The Guardian for this meeting was Riddle Sideways. The comments are by Riddle Sideways.

SophiaSharon Larnia: good morning Riddle :)
Riddle Sideways: good morning, sorry I a little late
    SophiaSharon Larnia: no problem
Riddle Sideways: there, daugther is out the dorr
    Riddle Sideways: door
    SophiaSharon Larnia: smiles
Riddle Sideways: laying in bed this morning, I thought of so many topics
I really had a long list.  A newspaper article about the X chalenge.  How is religion relivant today.  What is that space between thoughts.  That dream about a dreamer watching the dream.  Having a birthday Saturday and going over yet another big hill into depression.  Thinking birthdays are stupid.  And how if I said which decade I was entering you'd stop talking with me.  How I am not too old for rock-n-roll and too young to die.
Riddle Sideways: now they seem lost
SophiaSharon Larnia: walking around i think of many too :)
Riddle Sideways: no notepad to jot them down.... they disappear
    SophiaSharon Larnia: not lost maybe
I had brought this up in a session several months ago.
SophiaSharon Larnia: im reading the holographic universe, and the tao of physics at the moment
Riddle Sideways: ah very good books
SophiaSharon Larnia: cant say I understand it :)
SophiaSharon Larnia: but it makes the circles within circles thing make more sense to me
Riddle Sideways: I got H.U. out a few weeks ago
    SophiaSharon Larnia: :)
SophiaSharon Larnia: i didnt realize it was published in 1991
SophiaSharon Larnia: that makes it practucally ancient
    SophiaSharon Larnia: practically*
Riddle Sideways: I musta read it about 96
Riddle Sideways: is it still relivant?
SophiaSharon Larnia: if it was then, i hope it still is
SophiaSharon Larnia: but truthfully, to read that question another way, I'm not sure
Riddle Sideways: guess I meant, is it too dated
SophiaSharon Larnia: depends on what has been discovered since then
SophiaSharon Larnia: on the nature of reality
Riddle Sideways: I did not start reading from beginning, just picked random pages to scan
Riddle Sideways: I remember a Star Trek episode with the holodesk
    SophiaSharon Larnia: :)
    Riddle Sideways: and Sherlock Holmes
    --BELL--

Riddle Sideways: they gave/trapped Moriati in his own private holodeck copy
SophiaSharon Larnia: i still haven't read, what is it a hologram of?
    SophiaSharon Larnia: if it is
SophiaSharon Larnia: and what is the laser

well, you can google up lots of definitions, descriptions and material in your local browser here.
For the sake of this chat... and simplicity of later conversation.
Let's just say that light gets bounced off both sides of an object at exactly the same instant and then onto some photo emulsion.
Later, when light is projected back through the film slide it can produce a 3D image.

Riddle Sideways: being that a hologram is a snapshot/photo in 3D of a moment
Riddle Sideways: a holographic universe could be a motion picture/movie
Riddle Sideways: that you can look at from any angle
SophiaSharon Larnia: i think this is useless pondering on my part, as i know so little :))
    SophiaSharon Larnia: yes
Riddle Sideways: no no, is good study
Riddle Sideways: how would you gain more knowing without ponderering
Riddle Sideways: without study, reading, chatting, exploring
SophiaSharon Larnia: some thing come to me without my being aware of thinking them consciously
SophiaSharon Larnia: and would karma fit into it
    SophiaSharon Larnia: if it does
    Riddle Sideways: yes, of course
Riddle Sideways: but balanced with dharma too
SophiaSharon Larnia: would karma be just jumping into another circle
Riddle Sideways: could be. depending on your attitude/point of view
    SophiaSharon Larnia: :)
SophiaSharon Larnia: anyway, just feels right to explore physicality
    Riddle Sideways: yes
Riddle Sideways: from many points of view
SophiaSharon Larnia: and also wondered, why Pema would have started this group, knowing what he does about it
SophiaSharon Larnia: gets the point of view :))
SophiaSharon Larnia: I've heard his explaination, just wrapping my mind around it :)
Riddle Sideways: hard to speak for another, but ...
Riddle Sideways: some part of PaB is peer evalutions
Riddle Sideways: did I say that right? does not look right
SophiaSharon Larnia: i understood it, i think, either way :)
Riddle Sideways: when peers read/eval your papers
Riddle Sideways: otherwise, bring many experts (us) together to push all edges of a hard to explore subject
SophiaSharon Larnia: just thinking how much i need to learn, like to catch up on the last 20 years ^^
    SophiaSharon Larnia: yes :)
Riddle Sideways: read all the combined knowledge/research on the subject
    SophiaSharon Larnia: (actually more)
SophiaSharon Larnia: yes, a daunting task
Riddle Sideways: study all the books in the library and internet
Riddle Sideways: and in a week or two
    SophiaSharon Larnia: laughs
Riddle Sideways: come here and discuss it
Riddle Sideways: no, we already know it
SophiaSharon Larnia: it does sound familiar
    --BELL--
SophiaSharon Larnia: feels it rather :)
Riddle Sideways: maybe do not speak the same key words
SophiaSharon Larnia: ive been wondering also if it all comes down to appreciation, in it's final distillation
SophiaSharon Larnia: and how much of that idea was influenced by coming here, and if that idea too should be dropped
Riddle Sideways: mostly and at often
Riddle Sideways: sometimes, distillation is good/fun
Riddle Sideways: the final because game
    SophiaSharon Larnia: :)
SophiaSharon Larnia: i dont have the flowery language to say what im thinking :)
    Riddle Sideways: neither do I
Riddle Sideways: an ah-ha moment, when all can be distilled to an understanding
    Riddle Sideways: morning, Eliza
    SophiaSharon Larnia: hi Eliza :)
Eliza Madrigal: Morning Riddle, Sharon :)
SophiaSharon Larnia: i had an ah ha moment when i woke up the other morning, and i know it had to do with karma, but i cant remember completely what it was
Riddle Sideways: in a flash/moment you see all, know all, realize it all
Riddle Sideways: then you try to tell Eliza about it
    SophiaSharon Larnia: laughs :))
    SophiaSharon Larnia: i can try!!
    Eliza Madrigal: hahhah
Riddle Sideways: we come here to try
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
SophiaSharon Larnia: something to do with now is karma, even down to losing my passport
Riddle Sideways: we do our separate exploration, then come here to chat with simular
Riddle Sideways: lost passport says a lot
Riddle Sideways: what does lost sock say?
Riddle Sideways: the appreciation of a lost passport
Riddle Sideways: the need to think there are larger then I reasons my passport is lost
SophiaSharon Larnia: like it branches out
SophiaSharon Larnia: or rather, waves out :)
    Riddle Sideways: both
    SophiaSharon Larnia: smiles
Riddle Sideways: however, both involve a single center
Riddle Sideways: trouble thinking there is only one center
    SophiaSharon Larnia: nonlocality
Riddle Sideways: waves from 2 centers crash into each other
    Riddle Sideways: set up interferences
Riddle Sideways: the interferrence gets looked at
    Riddle Sideways: as holographically
    Riddle Sideways: morning bleu
    Bleu Oleander: hi everyone
    SophiaSharon Larnia: hi Bleu :)
    --BELL--
Riddle Sideways: it is a box
    Fael Innovia: Hello everyone :)
    Fael Innovia waves.
Riddle Sideways: hi Archi, hi Fael
SophiaSharon Larnia: hi Fael, hi Arch
Riddle Sideways: 90 sec is a long time
Eliza Madrigal: Hi Bleu, Fael (innovia?), Arch
    Bleu Oleander: hi Fael, Arch
Eliza Madrigal: feel eternity in the 90 seconds ;-)
    Fael Innovia giggles.
Archmage Atlantis: Fael is Fael, Riddle
Archmage Atlantis: It is a riddle
Riddle Sideways: Innovia is one week old :)
    Fael Innovia: no, 13 days
    Bleu Oleander: something's fishy
Eliza Madrigal: wow, look great Fael
Archmage Atlantis: Yes, 2 of my koi died
    Fael Innovia smiles.
SophiaSharon Larnia: we were talking about a holographic universe, but you arrived at once, so can change subject :)
Eliza Madrigal: I was just getting my wheels turning about the holographic universe, listening to you guys :)
Archmage Atlantis: Why change...... much is already holographic
Eliza Madrigal: but either way, nice to sit and listen today :)
Riddle Sideways: maybe universe is same and we just see it from differant angles
Riddle Sideways: good to come here and discuss what part of elephant we see
    SophiaSharon Larnia: :)
    Archmage Atlantis: Yes, Riddle
Eliza Madrigal: or when we don't see him but know he must be there, hehe
Archmage Atlantis: An from the poet
Riddle Sideways: :) avoid talking about the 400 ton elephant in the room
SophiaSharon Larnia: ive been finding the tao of physics very interesting
SophiaSharon Larnia: read with the holographic universe, complementary
Archmage Atlantis: The elephant stands amoung us......waiting to be seen.......my hands touche the keyboard.....yet we look away
Riddle Sideways: have not read it in years
    SophiaSharon Larnia: smiles
Fael Innovia: we look at it... yet don't see.
Riddle Sideways: the physics you can see is not the real
    Yakuzza Lethecus: hey everyone
    Riddle Sideways: Hi, Yaki
    Eliza Madrigal: Hi Ya :)
Yakuzza Lethecus: Fael = Fael ?
Riddle Sideways asks yak if you left the box here
Archmage Atlantis: Helo, yaku.....assume you need a plce to sleep
    Archmage Atlantis: Fael is Fael
    Fael Innovia = Fael
SophiaSharon Larnia: that something else Ive been thinking too, and thought of that first when you asked me if it was still relevent, Riddle
    Bleu Oleander: hi Yaku
    Fael Innovia: Hi Yaku :)
    SophiaSharon Larnia: hi Yaku
Riddle Sideways: has Tao or Physics become dated
Eliza Madrigal: I tend to think that when something captures our imagination it has relevance... maybe a small thing that might eventually open up in an unexpected way
SophiaSharon Larnia: i need to understand and research more before i can answer that :)
    Riddle Sideways: ah yes
Eliza Madrigal giggles "I've seen the elephant and it is us"
SophiaSharon Larnia: why i follow the bread crumbs Eliza :))
    Eliza Madrigal smiles
Archmage Atlantis: smiles, true, and untrue
Riddle Sideways: many times, those little images, crumbs, corner of eye things
Eliza Madrigal: side roads and diversions
    Riddle Sideways: but many SEP
    Riddle Sideways: Somebody Elses Problem
Riddle Sideways: but many times they are the spice of life
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
Archmage Atlantis: If one choses, SEP, of course
Archmage Atlantis: Some problems are best resolved through inaction
    --BELL--
    Riddle Sideways: box poofed
Yakuzza Lethecus: yes, i have no idea why that thing is rezzing
Riddle Sideways: does that mean elephant left
Yakuzza Lethecus: that happens often when i spawn here
Archmage Atlantis: No, Riddle, just hiding
    Yakuzza Lethecus: rezz
Bleu Oleander: you're a "natural" builder Yaku :)
    Eliza Madrigal: hehhe
    Riddle Sideways: :)
Yakuzza Lethecus: something is wrong with my emerald i guess
Eliza Madrigal: the elephant is trying to figure out how to get through the needle's eye
Bleu Oleander: or a "natural" artist maybe :)
Archmage Atlantis: Yes, Eliza, good observation
Bleu Oleander: wasn't that a camel Eliza? :)
Yakuzza Lethecus: i remember an artist creating so little figures
Eliza Madrigal: depends on what angle you are feeling... both rather harry
    SophiaSharon Larnia: laughs
    Bleu Oleander: ha!
    Eliza Madrigal: (sorry) hhee
SophiaSharon Larnia: well, theyre made of the same stuff anyway
    Eliza Madrigal: hairy*
Archmage Atlantis: Perhaps elephants (and camels) don't go through, only pass beyond, or over
Eliza Madrigal smiles. yes, can't be much harder for an elephant or camel, than a mouse
    Yakuzza Lethecus: http://www.mjt.org/exhibits/hagop/hagop2.html
    Eliza Madrigal: Wow, Nice Ya!
    Riddle Sideways: wow
    Bleu Oleander: nice images Yaku
Yakuzza Lethecus: i just remembered that kind of art and googled it
Yakuzza Lethecus: nothing special from my side
Eliza Madrigal: beautiful... would never have thought of such a thing
Yakuzza Lethecus: the art is facinating tho
SophiaSharon Larnia: well, i have much to do in rl and am running out of time to do it :)
Bleu Oleander: little red riding hood in the eye of a needle ... who knew?
SophiaSharon Larnia: bye for now all :)
Eliza Madrigal: me too actually... nice to check in this morning
    Eliza Madrigal: Thanks Riddle, everyone
    Bleu Oleander: me three :)
Eliza Madrigal: :)) Bye for now
    Bleu Oleander: bye everyone
Yakuzza Lethecus: take care everyone :)
    Riddle Sideways: I too
    Riddle Sideways: thank you all
Archmage Atlantis: Blessings and Namaste, all
