smiles
    SophiaSharon Larnia: have tp points
stevenaia Michinaga: time for me to go, back to 3d world
    stevenaia Michinaga: world
    SophiaSharon Larnia: bye steve :)
Calvino Rabeni: There was a project that simulated the hypercube in SL
    stevenaia Michinaga: night
    Calvino Rabeni: Bye!
    SophiaSharon Larnia: oh?
    --BELL--
Calvino Rabeni: I forgot the sim name. It was a room, a cube, I think it seemed to go on in every direction inside - or maybe it looped around so you would walk in one direction and keep coming back again after awhile to the same point
Calvino Rabeni: I'm not sure how that was scripted
    SophiaSharon Larnia: cool
SophiaSharon Larnia: yes, or the walls moved
Calvino Rabeni: Some trick, it made the inside appear larger than the outside
    SophiaSharon Larnia: ohh
SophiaSharon Larnia: maybe the floor was moving?
SophiaSharon Larnia: i wish i could see it
Calvino Rabeni: If I find it again I'll send you the landmark - not sure it still exists
SophiaSharon Larnia: have you ever heard of the Winchester house in California?
Calvino Rabeni: !!! I was just thinking that very thing !!!
    Calvino Rabeni: Spooky :)
    SophiaSharon Larnia: smiles
    SophiaSharon Larnia: and nods
Calvino Rabeni: Have you been there, I take it?
SophiaSharon Larnia: i just saw a book on that last week, and pictures are spetactular
SophiaSharon Larnia: no i havent just thought it was interesting
Calvino Rabeni: It's in San Jose CA
Calvino Rabeni: I used to live nearby
    SophiaSharon Larnia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Winchester_Mystery_House
Calvino Rabeni: hmm, i'll check that out
SophiaSharon Larnia: am having trouble finding pictures that are not a tourist site
    SophiaSharon Larnia: you did?
SophiaSharon Larnia: did you see it
    Calvino Rabeni: Yes
    Calvino Rabeni: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rgxXdJ-E5Cw
Calvino Rabeni: That's for the log - a long video
SophiaSharon Larnia: if i crash its my fault
    SophiaSharon Larnia: oh LOL
    SophiaSharon Larnia: ill look later
    SophiaSharon Larnia: :)
Calvino Rabeni: Naturally, there's a big Halloween event there
Calvino Rabeni: (or used to be?)
SophiaSharon Larnia: I'm thinking the woman who owned it was racked by guilt
    SophiaSharon Larnia: and was insane
Calvino Rabeni: Yes, that's the idea
Calvino Rabeni: She believed, the ghosts of the people killed with the winchester rifle were out to get her
Calvino Rabeni: she inherited the fortune, and it felt like blood money
SophiaSharon Larnia: jury is still out weither i beleive in any of that
    SophiaSharon Larnia: yes
Calvino Rabeni: so she had a house that was intended to confuse the ghosts
Calvino Rabeni: who I guess aren't too bright
    SophiaSharon Larnia: right? lol\
Calvino Rabeni: And thus the house was continuously being built upon for the rest of her days
Calvino Rabeni: and she lived a long time
SophiaSharon Larnia: gues no, Go TO feature in the spirit world
Calvino Rabeni: Apparently these ghosts can't Teleport, right
Calvino Rabeni: So they wander, and are trapped in the mazes
SophiaSharon Larnia: what did you think of it
Calvino Rabeni: In eastern terms, that would be a Bardo realm
    SophiaSharon Larnia: feel anything? :)
    SophiaSharon Larnia: nods
Calvino Rabeni: If she had a spiritual advisor from the east, there might have been other options
Calvino Rabeni: When I was traveling in thailand, I noticed the beliefs in ghosts there
SophiaSharon Larnia: she could have also given the money away to charity
Calvino Rabeni: As a redemption - yes
Calvino Rabeni: a lot depended on that psychic advisor, maybe a "medium"
Calvino Rabeni: Were it me, I would have divested of the fortune
Calvino Rabeni: The house is interesting, but I felt it doesn't have a healthy relation to the spirit world
SophiaSharon Larnia: i think i may have also, if i thought the idea had some merit
Calvino Rabeni: but it is a kind of testament to human imagination
SophiaSharon Larnia: it wasnt meant too
Calvino Rabeni: Maybe not a positive image thoug
SophiaSharon Larnia: be a healthy relation
Calvino Rabeni: really it's a kind of ghost world built into RL with lumber
SophiaSharon Larnia: i was taken by how beautiful the items in the house were
SophiaSharon Larnia: and rooms of supplies for furthur building
SophiaSharon Larnia: i windered if it would just feel like sorrow
    --BELL--
Calvino Rabeni: Yes, I suppose, the ghosts did need Quality
    SophiaSharon Larnia: wondered*
Calvino Rabeni: I think you're right about that Sharon, it has a sorrowful atmosphere I would say
    SophiaSharon Larnia: nods
Calvino Rabeni: I tried to imagine it otherwise
    SophiaSharon Larnia: full of light?
Calvino Rabeni: As a place the killed spirits could go to be healed, and then move on
Calvino Rabeni: What would it have lookd like if built with that in mind...
SophiaSharon Larnia: a big open plan, no walls
    Calvino Rabeni: Brighter colors
Calvino Rabeni: Open celings, right, no dead end passages
    SophiaSharon Larnia: skylights
    Calvino Rabeni: Spheres of light
Calvino Rabeni: Mabye altars with pictures of the loved ones - the survivors
Calvino Rabeni: which is interesting - it is a reverse of the things one sees in a mausoleum
Calvino Rabeni: but from that point of view, the ghosts would need it
Calvino Rabeni: pictures of the living, not of the dead
    SophiaSharon Larnia: :)
SophiaSharon Larnia: if there is such a thing, and i can not commit to that it would be better
Calvino Rabeni: And living people would come and leave offerings
Calvino Rabeni: some of which would go to support the familes of the killed people
SophiaSharon Larnia: guns dont kill people, people kill people
Calvino Rabeni: It's a projection of spiritual views to the "other side"
    SophiaSharon Larnia: nods
Calvino Rabeni: Sorry, that slogan always makes me sad
    SophiaSharon Larnia: yes sorry
    Calvino Rabeni: NP :)
    SophiaSharon Larnia: :)
SophiaSharon Larnia: well, maybe ill take it out of the log then *gasps*
    SophiaSharon Larnia: :)
SophiaSharon Larnia: im so tired, despite the green tea with ginseng ^^
Calvino Rabeni: As you wish, for the best feeling about reality
Calvino Rabeni: Over tired, sometimes makes it hard to relax into rest
Calvino Rabeni: It can be hard to "come down"
SophiaSharon Larnia: im so used to having to be exhausted before i can fall asleep
SophiaSharon Larnia: that the last few weeks have been strange for me
SophiaSharon Larnia: and I havent slept much :)
Calvino Rabeni: Some professions have that as a feature
Calvino Rabeni: Pushing against sleep deprivation
    SophiaSharon Larnia: nods
Calvino Rabeni: Sometimes caffeine backfires on me
Calvino Rabeni: and puts me to sleep
SophiaSharon Larnia: ive fallen asleep shaking from too much caffeine :)
    SophiaSharon Larnia: oddly enough
SophiaSharon Larnia: terrible to do that to oneself
    Calvino Rabeni: I believe that
Calvino Rabeni: I used to be a Workaholic
    SophiaSharon Larnia: :)
Calvino Rabeni: Now I'm "in recovery" :)
    SophiaSharon Larnia: laughs
Calvino Rabeni: I would actually, have attended 12-step programs for it
