The Guardian for this meeting was Riddle Sideways. The comments are by Riddle Sideways. Who is distracted right now by Skype'ing with my Son in Nirobi, Kenya. He has just come into civilization after 10 days with the Maasia.  [my 15min gong just went off and I laughed like they do.  The fullest, heartiest belly laugh of joy].

There have been many sessions that almost hit the level of this one.  Not to say this is a big high.  It just hit all the corners of my favorite subjects for this group.

Please to allow me to paint my mental problem set state plane for you.
Long holiday weekend after a short week of traveling. Visited Berkeley for Parent and child orientalion.  My daugther is about to start at Berkeley in the fall. "GO BEARS!!!!!".  /me wonders if there are Berlekey alums/faculity reading this :)  Thoughts of Time workshops, Reality essays, Virtual Worlds, Books of PaB.  Fourth of July with the Rainbow Family of Living Light (somewhere Pa. this year).  I met them on a meditative plane on the global noon.  Played a song that I had not in years.  Thought.

When I walked up to Pavilion,  Yakuzza was off in the distance chatting with somebody (would become Bruce).

    Yakuzza Lethecus: hey riddle
Yakuzza Lethecus: how was ur 4th of july
    Riddle Sideways: hi Yaku
    Riddle Sideways: very quiet peaceful
Riddle Sideways: finally went no where
    Riddle Sideways: morning Bruce
    Bruce Mowbray: Good morning, Riddle.
Bruce Mowbray: Would it be all right if I allowed Blub to swim?

Blub is the little fish circling Bruce's head/
Riddle Sideways: morning yes, go ahead
    Yakuzza Lethecus: :)
Riddle Sideways: I see Blub does not wish to go into the water
Riddle Sideways: Bruce, have you been to our PaB sessions before?
Bruce Mowbray: I keep him on a short leash -- During meditation sessions, I insist that he not swim at all, so as not to distract folks.
Bruce Mowbray: I have not been to these sessions before.
Bruce Mowbray: I searched for Taoism -- and found this sim, and am curious,...
Riddle Sideways: well, we record our chat for a weblog. Is that ok with you?
    Bruce Mowbray: Absolutely.

Many people join.  The reader is reminded to keep track/
    Riddle Sideways: morning Sophia
    SophiaSharon Larnia: hi people :)
    Yakuzza Lethecus: hey ssl :)
    Bruce Mowbray: Good morning, Sophia.
    SophiaSharon Larnia: good morning :)
    Riddle Sideways: and morning Eos
    Eos Amaterasu: Hi all
    Bruce Mowbray: Hello, Eos.
    SophiaSharon Larnia: hi :)
Eos Amaterasu feels there's something fishy going on
    Bruce Mowbray: ;-)
SophiaSharon Larnia: yes and hi Blub (the name of your fish Bruce) :)
Bruce Mowbray and Blub say "Hi!"
Eos Amaterasu: I'm all for interspecies Play as Being
    Yakuzza Lethecus: :)
    Bruce Mowbray: So is Blub.
    SophiaSharon Larnia: heh

enter the vain hope of a topic :]
Riddle Sideways: I have been thinking through this study of reality and Time
    SophiaSharon Larnia: :)
Riddle Sideways: is very nice, until the mention of writting books
SophiaSharon Larnia: I'm not thinking of that much
Riddle Sideways: writing a book is a scary thing
Eos Amaterasu: only the book "author" has to take on that scary part
SophiaSharon Larnia: the idea of writing isnt scary for me, just people reading it
Riddle Sideways: exploring time seemed a really good research thing
Eos Amaterasu: although "contributing" could salso be scary
    Eos Amaterasu: *also with salsa
Riddle Sideways: I prefer chips with salsa
    SophiaSharon Larnia: :D
Eos Amaterasu: the way we make each other available over the net
    Riddle Sideways: :)
Eos Amaterasu: so our words and conversations and movies et al can be found and read by others
Eos Amaterasu: it's a bit like we eat each other's selves and productions
Eos Amaterasu: like the way life eats life, food wise
SophiaSharon Larnia: well, i do refer to some books as snacks
Eos Amaterasu: we eat each other, meme wise
Riddle Sideways: that it just happens and poof a thousand chat logs for all to read
Eos Amaterasu: We offer our speech acts into a new level of being public, available to all
Riddle Sideways: scribing a 3-day is almost doable
SophiaSharon Larnia: wow thats a lot of nows, a thousand chat logs
Riddle Sideways: but sitting and writing a chapter?????
Eos Amaterasu: For some people that's just their form of self-expression
Bruce Mowbray muses to himself: "eat" = consume?
    Eos Amaterasu: otherwise they perish
    SophiaSharon Larnia: hmm
Eos Amaterasu: we consume perceptions, repetitively nibble on songs in our heads, ....
SophiaSharon Larnia: we consume for sustainance
Riddle Sideways: singing in the choir is so natural. Maybe contributing to the tune writing
Riddle Sideways: but creating the album myself is scary
    Riddle Sideways: morning hana
SophiaSharon Larnia: theres a lot of meanings for the word consume, but that meant just one
Eos Amaterasu: Hi Hana, nice to see you!
    Hana Furlough: hi everyone
    SophiaSharon Larnia: Hi Hana :)
Hana Furlough: nice to see you too!
    Hana Furlough: all of you!
Bruce Mowbray: I create, therefore I am - or - I consume, therefore I am. A tension between the two?
    Bruce Mowbray: Good morning, Hana.
Eos Amaterasu: the album of one's life is at least partly recorded (Riddle)
Eos Amaterasu: We do both, consume and create....and even to consume we must create

SophiaSharon Larnia: can you say more Eos?
Eos Amaterasu: like learning to listen to a certain kind of music
Eos Amaterasu: and then we easily perceive....
Eos Amaterasu: we learn how to hold perceptions in a certain ways, ratios
Eos Amaterasu: but also some of that perception is held for us
Eos Amaterasu: both in the boundary of our bodies and in the boundary of our environment
    Hana Furlough: good morning, bruce
Eos Amaterasu: we get more aware of that going from SL to RL to SL
Riddle Sideways: and less aware as it becomes more 'natural'
Eos Amaterasu: I was just realizing that difference between "normal life" (RL with internet) and "life in the forest" (as at upcoming RL retreat) is as great as that between "normal RL" and "SL"
    Eos Amaterasu: avatars multiple ways
Eos Amaterasu: (soon to be a major motion picture, in 4D (time dimension to be explored))
Eos Amaterasu: this will be the "Avatars in the Forest" retreat
    SophiaSharon Larnia: :)
Eos Amaterasu: Which brings up the fish
Riddle Sideways: too much like the movie
    SophiaSharon Larnia: :D
Eos Amaterasu: we're already in a world of beings and of Being
Eos Amaterasu: but don't usually realize this
SophiaSharon Larnia: talking about boundaries is kinda hard for me
Eos Amaterasu: the forest is full of beings
    Eos Amaterasu: and of Being
    Eos Amaterasu: how so, SophiaSharon?
Riddle Sideways: SS, is talking boundry-less easier?

SophiaSharon Larnia: i used to think my 'boundaeries were loose things
SophiaSharon Larnia: then solid walls, and etc
SophiaSharon Larnia: never found the balance between those
Bruce Mowbray: Perhaps the illusion of "boundaries" is necessary to perpetuate the concept of "options."
    SophiaSharon Larnia: ah yes :)
Bruce Mowbray: Choosing 'this' or 'that' requires that I see a difference between them -- i.e., a boundary.
Bruce Mowbray: "Neither this nor that. . . " -- Zen teaching.
    SophiaSharon Larnia: Hi Bertram :)
    Bertram Jacobus: hi everybody
    Hana Furlough: hi bert
    Bruce Mowbray: G'day, Bertram.
    Riddle Sideways: hI bERT
Eos Amaterasu: "Be discriminating without commentary." - Forest Instructions, Windhorse Farm
    Eos Amaterasu: Hi Bert
Hana Furlough: Eos: what does that mean?
Bertram Jacobus: eos - your imns still not workin ?
Eos Amaterasu: Yes, IMing was not working right
SophiaSharon Larnia: without commentary, is that what this is, here?
Bertram Jacobus: could you give me your email adress, then perhaps plz (eos) ?
Riddle Sideways: the ratio of how much boundary to apply is interesting in itself
Eos Amaterasu: Hana, "non-discursive" discriminating awareness
Eos Amaterasu: draw the line, but don't add extra squiggles
    Hana Furlough: Ahhh I see
    Hana Furlough: that is great!
Eos Amaterasu: (Bertram, I IM'd you - let me know if you got it)
Bertram Jacobus: got it - tyvm eos
SophiaSharon Larnia: tricky sometimes to see what the squiggle is
    Eos Amaterasu: Ah, yes :-)
Eos Amaterasu: Sometimes we can't see straight - it's all squiggle :-)
    SophiaSharon Larnia: ha! yes
Eos Amaterasu: I think then it's time to retreat, to simplify
Eos Amaterasu: so you can see one squiggle at a time
SophiaSharon Larnia: especially if you have invested something in follow that
Eos Amaterasu: and then the inchworm straightens out
SophiaSharon Larnia: or to have perceived that you have
Bruce Mowbray: My squigglies tend to be fractals -- containing infinite dulpications of themselves at different levels.
    Bruce Mowbray: duplications.
    Eos Amaterasu gets dizzy
SophiaSharon Larnia: many thoughts can and do branch out like that
Eos Amaterasu wonders if fractals are like turtles
Bruce Mowbray: "Fractals all the way down...." Yep, I think that's how it goes.
Riddle Sideways: sometimes sqiggles on my page make me reach for an eraser
Eos Amaterasu: patterned echoes, of .....
Bertram Jacobus: /*/*/*/*Ich bin ein Gummibär-*/*/*/*

    [enter, the Gummi Bear song]
    Bertram Jacobus: oops :o)
SophiaSharon Larnia: :) I was just thinking, dropping thought, dropping 'that'
SophiaSharon Larnia: catchy tune Bert :D
Eos Amaterasu: watch the squiggles come and go
    Bertram Jacobus: sry ... :-)
Riddle Sideways: fractuals/turtles all the way down to gummi bears?
Eos Amaterasu pictures gummie bears all the way down
    Hana Furlough: lol!
    Bruce Mowbray: Hi, Bobby.
Eos Amaterasu: thoughts all the way down....
    SophiaSharon Larnia: Hi Bobby
    Bobby Couerblanc: hi
SophiaSharon Larnia now wants some candy
    Riddle Sideways: hi Bobby

Many new people that I am seperately IM'ing about us and chat posting/
    Hana Furlough: hi bobby~
    Bertram Jacobus: hi bobby
    SophiaSharon Larnia: candy*
    Eos Amaterasu: Hi Bob
    Bobby Couerblanc: Hi everyone
    Eos Amaterasu: fractal wantingness

Ok, by now we all know that "fractal" means some fractional distance between whole number dimensions.  What that precisely means is pointless, but meaningful.  What is "your" image of 'between'?  What meaning is a fractional part of what we know a solid, factual and real.  Of your bininary, True/False, black/white, etc. World is an analog/variable Being?  Infinity is big (yeah), but also so small it is total inclusive.
What the __ could "fractal wantingness" mean to you?
Eos, thank you.  I now have another piece of our puzzle !  :)

[Please allow me to highlight this for the scribes]
    Eos Amaterasu: fractal wantingness

    Bobby Couerblanc: Bruce invited me.
    Bertram Jacobus: nice :-)
    SophiaSharon Larnia: welcome :)
    SophiaSharon Larnia: both
Bertram Jacobus: karma and reality ... nice
Eos Amaterasu: there's a kind of hungry quality to perception
Eos Amaterasu: wants to be filled
    SophiaSharon Larnia: yes
Bruce Mowbray: When does the apple that I eat cease to be an apple and become me?
Bertram Jacobus: just in the moments it happens
Bruce Mowbray: Have I eaten the apple -- or has the apple eaten me?
Riddle Sideways: is it neccessary to define those boundaries?
Bertram Jacobus: you have eaten the apple
    SophiaSharon Larnia: Hi Soliferi
    Riddle Sideways: hi soliferi
    Hana Furlough: Hi Soliferi
Bobby Couerblanc: I invited Soliferi to join us.
    Bobby Couerblanc: :)
Bruce Mowbray: Exactly -- it is not necessary. . . Neither apple nor me . . . Perhaps we "eat" each other -- especially when consuming memes.
Eos Amaterasu: but also lots of your perceptions were shaped over a long period of time with the help of many beings, so you are fractally emerging from all that
Riddle Sideways: hmm, why does nobody want to sit on other side of circle?
Bertram Jacobus: and yes : everyday life causes that we must define boundries
Eos Amaterasu: cause it's the other side, Riddle?
Bruce Mowbray: Welcome Soliferi, friend of Bobby.
SophiaSharon Larnia: :) but I just noticed, maybe no one has told you yet? The logs for Play as Being get recorded and posted to our wiki here: http://wiki.playasbeing.org/
    Eos Amaterasu: Ciao Soliferi
SophiaSharon Larnia: is that ok with you Bruce, Booby and Soliferi?
    SophiaSharon Larnia: oh boy
    Bobby Couerblanc: Okay with me.
SophiaSharon Larnia: i meant Bobby so sorry
    Bobby Couerblanc: np
    Bobby Couerblanc: lol
    Bertram Jacobus: :-)
Bobby Couerblanc: I feel like a Booby some times.
    Eos Amaterasu: freudian slip
    SophiaSharon Larnia: blushes
Bruce Mowbray muses: The better to see you all.
Bertram Jacobus: poor freud - has to stand so much, so much responsibilities ! ... ;-)
    Bobby Couerblanc :)
SophiaSharon Larnia: yes, he does get a bit of blame
Bruce Mowbray: A 'slip" is just a fractal at another level popping into view.
    Riddle Sideways: slip=squiggle ?
Eos Amaterasu: Wol says, typos are SL's body language
Eos Amaterasu: "your fractal is showing" :-)
Bruce Mowbray: sorry about that - - - I didn't mean to interrupt the recording...
Bertram Jacobus: happens sometimes ... sometimes even often ...
Eos Amaterasu: are boundaries without Freudian slips possible?
Bertram Jacobus: depends whether you set them or not ?
    Riddle Sideways: exactly
Eos Amaterasu thinks about going to lingerie store and asking for a Freudian slip for his girlfriend
    Bertram Jacobus laughs
Riddle Sideways: if you set a concrete wall up. you have a hard time going through it
Riddle Sideways: some (very solid looking) walls can be crossed by holding down the shift key
Bruce Mowbray: Can we 'slip' through time . . . or are there concrete walls there, also?
Eos Amaterasu reminds himself to carry a keyboard at all times
    Bertram Jacobus laughs again
Bertram Jacobus: i think about the relativity of time ...
Riddle Sideways: yes, we can slip through time
Riddle Sideways: unless you made it toooo solid
Eos Amaterasu: we are both in one time together (SL) and in many times (whatever time zones)
Bruce Mowbray: Bobby visited my old high school (1960 graduated) and evoked a time slip for me.
    SophiaSharon Larnia: :)
Bertram Jacobus: and if our movements in space, speeds are very different, our times also differ as it is said
    Bertram Jacobus: - very
SophiaSharon Larnia: I used the term " i needed the distance of time" the other day, and it struck me as odd
    Bobby Couerblanc: :)
Eos Amaterasu: long ago is far away....
Bertram Jacobus: sry and ty - i´ll leave again - may all beings be happy plz (!) ...
Hana Furlough: i should get back to work
    SophiaSharon Larnia: bye Bertram :)
    Eos Amaterasu: moi aussi
Hana Furlough: a pleasure as ever!
Bruce Mowbray: Bye Bert and Hana.
SophiaSharon Larnia: ok Hana take are :)
    Hana Furlough: bye!
    SophiaSharon Larnia: care*
    SophiaSharon Larnia: bye Eos
    Riddle Sideways: bye and thanks
Bruce Mowbray: Lonely over here . . . need to adjust time/space frame again...
    SophiaSharon Larnia: :)
Yakuzza Lethecus: bye everyone who´s leavign
    Riddle Sideways: thanks blub
Riddle Sideways: we use those common phrases all the time. Then we listen to them and say WTF does that really mean
Bruce Mowbray wonders WHERE/WHEN did Hanna and Bert GO?
    Bobby Couerblanc: Speaking of time/space...
Bobby Couerblanc: I have read some about the physics of that.
SophiaSharon Larnia: yes, a spatial relationship to time
    SophiaSharon Larnia: in expression
Bruce Mowbray: go on, please, Bobby....
    Bobby Couerblanc: Amazing stuff.
Bobby Couerblanc: The universe is now made of superstrings.
Riddle Sideways: some think it always was :)
Bobby Couerblanc: Superstrings are in 12 or 13 dimentions.
    Bobby Couerblanc: dimensions*

see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/String_theory read entire or search on "dimen".
BTW no discussion of Branes vs Brains.

    Bobby Couerblanc: "Imagine" that!!
Riddle Sideways: yes, I have been trying to
    SophiaSharon Larnia: smiles
Bobby Couerblanc: There was Length, Width, Depth - the 3
Bobby Couerblanc: Then time - 4
    Bobby Couerblanc: Beyond that?
    Bobby Couerblanc: Incredible.
Riddle Sideways: and the 4th "Z" (other)
SophiaSharon Larnia: inside out, upside down, backwards maybe :D
    Bobby Couerblanc: or "t"
    Bobby Couerblanc: time
    SophiaSharon Larnia: (sorry)
Bobby Couerblanc: Yes, Sophia, you are not far off.
    Bobby Couerblanc: actually
Riddle Sideways: but, what if not all dimensions are equal strength/size
Bobby Couerblanc: How do you define equal? In what sense?
    Riddle Sideways: gravity
Bruce Mowbray: My super-strings are made out of universes. . .
Bobby Couerblanc: gravity consists of superstrings, the other dimensions.
    Bobby Couerblanc: As does matter.
Bobby Couerblanc: I'm an engineer by training...
Bobby Couerblanc: There was none of this when I took university physics!

Reminder: to return to this.  Great study on "_yy_ did not exist when we studied _xx_ in school."  what if we drop the past and go on with the future from right now.  Take the acceloration of knowledge up to now and advance it forward.  right now.  go !!
Riddle Sideways: Bobby, I define equal only by my current POV (point of view) (which changes)
Bobby Couerblanc: It is a riddle, Riddle!
    Bobby Couerblanc: ;)
SophiaSharon Larnia: I have to go, bye all :) Have fun!
    Riddle Sideways: bye
Bruce Mowbray: Bye, Soph -- Look out for the boundaries.
    Bobby Couerblanc: bye
Riddle Sideways: sorry, but I too must go
    Bobby Couerblanc: bye Riddle
    Riddle Sideways: please continue
Bruce Mowbray: OK -- Bye Riddle.
Riddle Sideways: btw, this is one of my fav subjects
Bruce Mowbray wonders: Where/when are they. . . when they leave?

Bruce, please come back and we will explore that.
Bobby Couerblanc: I love the tp function here.
Bobby Couerblanc: Just like the Star Trek "beaming."
    Yakuzza Lethecus: bye riddle
    Bobby Couerblanc: An idea...
Bruce Mowbray: Sl is an amazing metaphor. . .
    Bobby Couerblanc: Animals as people.

Bobby Couerblanc: Looking at Bruce's pet, Blub.
Bobby Couerblanc: My mother had a parakeet years ago.
Bobby Couerblanc: It was like a member of the family.
Bruce Mowbray: [Blub loves the attention.]
Bobby Couerblanc: I think his name was Percy.
Bobby Couerblanc: He was so tame, she would let him fly around the house.
Bobby Couerblanc: He loved to be with people.
Bobby Couerblanc: I was a teenager at the time.
Bobby Couerblanc: Everyone was together in one room, my little brother's room.
    Bobby Couerblanc: Laughing and playing.
Bobby Couerblanc: Unknown to the rest of us, Percy flew into the room when he heard the laughter.
Bobby Couerblanc: And my mother accidentally sat on him.
    Bobby Couerblanc: :(
    Bruce Mowbray: OMG!
Bobby Couerblanc: they didn't find him until later.
    Bobby Couerblanc: Devestating!
    Bruce Mowbray: Hi, cem.
    Yakuzza Lethecus: bye everyone
Bobby Couerblanc: We were all so sad.
    Bobby Couerblanc: bye
Bobby Couerblanc: She did not want another bird...it was too emotional for her.
Bobby Couerblanc: And Percy was "one of a kind" we thought.
    Bobby Couerblanc: Thus, the thought
    Bobby Couerblanc: Animals as people.

Bruce Mowbray: We had to cut down a nearly-dead tree at the farm this spring.
Bruce Mowbray: I felt compelled to ask permission of the tree -- and also of its neighbor trees - before having it felled.
Bruce Mowbray: I wsould NOT have had it cut down if I'd not received permission from the tree itself, first.
    Bobby Couerblanc: ?
Bobby Couerblanc: How did you receive permission?
Bruce Mowbray: It told me that it would not let me continue living if I were is as sad a condition as it was.
Bruce Mowbray: It would have that much compassion for me -- so why was I allowing it to continue to suffer?
    Bruce Mowbray: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dmcK1e4VFFY
Bruce Mowbray: That's a video of the felling.
    Bobby Couerblanc: looking
Bruce Mowbray: No boundaries between/among species.
Bruce Mowbray: Your mother understood this, Bobby -- else, why was she so emotionally upset by the parakeet's demise?
Bobby Couerblanc: wow! That is an old looking tree.
Bobby Couerblanc: I don't know, Bruce.
Bruce Mowbray: 220 years old, to be exact.
    Bobby Couerblanc: wow!
Bruce Mowbray: A time traveler from another age.
    Bobby Couerblanc: Like Evangline's oak.
    Bobby Couerblanc: :)
Bobby Couerblanc: You cut it with axes?
Bobby Couerblanc: My mother had an emtoional connection to the parakeet.
Bobby Couerblanc: But was it truly "love" for it?
    Bruce Mowbray: [observing silence....]
Bruce Mowbray: I don't understand the silence thing. . . Anyway, I FELT that the tree and I were like brothers.
Bruce Mowbray: They cut it down with chain saws.
    Bobby Couerblanc: oh

Bobby Couerblanc: Love comes in many forms.
Bobby Couerblanc: C.S. Lewis mentions four.
Bruce Mowbray: Yes -- even among tree-cutters. They understood COMPLETELY when I explained that I had obtained the tree's permission to be cut down.
Bobby Couerblanc: Did you love the tree?
Bruce Mowbray: The native Americans also asked for an animal's permission before they hunted it for food.
Bruce Mowbray: Yes, I dearly loved the tree -- and also its healthy neighbors, one of which is at least as old as the one we cut doen.
    Bruce Mowbray: down.
Bruce Mowbray: In fact, for many years I ahd hoped that I would die myself - before the trees had to die.
Bruce Mowbray: I didn't think I could bear the emotional pain of losing them.
    Bobby Couerblanc: thinking
Bruce Mowbray: Can you relate to any of this, Soliferi or cem?
    Soliferi Scientist: missed now
    Soliferi Scientist: please repete
    Bruce Mowbray: Inter-species communication. . .
Bobby Couerblanc: Talking about love for objects/animals.
Soliferi Scientist: yes I love humen and animals
    Soliferi Scientist: and art too
Bruce Mowbray: also, inter-kingdom communication (plant and animal kingdoms)
Bruce Mowbray: Thinking about beling loved BY animals (parakeets and trees).
Bruce Mowbray: When we meditate -- do we hold the silence, or does the silence hold us?
Bobby Couerblanc: Soliveri "lover" her art.
Soliferi Scientist: I love art in geneeral
    Bobby Couerblanc: loves*
    Soliferi Scientist: every beautiful thing
Bruce Mowbray: I would love to see Soli's art. . . Is it on-line?
Bobby Couerblanc: It is an affection she has for beauty.
    Soliferi Scientist: yes
    Soliferi Scientist: it is online
Bobby Couerblanc: Is affection the same as love? My question.
Soliferi Scientist: but I won't give the adress public
    Soliferi Scientist: affection is milder
    Soliferi Scientist: love is strong
Soliferi Scientist: you love with you whole being
Bobby Couerblanc: Affection is a component of love.
Bruce Mowbray: "Affection" feels like emotion to me, whereas "love" feels more spiritual -- although there are different sorts of loving, I guess.
    Bobby Couerblanc: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Four_Loves
Bobby Couerblanc: C.S. Lewis describes four different loves.
Bobby Couerblanc: The Greek language has at least three words for different loves.
Bobby Couerblanc: In English, we are not so specific.
Bobby Couerblanc: I "love" my garden.
Bruce Mowbray: I have bookmarked that URL for reading later.
Bobby Couerblanc: I "love" my friend.
    Bruce Mowbray: Thanks.
Bobby Couerblanc: I "love" my wife.
Bruce Mowbray: I love my car.
    Bobby Couerblanc: lol
    Bobby Couerblanc: Good one!
    Bobby Couerblanc: :D
Bobby Couerblanc: But clearly, they aren't the same kind of love...
Bobby Couerblanc: But, yet, they are love.
Bobby Couerblanc: There are many components to "love", then, if it is to be used as one word.
Bruce Mowbray: Just in case anyone didn't get it before, here is the wiki site for this sim: Play as Being. They meet here four times every day.

ok, the GoC (me) was already and this guy is doing it. :)
    Bruce Mowbray: http://wiki.playasbeing.org/
    Bobby Couerblanc: affection
    Bobby Couerblanc: friendship
    Bobby Couerblanc: eros
Bruce Mowbray: Although several of the folks who have departed are members of this "group," there is apparently no way one can actually join the group. . .
    Bobby Couerblanc: charity
