    Storm Nordwind: Hello Zaldaan
    Yakuzza Lethecus: hey everyone
    Storm Nordwind: Good afternoon Yaku
    Yakuzza Lethecus: hi luci
    Storm Nordwind: Hi Lucinda
    Lucinda Lavender: hi Yaku!
    Lucinda Lavender: Hi Storm, Zaldaan.
    Yakuzza Lethecus: wb eden
Storm Nordwind: You have been dancing or celebrating Yaku, by the look of what you're carrying?
Yakuzza Lethecus: i carry them for around 2 weeks i guess :)
    Yakuzza Lethecus: manbo!
    Lucinda Lavender: Hi Eden..
    Yakuzza Lethecus: stop
    Storm Nordwind: Cool!

Yakuzza does a wonderful crazy dance for a few seconds. Meanwhile Eden arrives but is having problems...

Storm Nordwind: Can you sit zoom and sit on a cushion from there Eden?
Lucinda Lavender: ah there you are eden...
Storm Nordwind: Yay - you made it!
Eden Haiku: Ouf, it worked, I can walk again!
Lucinda Lavender: What was causing the crash do you think?
Eden Haiku: Have been email Second Life support, done all they said. No idea what is causing it ...
    Yakuzza Lethecus: macbook ?
    Lucinda Lavender: I see..
Storm Nordwind: Well if happens again, you can be assured of a welcome back each time :))
    Lucinda Lavender: :)
Eden Haiku: I'm using viewer 2 now. No I'm on my iMac but I'm concerned beacuse I will have to rely on the MacBook for the next 3 months, in the country house...Hope it will work!
    Eden Haiku: Thanks Storm;)
Yakuzza Lethecus is jealous about storm and eden in their country houses
Eden Haiku: Zaldaan is as cool as a cucumber as usual.

Storm looks out of the window in real life and sees lots of mountains to the west and southwest, true, but also Denver Tech Center to the south! Hardly a country house I felt. Zaldaan's avatar eventually disappears. I start to mention a slight mishap from yesterday but we talk instead about country photographs.

Storm Nordwind: I have been scouring the village for debris from a photoshoot 24 hours ago. I had a little mishap but hopefully everything is cleared up now
Lucinda Lavender: I use macbook too..crash alot as well
Eden Haiku: But you live in the country Yaku!
    Yakuzza Lethecus: hihi :)
Yakuzza Lethecus: still it´s the usual for me
Eden Haiku: Remembering these beautiful pictures you shared a while ago about your village.
Eden Haiku: Ah Lucinda, I think Mac and Second Life are at odds...I empty the cache as often as I can but stil...
Yakuzza Lethecus: it´s facinating how much many ppl around here are travelling or seem to be constantly on different vacations:)
    Lucinda Lavender: ok
Lucinda Lavender: I will try that
Eden Haiku: We are probably older than you are Yaku, that's why... we need our vacations...
    Storm Nordwind chuckles
Lucinda Lavender: I am on vacation too inbetween working at different programs in the same building tho
    --BELL--
Eden Haiku: I used to be able to go without vacations for years Not anymore ;)
Storm Nordwind: I worked at a place 25 years ago where it was a major disciplinary offense not to take vacation time. "We pay you to go away and get refreshed," they said. But it was still an effort and I just stayed at home!

Apologies to anyone who finds any skulls littering the landscape - though I think I found them all!

Eden Haiku: You were talking about debris from a photoshopshoot Storm?
    Lucinda Lavender: :)
Storm Nordwind: I was taking a snapshot for the latest Art as Being exhibition
Eden Haiku: Oh and was the mishap technical?
Storm Nordwind: I wanted to set up a random pile of a particular item
    Lucinda Lavender: Interesing
Storm Nordwind: So I made a large number of physical versions of them and put them in a heap
    Lucinda Lavender: what happened?
Storm Nordwind: SL physics worked - most of the time
    Eden Haiku: likes te idea
Storm Nordwind: But a hundred or so escaped from the containing vessel
    Eden Haiku: ohoh
Storm Nordwind: I was 300 metres over the landscape
Storm Nordwind: and they cascaded down
Eden Haiku: All over the place then?
    Lucinda Lavender: interesting

Eden characteristically cares for the people who might have been unwittingly involved! :)

Eden Haiku: Did you hurt anyone?
    Eden Haiku: A strolling wanderer?
Storm Nordwind: I caught many as they fell. Many got returned from the neighboring sim.
Storm Nordwind: But I've been going round the village with physical beacons on to get the rest!
Eden Haiku: Sweeping the grounds ;)
    Storm Nordwind: yes!
Lucinda Lavender: physical beacon is a term I have not heard
Storm Nordwind: Under the View menu there is an entry called Beacons. You can configure what it highlights
Eden Haiku: If this can happen to you, just imagine waht could happen to us when building,,,,
    Lucinda Lavender: viewer 2?
Storm Nordwind: Haha - the lesson is, don't play with the physical unless you're in the real world
Storm Nordwind: I've no idea about Viewer 2. This is Viewer 1 and I'll stick with it unless they made me shift
Lucinda Lavender: hmmm testing the limits brings information

Eden rezzes a beautiful red object under the pavilion roof that becomes the topic of conversation - that and slugs :)

    Lucinda Lavender: wow!
    Lucinda Lavender: Is this one?
    Lucinda Lavender: beautiful!
Storm Nordwind: No. This is something of Eden's :)
Eden Haiku: Storm, remember this object (I transformed it a bit) you told me the name, do you remember it? Doideca something?
    Lucinda Lavender: dodcahedron?
Storm Nordwind: It's a double tetrahedron
    Lucinda Lavender: ah
Eden Haiku: Don,T think so Lucinda, dodecahedon is cubic I think.
    Lucinda Lavender: tetra si four?
Storm Nordwind: tetra is 4. dodeca is 12
Storm Nordwind: dodec has pentagons for sides
Eden Haiku: Double tertrahedron... In your inventory it was phenemona source I believe, I cannot find the original...
Lucinda Lavender: I just remember the dodecahedron because I had a friend in high school who like d to cout them out of cheese...
    Eden Haiku: ;)))
Storm Nordwind: Yes it's a phenomena source because that's its representation in some areas of tantric Buddhism
    Storm Nordwind: Cheesihedrons! :)
Eden Haiku: And the geometrical form would be called double tetrahedron?
    Lucinda Lavender: :)
Storm Nordwind: Yes Eden, because it is two interlocking tetrahedrons
Lucinda Lavender: His is a most creative friend of Calvino and myself
Lucinda Lavender: and he studies slugs!
    Eden Haiku: slugs...
    Lucinda Lavender: what a word...
    Storm Nordwind: Yum :-/
Eden Haiku: So you are not a strict vegetarian I presume Mr Nordwind...
    --BELL--
    Yakuzza Lethecus: french cuisine
Storm Nordwind: There was heavy sarcasm in my last remark! :)
Lucinda Lavender: I am interested in the Idea of phenomena source....
    Eden Haiku: ;0
Eden Haiku: I'm not even sure what slugs are, these snails that we eat in French cuisine (I don't!)
Lucinda Lavender: Imagining the art that is for meditation...and that idea would be then the art gives rise to something...
Lucinda Lavender: The slugs do not have a shell...

We talk about the latest Art as Being exhibition.

Eden Haiku: Did you take a snapshot yet for the Art of being exhibit Lucinda?
Lucinda Lavender: I have one snapshot that is in my inventory. I do not know what to do
Lucinda Lavender: I would like to make something.
Eden Haiku: You just visit the plaza and drag the snapshot on one of the panels Storm put there,
    Lucinda Lavender: ok
    Eden Haiku: Boards, rather.
Storm Nordwind: Actually editing is better otherwise you have to drag it onto two sides (like I did for Eden!)
Lucinda Lavender: I would like to make a picture where I see a picture of my self and butterflies are landing on me
Lucinda Lavender: this was my dream yesterday.
Storm Nordwind: As long as you feel the snapshot in someway reflects the Theme of the exhibition, your snapshot will be fine!
Eden Haiku: You need to go some place with lots of butterflies in SL...;)
Lucinda Lavender: it was like being a physical beacon for them
    Eden Haiku: Nic dream ;)
    Lucinda Lavender: hmmmyes
Lucinda Lavender: the term then caught my attention.
Storm Nordwind: "Being in Time" or "Being as Time" I think is the theme of the exhibition this time, in case that helps.
Eden Haiku: What do you mean by editing Storm? The snapshot?
Storm Nordwind: When you drag a texture onto an object, it only changes one face of the object. If you edit it, by default it changes all faces unless you explicitly narrow it down
Eden Haiku: Are you considering contributing a snapshot Yaku?
Yakuzza Lethecus: only if something would suddenly flash in a moment
    Eden Haiku: Ah, thanks Storm.
Eden Haiku: So how will you find the butterflies Lucinda, any idea?
Lucinda Lavender: I have no idea.
Lucinda Lavender: go to an out door area?
Eden Haiku: Maybe one day SL will be eveolved enough to enable us to photoshop our dreams directly on the screen;)
    Lucinda Lavender: :)
Lucinda Lavender: so when you make your art Eden...how do you bring the colors in?
Lucinda Lavender: there is no paintbrush
Lucinda Lavender: Do you stand in fron't of the canvas and put color there then save?
    --BELL--
Eden Haiku: What do you mean Lucinda? I never created art in SL...
Lucinda Lavender: I thought you were pardon if I have it wrong?
Yakuzza Lethecus: bleu or zen are painting
    Lucinda Lavender: oh
Eden Haiku: Found this place called Animania Island (198, 124,21). You might want to check it for butterflies.
    Lucinda Lavender: ok
Eden Haiku: I would think they upload art they do elsewhere.
Lucinda Lavender: Yes I see that too. If I go there do you think I can bring some back?
Lucinda Lavender: and put them on myself for picture taking purposes?
Lucinda Lavender: oh I see about the art then
Eden Haiku: Not sure, bt it is worth a try!
    Lucinda Lavender: thank you
Yakuzza Lethecus: is there a searchfunction for free copyable items in sl ?
    Yakuzza Lethecus: for freebies
Eden Haiku: If you type freebies, you get a lot of links yes.
Yakuzza Lethecus: i mean a metasearchengine
    Yakuzza Lethecus: so to speak
Yakuzza Lethecus: google for freebies :)
Eden Haiku: That would be nice :)
Eden Haiku: In India, they would say a butterfly coming by you is the soul of a deceased great soul coming to you. A guru, a master... So many great teachers from the past or from other dimensions coming to you maybe Lucinda?
    Lucinda Lavender: ah
    Lucinda Lavender: wow
Eden Haiku: We are waiting for the channeling now, all ears...:)
    Storm Nordwind chuckles
    Lucinda Lavender: :)chuckling also
Eden Haiku: Who would you say would be an inspiration for you?
    Lucinda Lavender: good question
Eden Haiku: Storm? yaku? Who would be guiding you from the other world?
Lucinda Lavender: I think of different people I know for their differnt qualities but from another dimension I am not sure about that...
Storm Nordwind: Who me in particular ? ... oh I know one or two ;)
Eden Haiku: Yesterday, I had an interesting experince in the subway.
Eden Haiku: There was this old man playing an accordeon.

Storm Nordwind looks at the two Red Admiral butterflies fluttering in front of Lucinda

Eden Haiku: The song he was playing was my brother,s favorite when we were children.
    Eden Haiku: Oh yes, wonderful.
Lucinda Lavender: Oh I wish I could see!
Lucinda Lavender: there they are! tiny
Eden Haiku: ! That is why you have been quiet for a while Storm, creating butterflies out of thin air!
    Storm Nordwind chuckles
    Lucinda Lavender: :)
    Lucinda Lavender: lovely
Storm Nordwind: Please continue Eden - sorry for my distraction!
Lucinda Lavender: Eden..did it feel like you were reminded of those people from the past?
Eden Haiku: No no, it is wonderful that you can provide like that, your are our mother Demeter Storm. May I have a rabbit please?
    Lucinda Lavender: by the music?
Eden Haiku: Out of your hat?
Storm Nordwind: Hmm... I have a few hairs instead though ;)
    --BELL--
Lucinda Lavender: I think alot about how music reminds one of feelings , people, and just reciently I was able to listen to a talk about the history of classical music...
    Yakuzza Lethecus: https://www.xstreetsl.com/modules.ph...4&ItemLocale=1
Eden Haiku: Yes, but one word shined from the song:" je vois briller l'étoile qui guide les matelots." It was like the word ETOILE did shine brightly and brought me back to a time I was doing visualizations and I did visualize a star and it brought me back to that time and I felt I was still in the same continuum of time. And then, later at night...
Eden Haiku: I discovered a new app through which I can see all the constellations (just noticing the star theme now).
Storm Nordwind notes you can do that with Google Earth too
    Lucinda Lavender: lovely
Eden Haiku: The song means : I see shining the star that guides the sailors.
    Lucinda Lavender: ah
Eden Haiku: Yes, with Google earth, Never tried!
    Eden Haiku: I will...;)
Storm Nordwind: Mais qui sont ces matelots?
Lucinda Lavender: thank you Yaku for the link
Eden Haiku: Et quel est l'âge du capitaine?
Storm Nordwind: Google Earth has a star mode nowadays
Eden Haiku: Funny my brother has been fascinated by the ocean from his childhood (even though he had never been there yet. He is now an officer in the Canadian Coast guard...
Storm Nordwind: I used to do star meditations and projections of the light as healing very many years ago. I was with a group that did it several times a day
Storm Nordwind: He is? Wonderful! :)
Eden Haiku: Yes, my visualizations were connected to light healing too :)
Eden Haiku: My brother was my first experience of karma...He knew when he was like 5 years old...
    Eden Haiku: Hello beautiful Bleu!
    Bleu Oleander: hi everyone :)
    Yakuzza Lethecus: hi bleu :)
Bleu Oleander: Storm ... I love your photo!
Eden Haiku: Some lavender object appeared near Lucinda...and the Red Admirals..
    Lucinda Lavender: butterflies are appearing
    Lucinda Lavender: :)
    Lucinda Lavender: Hi Bleu...
    Bleu Oleander: hi Lucinda :)
Yakuzza Lethecus: yes, but i can´t transfer those
Yakuzza Lethecus: you have to go to xstreets urself and get the free copy if you like them
    Lucinda Lavender: I see
Yakuzza Lethecus: i posted the link before
    Lucinda Lavender: yes
Lucinda Lavender: it looked like signing in again to 2L so I was not sure.

After much camera manoeuvering, plus taking and retaking of snapshots, I had taken a photograph of Lucinda with the red admiral butterflies and uploaded it. I passed it to her and also put it on a board for everyone to see.

    Lucinda Lavender: thank you Storm
Lucinda Lavender: Yaku I will go back and try again
    Eden Haiku: Oh! Beautiful!
    Bleu Oleander: ooo nice Storm!
    Storm Nordwind smiles
    Lucinda Lavender: beautiful Storm!
Eden Haiku: Lucinda had a dream in which butterflies were fluttering around and on her..
Lucinda Lavender: interesting how you can see it on both sides!
    --BELL--
Lucinda Lavender: And Storm had used the word physical beacon...which is what I felt in the dream was happening
Eden Haiku: The lavender wisteria background is appropriate too!
    Lucinda Lavender: yes Eden...
    Lucinda Lavender: :)
Lucinda Lavender: Can I put this in the show?
    Bleu Oleander: why not? !!
Storm Nordwind: Oh course - if you wish. With my compliments :)
Lucinda Lavender: I would be honored to.
Storm Nordwind: Red Admirals are big fans of buddleia - which looks similar to wisteria
Storm Nordwind: I'll make you a name tag straight away
Lucinda Lavender: I am thinking again of the admirals that navigate the boats on the sea.
Storm Nordwind: haha! amazing synchonicity :))
Lucinda Lavender: red is the color of dreaming in the studies I do
    Lucinda Lavender: and orange compassion
Lucinda Lavender: the dream felt like transformation sl energy was attracted to me
Eden Haiku: Thanks for the inspiring conversation, have a nice day everyone!
    Bleu Oleander: bye Eden
Lucinda Lavender: thank you too Eden!
    Storm Nordwind: Bye Eden!
Storm Nordwind: If you have time Lucinda, we can set up your exhibit straight after this session
Lucinda Lavender: I would love that.
Bleu Oleander: bfn ... lovely photo Storm/Lucinda .... great addition to the show!!
Lucinda Lavender: It feels like the expereince of looking at oneself and suddenly seeing butterflies is the comfirmation that things will come that we don't know about and can never have known. And that such gentleness is needed in not crushing them.
    Bleu Oleander: bye :)
    Lucinda Lavender: bye Bleu
    Storm Nordwind: Bye Bleu
Storm Nordwind: A lovely thought Lucinda. Perhaps that could be on a notecard accompanying the picture
    Lucinda Lavender: good idea
Storm Nordwind: And you can think of a title too
    Lucinda Lavender: :)
Storm Nordwind: Let me clear up - thank you Yak for doing so - and we'll wander over
    Lucinda Lavender: good
Storm Nordwind: Bye for now Yaku!
    Yakuzza Lethecus: bye veryone
Lucinda Lavender: Yaky thanks so much!
    Lucinda Lavender: yaku...
