    Wol Euler: hello qt

    Qt Core: hi wol

    --BELL--

Wol Euler: how are you this morning?

Qt Core: quite bad but better than yesterday (6th day ill in a two week span)

Wol Euler: oh wow, I'm sorry to hear it,

Qt Core: fearing my warranty expired ;-)

    Wol Euler: heheheheh

Wol Euler: as long as the parts are still available ...

Qt Core: maybe in the aftermarket... (yesterday they just approved/admitted "samaritan organ donation" here in italy

Wol Euler wonders what that means.

Wol Euler: were there no organ donations until now?

Qt Core: no, there was, that is donating while still alive

Qt Core: let say a kidney

Wol Euler: ah, but you mean used items recovered from a recently dead person?

Wol Euler frowns. Or what is the distinction?

Qt Core: a living person make him/herself avaiable to donate organ, ... while still alive and continue living without the donated organ (no money and no klnowledge of the receiver name ivolved)

Wol Euler: that was the "before"?

Qt Core: thet you can't donate one of your organ if not for a family member (i think)

Qt Core: organ taken from recently dead person is in place, obviously

Wol Euler: so before I could only donate a specific organ to a specific person, but now I can allow any organ to go to anyone?

Qt Core: yes, the point being you don't have to die for your organ to be taken

Qt Core: that is the "samaritan" partr

Wol Euler: well, that sounds eminently sensible

Qt Core: can't even imagine the altruism needed for that

    Wol Euler nods

Wol Euler: I'm not sure I would do it, either.

    Qt Core: hi Calvino

Wol Euler: I do carry an organ donor card, the world is welcome to my bits after I've finished with them

Wol Euler: but while still alive? mmmmmmmmmmmaybe not.

    Wol Euler: hello calvino

    Calvino Rabeni: Hello Wol, Qt

Wol Euler notes the rising hearts and smiles.

Calvino Rabeni: Good idea, to throw some smiles into the mix :)

Qt Core: one of the nicest (and cheesiest) particle effect i know)

    Wol Euler: heheheh

Calvino Rabeni: Yes, it's all in the way it's done.

Calvino Rabeni: This one was created by a real Artist :)

Qt Core: the best part, for me is the speed (or we can sey the slowness) of it

Calvino Rabeni: Yes, just the right amount of minimalism.

    Wol Euler: :)

Wol Euler: is minimalism still minimal if you have too much of it?

Qt Core: (the day i'll use it the end pof the world would be really approaching)

Calvino Rabeni: You're maybe meaning meta-minimalism methinks?

    Wol Euler grins

    Wol Euler: or perhaps pseudo-minimalism

    --BELL--

    Qt Core: or maximum minimalism

Wol Euler: the look and feel of minimalism, but without that distressing "doing-without" aspect

    Calvino Rabeni: Meaning marketable minimalism.

Wol Euler: all about alliteration actually

Calvino Rabeni: What's a good opposite for minimalism (and don't sa maximalism, *please*)?

    Wol Euler: baroque?

    Wol Euler: or even roccoco

    Wol Euler: hello liza

    Calvino Rabeni: Good one.

    Qt Core: hi liza

    Liza Deischer: hi everyone

Calvino Rabeni: What about when children egg each other on to a state of hyperactivity?

    Wol Euler: as anti-minimalism?

Liza Deischer: egg what does that mean?

Calvino Rabeni: English idiom, it means to tempt or provoke

    Wol Euler: provoke, basically

    Liza Deischer: okay, thanks

    Qt Core: hell ?

Liza Deischer: hear it so many times

Qt Core: or heaven, that's depend on how you feel about kids being ... chidish ;-)

    Wol Euler: :)

Wol Euler: not that we were ever like that, of course.

    Liza Deischer: :-)

    Qt Core: obviously

Liza Deischer: I dindn't mean to interrupt

Wol Euler: we were just starting up, hadn't really got beyond egging each other on to speak :)

    Liza Deischer: ah, okay

Calvino Rabeni: Not to be confused wht other things like Brooding or Hatching

    Wol Euler: :)

    Wol Euler: or feathering nests

    Liza Deischer: huh?

Calvino Rabeni: Birds however have brought lots of metaphors to us, we have our feathered friends to thank

Liza Deischer: oh :-) not really awake yet

    Wol Euler: hello cosmicflower

    Liza Deischer: hi cosmic :-)

    Calvino Rabeni: Hi Cosmic :))

    Qt Core: hi cosmic

Cosmicflower Ushimawa: Hi Wol, Qt, Cal and Liza ;)

Calvino Rabeni: Thanks for coming :)

Cosmicflower Ushimawa: Pleasure to come <3

    Cosmicflower Ushimawa: Listening silence today?

Liza Deischer: can I ask you guys and girls something

    Wol Euler: sure

    Cosmicflower Ushimawa: sure

Liza Deischer: ran into this skin last night

    Qt Core: yes

Liza Deischer: it is still a demo

    Wol Euler: mmhmm :)

    Cosmicflower Ushimawa: just a sec

Liza Deischer: what do you think

Cosmicflower Ushimawa: I will chek out

Liza Deischer: and be honest please :_)

    Cosmicflower Ushimawa: yes it is

    Cosmicflower Ushimawa: I think

Wol Euler: the lines are a bit odd. Are they demo-effects?

    Liza Deischer: yes

    Wol Euler: pity ...

    --BELL--

Wol Euler: the tone is good, nice details, good work on the lips

Qt Core: quite good, but i don't like the lips

    Qt Core: :-)

    Wol Euler: hehehehe

    Wol Euler: a flasher!

    Fael Innovia waves 'Hello!'

Liza Deischer: you're okay fael :-))

    Qt Core: hi Fael

    Cosmicflower Ushimawa: Hi Fael

    Wol Euler: hello f2

Liza Deischer: normally I shouldn't ask in general

Liza Deischer: but this is so different then the Liza I know

Wol Euler: you're a moment too late, cal, fael took your place

    Wol Euler nods

Liza Deischer: so could this be liza to you?

Qt Core: Liza after a long tropical trip, yes ;-)

Liza Deischer: and the lips, well, try to find good ones

Wol Euler: try it with darker hair perhaps

Wol Euler: makeup is always tricky, yes.

    Liza Deischer: yes

Wol Euler: and get a facelight that doesn't show up :) I'll give you a better one

Fael Innovia: finding a good skin is very tricky :)

    Liza Deischer: thanks

    Wol Euler: yw

Cosmicflower Ushimawa: Unique Megastore, there I have found good skins..

Wol Euler: it has to feel right as well as looking good

    Wol Euler: pulse

Fael Innovia: yes, has to feel right too :)

Liza Deischer: well, somehow it does feel right

Qt Core: oh, the freedom and the free time that not havng money gives (in sl)

    Wol Euler: well then! :)

    Wol Euler: hehehe

Liza Deischer: thanks Wol, but where is it leeding me too?

Wol Euler: pulse, where my skins come from

Wol Euler: IMHO the best in SL

Fael Innovia: It's funny how the skins at Pulse seem to be just great on my main but just feel wrong with this one :)

Wol Euler: though I'll admit that I might be biased

Liza Deischer: okay, thanks, have a look

Wol Euler: yeah, two of my alts don't wear pulse either

Wol Euler: it doesn't suit who they are

Wol Euler points to "feeling comfortable in the skin" earlier

Liza Deischer: yes, all the skins have a certain feel

Liza Deischer: and most of them are too female to me

Wol Euler: well, you probably wouldn't like pulse then.

Wol Euler: try eXcess, landmark coming up

    Liza Deischer: :_)

    Liza Deischer: I'll find out

    Liza Deischer: sounds better

Fael Innovia: the feel of a skin can be tuned with your shape to some degree though. I always want to make my shape over with a new skin :)

Wol Euler clearly spends far too much time shopping.

Liza Deischer: yes, I still need to do that

    Liza Deischer: hahahah

Liza Deischer: the lips can be changed somewhat QT :-)

Fael Innovia: yes, shape can be changed, texture not :)

Qt Core: still, spoending time shopping here in sl is a great way to save money... as you aren't spending time shopping in rl ;-)

    Liza Deischer: no

Liza Deischer: but somehow this one doesn't feel so female

Liza Deischer: I guess that is why I like it

Fael Innovia: to be honest, I thought you had switched to male at first glance :)

    Liza Deischer: hahah

    Wol Euler: :)

Liza Deischer: but thanks for your comments

Liza Deischer: always a bit tricky to do things like this

    Wol Euler: mmhmm

Liza Deischer: if there is so much change I mean

Fael Innovia: It is, but follow your heart. You will find the right one :)

Wol Euler: it really makes one think about image-making in RL, how constrained and slow to change that is

    Liza Deischer: yes

Calvino Rabeni: Except you have more channels, more senses

    Calvino Rabeni: For example, scents

Wol Euler: would SL have caught on so fast, if avs were as slow and difficult and expensive to change as our RL bodies are?

    Liza Deischer: also true

    Wol Euler: true, cal

Fael Innovia: Wol, definitely not :)

    Wol Euler: agreed

Calvino Rabeni: I don't think so Wol, the cost/benefit would be way off

Qt Core: not at all, people would stick to online games and their experience levels then

Wol Euler: I thought about this again recently when I started playing Dragon Age: Origins

Wol Euler: there is a little bit of character modification possible there, but nothing compared to SL

Qt Core: if you have to wait and fight (literally or not) something with a specific goal would be better

Liza Deischer: and you can be surprised that is the nice part

Wol Euler: you can't change the body at all, for example, only the face and hair

Liza Deischer: I never thought I would run into a skin this dark

Fael Innovia: I think mine is darker :)

    --BELL--

    Liza Deischer: hahaha

Wol Euler: how does it feel?

    Liza Deischer: you're asking.....?

Liza Deischer: to me or fael I mean?

    Fael Innovia: Wol?

    Wol Euler: sorry, phone

    Wol Euler: back

Wol Euler: well, eihter or both

Fael Innovia: how does... umm ... dark skin? feel?

    Wol Euler: mmhmm :)

    Liza Deischer: surprisingly well

Fael Innovia: all I can say is that I like it :)

Liza Deischer: but I need to find out what it does to me

Wol Euler: Liza, I *think* that LM is for a store selling really dark skins, lovely ones, mostly based on photos

Liza Deischer: okay, thank, lots to do today :-)

    Wol Euler: "real people" skins

Fael Innovia: too white skins somehow feel just wrong on me, any AV

Liza Deischer: but actually that is maybe part of it too

Liza Deischer: experimenting with how this feels

Fael Innovia: actually surprised me at first.

    Wol Euler nods

Liza Deischer: what it does to me

    Wol Euler: mmhmm

Wol Euler: which is something almost-new in SL :)

Wol Euler: people can experiment with masks and makeup in RL, but this here is so complete

Liza Deischer: yes, and when you run into something you have a feeling with

Liza Deischer: then it is nice to check out

Liza Deischer: at th same time I do have a history here

Liza Deischer: so, it is also a bit shocking

Liza Deischer: and I wondered how Liza feels to others being like this

    Wol Euler smiles.

    Wol Euler: I like it.

    Liza Deischer: :-)

Wol Euler: my dears, I shall have to go at the bell, I have to be at work punctually today.

Wol Euler: I've claimed the session, please carry on.

Fael Innovia: Have fun Wol :)

Liza Deischer: okay, thans wol and be well

    Cosmicflower Ushimawa: See You Wol

    Wol Euler: well :/

    Wol Euler: bye for now

    Liza Deischer: bye

    Qt Core: bye Wol

    --BELL--

    Qt Core: time to go

Fael Innovia: Have fun Qt :)

Qt Core: have a nice day!

    Calvino Rabeni: Be well, QT

    Qt Core: Ciao!

Fael Innovia: I read an article about a researcher doing research about video gamers and their dreams. The effect playing video games has on dreams.

    Calvino Rabeni: What effects?

Fael Innovia: It appears people who play video games have less nightmares ... or perhaps more accurately, don't find them scary as readily.

Calvino Rabeni: I notice dream effects if I do some thing a lot

Calvino Rabeni: I can imagine how that would work

    Liza Deischer: yes, me too

Fael Innovia: to quote from the article "In other words, a scary nightmare scenario turned into something "fun" for a gamer. "

Calvino Rabeni: I'm not a gamer. But sometimes it feels like dreams are a night at the movies

Liza Deischer: sometimes I feel myself moving in rl like my animations in sl

Liza Deischer: more in my head though, but still

Liza Deischer: so I can imagine you bring it along in your dreams

Fael Innovia: there's a scientist who has theorized that dreams are a kind of threat simulation that's supposed to help people to survive better. Kind of a training :)

Calvino Rabeni: DO you ever have a dream that is a comedy? LIke with situations and jokes?

Fael Innovia: that makes sense to me :)

Liza Deischer: makes sense to me too

Fael Innovia: I have had funny dreams, yes :)

Liza Deischer: I can see you in a dreamcomic Cal :-) somehow

    Calvino Rabeni: :)

Cosmicflower Ushimawa: once I saw a dream where I was sleeping ;) Lol

Calvino Rabeni: Usually the dreams follow the action/adventure genre, sometimes the relationship drama, less often the comedy

Calvino Rabeni: That can get confusing - to dream one is sleeping and then wakes up

    --BELL--

Calvino Rabeni: not knowing if it is actual or dreamed waking up

    Fael Innovia smiles.

Cosmicflower Ushimawa: yes, it was very hmm

Cosmicflower Ushimawa: I do not know the word for it

Cosmicflower Ushimawa: but I woke up in dream

Liza Deischer: I can't remember much of a comedy drea

    Liza Deischer: dream

Cosmicflower Ushimawa: and then woke up to physical dimension ;)

    Fael Innovia smiles.

Fael Innovia: you were two levels deep in dream then :)

Cosmicflower Ushimawa: I think so , yes

Fael Innovia: reminds me of some comics of some detective that, when sleeping was usually drawn having several dream bubbles connected

Fael Innovia: first ones where he was sleeping

Fael Innovia: and then in the last one a dream.

Fael Innovia: when someone comes wake him up, they start vanishing one at a time :)

Fael Innovia: from the end :)

Fael Innovia: with the ones where he dreams of sleeping waking up first

Fael Innovia: I think it was animated and not a book comic

    Cosmicflower Ushimawa: ;)

Fael Innovia: I remember just finding it strange back then... now it feels funny :)

    Liza Deischer: :-)

Fael Innovia: overall quite a tongue in cheek story, in those.

    Cosmicflower Ushimawa: ;)

Fael Innovia: very serious in overtones but funny stuff kept happening

Liza Deischer: need to go, still need to shower

Fael Innovia: Ok, have fun Liza :)

    Cosmicflower Ushimawa: ok

    Liza Deischer: bye all

    Calvino Rabeni: Be well

Cosmicflower Ushimawa: See you Liza and take care

    Fael Innovia waves.

Calvino Rabeni: Calvino Rabeni wonders idly, if Alts have Alts

Fael Innovia: alt is not a subentity.

    Fael Innovia: of an alt

    Cosmicflower Ushimawa: what is alt?

Fael Innovia: SL slang for another account someone has.

Fael Innovia: often with the connotation that it's a less used account

    --BELL--

    Cosmicflower Ushimawa: ah, okey

    Fael Innovia: but not necessarily

Fael Innovia: some also use it as a general word to refer to any of their accounts. By saying "my alt"

Fael Innovia: without specifying which one. A way of talking about them without revealing who they are

Calvino Rabeni: Some avatars, or even Alts (second avatar) are more transparent than others

    Fael Innovia: transparent?

Calvino Rabeni: Ah, well some seem to express their RL person, while others seem to conceal

Fael Innovia: I find that in many cases it's pretty easy to tell someone's alt from sight :)

Fael Innovia: I sometimes surprise people by identifying them :)

Calvino Rabeni: By style. I can think of some of those

Fael Innovia: This one... I'd be surprised if someone doesn't figure out it's me :)

Calvino Rabeni: without the Name and the hints in the profile?

Calvino Rabeni: And similarity of name initials

Fael Innovia: without looking at profile even )

    Fael Innovia: :)

Fael Innovia: but name is usually quite visible so can't discount that

    Calvino Rabeni: language style too

Fael Innovia: Yes, when people speak, it becomes more obvious :)

Cosmicflower Ushimawa: I know You ;)

    Fael Innovia: meep! :)

    Cosmicflower Ushimawa: meep meep ;)

    Calvino Rabeni: :))) lol

    Cosmicflower Ushimawa: ;))) lol ;)

    Fael Innovia giggles.

    Calvino Rabeni: hehehe

Cosmicflower Ushimawa: sorry, just notice ;)

    Cosmicflower Ushimawa: ;D

Cosmicflower Ushimawa: was a bit thinking , or name pomped up to my eye,

Cosmicflower Ushimawa: but I did not hmm

    Cosmicflower Ushimawa: put more attention

Fael Innovia: Yes, that's intentional... So close that some might not even notice it's an alt :)

Cosmicflower Ushimawa: kind of noticed imidiately

Cosmicflower Ushimawa: but not with mind ;)

    Cosmicflower Ushimawa: lol ;)))

    Cosmicflower Ushimawa: then just came

Cosmicflower Ushimawa: oh, I know You ;))

Cosmicflower Ushimawa: now laughing at loud

Calvino Rabeni: A good alt is not something one can hide behind

    Fael Innovia: meep! :)

    Fael Innovia: Yep :)

Cosmicflower Ushimawa: actually, I looked up that painting in Your sheek

Cosmicflower Ushimawa: and then I knew

Cosmicflower Ushimawa: but needed to look the profile, "to be sure"

    Cosmicflower Ushimawa: ;)

    Fael Innovia: cheek?

    Cosmicflower Ushimawa: yes

    Fael Innovia: Ah :)

    Cosmicflower Ushimawa: poskessa

Fael Innovia: It is my style... ah I didn't show you this one yet :)

Fael Innovia: I made it a few days ago :)

    Cosmicflower Ushimawa: its nice

    Fael Innovia smiles 'Thank you.'

Calvino Rabeni: I felt like the eyes were the revealing sign

Fael Innovia: eyes? I have different eye texture on this alt. The one I use on my main wasn't for sale anymore

Fael Innovia: you felt something but it's not the eyes :)

    --BELL--

Calvino Rabeni: What are the other eyes like?

Fael Innovia: Ah, Cos, I'd suggest Emerald Viewer for using SL, it's nicer in quite a few ways :)

Fael Innovia: I guess I'll have to let you see for yourself :)

Cosmicflower Ushimawa: oh okey, I haven`t it

Cosmicflower Ushimawa: does it take long time to know how to use it?

Fael Innovia: no, it's mostly the same, with some additions

Cosmicflower Ushimawa: what makes it nicer?

Fael Innovia: there's all kinds of nice small things that combined make the official one just not feel home anymore :)

    Cosmicflower Ushimawa: ah okey.

    Cosmicflower Ushimawa: hmm

Cosmicflower Ushimawa: where it can get?

    Fael Innovia: http://modularsystems.sl/downloads.html

    Cosmicflower Ushimawa: ok, thanks

Fael Innovia: do you see t he difference in the eyes?

    Cosmicflower Ushimawa: hmm, actually no

Calvino Rabeni: Yes, but the eyes are blue and similarly spaced in each face

Fael Innovia: ah yes, of course, it's nearly the same face :)

Cosmicflower Ushimawa: feeling a bit weird, two faels ;)

Calvino Rabeni: I was wondering - the Illyar eyes look to have tears - is that intentional or due to the way it's drawn

    Cosmicflower Ushimawa: lol

    Calvino Rabeni: ?

    Fael Innovia smiles.

    Fael Innovia: intentional

Fael Innovia: there is a version of the skin without tears too

Fael Innovia: and two other kinds of tears

    Cosmicflower Ushimawa: just a sec

Cosmicflower Ushimawa: went to take a post

    Fael Illyar: Ah :)

    Fael Innovia: wb :)

    Cosmicflower Ushimawa: thanks

    --BELL--

Fael Innovia: I chose these tears because the other two had make up stains mixed in

Fael Innovia: black tears, so to speak :)

Fael Innovia: switching to that to show :)

Fael Innovia: might take a moment :)

    Cosmicflower Ushimawa: ***

Cosmicflower Ushimawa: Jaakko got his firs phone now, and it seems its come to near food shop on post. He is next to me all the time asking "lets go to pick it up"

Cosmicflower Ushimawa: I think I need to go with boy, I let my-Self stay here

    Fael Innovia smiles.

Cosmicflower Ushimawa: it wont take long time, only few mins, its just next door the shop

    Fael Innovia: sure :)

    Calvino Rabeni: That is handy

    Fael Innovia: yes, very :)

Calvino Rabeni: A couple of days ago, I got a link from someone to a book

Cosmicflower Ushimawa: I said to Jaakko "lets go" the answer was "yessss" ;)

    Fael Innovia smiles.

Fael Innovia: say hi to him from me :)

Calvino Rabeni: on the internet, and then thought, there are 2 bookstores about 3 minutes walk from here

Calvino Rabeni: So I went down, got the book, came back to the computer

Calvino Rabeni: Alimost like the book "materialized", but initialted by the world in the computer.

    Fael Innovia smiles 'Yes, funny.'

Fael Innovia: but does serve to show how much the same world SL and RL really are :)

Fael Innovia: SL is a place in RL :)

Fael Innovia: is how I'd like to express it I think

Fael Innovia: quite a special place too

Calvino Rabeni: I expect more merging as time goes on

Fael Innovia: there will be :)

Fael Innovia: to the chagrin of some and to the joy of others

    --BELL--

    Cosmicflower Ushimawa: back

    Fael Innovia: wb :)

    Fael Innovia made lunch.

    Cosmicflower Ushimawa: ty

Fael Innovia is eating at the computer.

    Cosmicflower Ushimawa: njam njam

Calvino Rabeni: I did a bit the same

Calvino Rabeni: Middle of the night food

Fael Innovia: ah, yes, it's quite late in US now.

    Fael Innovia: can't sleep?

    Calvino Rabeni: Seaweed

    Fael Innovia: hay fever?

Calvino Rabeni: No, somehow it disappeared.

Calvino Rabeni: Maybe because of rainy weather - a bit of snow

Calvino Rabeni: unusual for nearly June

    Fael Innovia: oh

    Cosmicflower Ushimawa: snow

    Cosmicflower Ushimawa: hmm

Cosmicflower Ushimawa: the books of world is messed up ;)

    Fael Innovia: yes, they are

Fael Innovia: at least they got the oil spill blocked.

Calvino Rabeni: I didn't see that yet - good news

Fael Innovia: well, the news article I read said "appears to have been plugged"

    Fael Innovia: http://www.latimes.com/news/nationwo...,1234921.story

    --BELL--

    Calvino Rabeni: ?

Fael Innovia: Ah, you're wearing the heart poofer I gave you a while ago Cal :)

    Cosmicflower Ushimawa: ;)

Fael Innovia: We sat in silence for 33 minutes :)

Calvino Rabeni: You noticed that. heart poofer

Cosmicflower Ushimawa: here is also quite silent now

Calvino Rabeni: actually it is still a favorite of mine, thanks

    Fael Innovia smiles.

Cosmicflower Ushimawa: Simo sleeps, again, Jaakko want to look at his phone and Mika & Sami are with their friends

Fael Innovia: I'm quite used to seeing hearts floating up the screen :)

Fael Innovia: but somehow noticed they're floating up somewhere where I wasn't expecting :)

Calvino Rabeni: Half an hour is a like a meditation time, it can go by quickly

Calvino Rabeni: Ah, so you did a "double take"

Cosmicflower Ushimawa: yes, and here I notice time goes veerryy fast, in a way its like crossed time wall

Cosmicflower Ushimawa: not noticing how fast time goes

    Fael Innovia smiles.

Calvino Rabeni: Having it be night adds to the effect

Fael Innovia: Yes, quite a lot :)

Calvino Rabeni: I was curious how you experience the 1PM SLT meetings (if you go)

    Fael Innovia: me?

Calvino Rabeni: It is afternoon for me - harder to be calm there, because it is the most active part of the day

Calvino Rabeni: Sure, or whoever lives in the European area

Fael Innovia: I haven't noticed a difference in my calmness that depends on the time.

Calvino Rabeni: OTOH, this time slot is night for me - my time zone is same as SLT

    Calvino Rabeni: OK

Calvino Rabeni: I notice, I really like 3am,

Calvino Rabeni: as a meditation time, because the world is so physically settled

Calvino Rabeni: Not the hustle and bustle

    Cosmicflower Ushimawa: ;)

Fael Innovia: hmm... actually, come to think of it, that's been a big part of why I've tended to stay up late.

    Fael Innovia: lack of distractions

Calvino Rabeni: Yep. It's easier to concentrate, and a good time for creativity

Calvino Rabeni: (if ican stay awake)

    Cosmicflower Ushimawa: hmm,

Cosmicflower Ushimawa: I like if I wake up wery early about 04.00 or 05.00

    Cosmicflower Ushimawa: to go outside

    Cosmicflower Ushimawa: to smell nature

Cosmicflower Ushimawa: and listen birds waking up

Cosmicflower Ushimawa: and people still sleeping

Calvino Rabeni: Yes, the nature smells especially good at that time, with the dew

Fael Innovia: the most peaceful time of day... night :)

Fael Innovia: the least distractions... so the the most apt time to notice things you're usually too distracted to notice.

    --BELL--

Fael Innovia: no wonder it's associated with fear and evil :)

    Calvino Rabeni: Why's that?

Fael Innovia: because it's a time most apt for things to rise up from the subconscious :)

    Calvino Rabeni: Hmm

Calvino Rabeni: I guess people have different trust for what's "down there"

Calvino Rabeni: Or go there intentionally in some cases

Calvino Rabeni: I think Freud did a disservice to make it seem wild and somewhat subhuman

Fael Innovia: well, it is the prison into which unwanted feelings are put into...

Fael Innovia: when they escape... it can be rather tumultous :)

Fael Innovia: I suppose you could say that's when a person explodes in a way :)

Calvino Rabeni: BUt any kind of hunch or intuition, etc, or heart feeling, comes from the same place

    Fael Innovia: yes, they do.

Calvino Rabeni: It's a mixed bag, unpredictable

Fael Innovia: Did Freud recognise that?

Calvino Rabeni: Not sure - the focus seemed to be on pathology

Calvino Rabeni: Psychology was for solving problems, not showing the good stuff :)

    Calvino Rabeni: At first anyway

Fael Innovia: yes... that seems to be common. Take the good for granted, make effort to banish the evil.

Calvino Rabeni: true, with a result of not knowing the good

Cosmicflower Ushimawa: isn`t it kind of trap that how come good is taken for granted?

Calvino Rabeni: and not accepting the stuff that seems "not good"

Fael Innovia: yes, it's a trap

Calvino Rabeni: I agree too Cos

Cosmicflower Ushimawa: but if good is taken for granteed

Cosmicflower Ushimawa: might it be its not seen well enough then?

Fael Innovia: yes, it's a slanted view that only sees the negative.

Fael Innovia: and pays no attention to understanding what's good

Calvino Rabeni: Yes, it needs acknoledgment, recognition, appreciation

Fael Innovia: only tries to do away with the bad

    --BELL--

Fael Innovia: and not understanding what's good, does away with that too in the process.

Cosmicflower Ushimawa: hhmm, its a bit shame

Cosmicflower Ushimawa: not consentrating on good

    Fael Innovia: it is

Calvino Rabeni: :) it is :)

Calvino Rabeni: That's a great topic, but the hour is late :)

    Calvino Rabeni: Hmmm

Calvino Rabeni: So much healing can be done, not by trying to fix what is broken or banish it, but by looking at everything other than that, the strengths and freedoms availaible in the whole person

Calvino Rabeni: even if it doesn't seem to touch the smaller area identified as the "problem"

Calvino Rabeni: but it shifts the whole picture

Fael Innovia: yes :) a lot of the so called "problem" is not looking at what's good.

    Calvino Rabeni: Yes :)

    --BELL--

Fael Innovia: that's the main thing that drives people fix the problems... so they could see the good again... funny how it's so easy to forget one could just look at the good again even without fixing that something

Cosmicflower Ushimawa: hmm, its about where to put attention

Cosmicflower Ushimawa: more nice to put it on good things ;)

Fael Innovia: Very much so :)

Calvino Rabeni: TO put it on good things, but not to turn away from the troublesome things

Calvino Rabeni: it is a balance of attention and awareness

Fael Innovia: yes, both are important :)

Calvino Rabeni: Or the old saying - don't curse the darkness, bring a light

Calvino Rabeni: But, the light is already there for the seeing

Fael Innovia smiles 'I love that saying.'

Cosmicflower Ushimawa: yes it is. And its important to put attention, but also act to those things what brings more light

    Cosmicflower Ushimawa: and happiness

    Cosmicflower Ushimawa: in life

    Fael Innovia: Yes :)

Cosmicflower Ushimawa: I will go to see my parents now

Cosmicflower Ushimawa: nice to talk with You Fael, ;)

Fael Innovia: have fun Cos :)

Calvino Rabeni: THanks Cos, see you later - have a good evening :)

Cosmicflower Ushimawa: oh, runs so slow this machine now

    Cosmicflower Ushimawa: I will ;)

Calvino Rabeni: And you two Faels, that was fun to "double"

Cosmicflower Ushimawa: and Good Sleep Dear Cal ;)

Fael Illyar: Good night Cal :)

    Fael Illyar: Sleep Well :)

Calvino Rabeni: Thaks I will Dear

Cosmicflower Ushimawa: See You soon <3<3<3<3

    Cosmicflower Ushimawa: byeeee

    Fael Innovia waves.

    Calvino Rabeni: Faels too <3

    --BELL--

Fael Illyar: Innovia is still missing a hugger though :)

Fael Illyar: so she can't offer hugs :)

    Calvino Rabeni: :) Darn :)

Fael Illyar: I want to get her this expensive one but the price is still having me hesitate

    Fael Illyar: 799L :P

    Calvino Rabeni: I see, that's a lot

Calvino Rabeni: That looks like a 1-person onigokk o

    Fael Innovia: haha :)

Fael Innovia: it's animation labeled airplane run

Calvino Rabeni: OK, well this airplane will fly now; good evening Faels

Fael Innovia: Good night Cal :)
