The Guardian for this meeting was Agatha Macbeth. The comments are by Aggers.

I arrived ten minutes early in order to A) change clothes and B) Get a more recent notecard from the info pointI notice however that it still has the old Wiki URL on it and sit down to edit it.  While I'm here I also move the info concerning recording of sessions to the top of the note, since that seems to me the most important bit of information to convey to a newcomer.  While I am doing this, the Recorder begins to get impatient....

PaB Listener Master whispers: The session has not yet been claimed by a Guardian

    Agatha Macbeth: Oh shut up!

    --BELL-- 1300

    Qt Core: Hi Agatha, Liza
Agatha Macbeth: Buona sera QT :)
Agatha Macbeth: And Liza too, didn't see her over there
    Liza Deischer: hi Agatha, QT
Agatha Macbeth: Goede avond Liza :)
    Agatha Macbeth: How are we?
Qt Core: not so good, bad day overall
    Agatha Macbeth: Oh dear
    Agatha Macbeth: Why is that?
Qt Core: nothing a few hundred euros can't solve, but still stress :-)
    Agatha Macbeth: Ah
    Agatha Macbeth: Money money money....
Agatha Macbeth: We all wish we had more
Agatha Macbeth: I bet Bill Gates, rich as he is, still thinks he doesn't have enough
Qt Core: but then if you go searching for the people that won big lotteries many hadn't the promised happy life
    Agatha Macbeth: Yes, agreed Qt
Liza Deischer: or spent their money
Agatha Macbeth: Marilyn Monroe had money AND beauty but it didn't help her in the end
Qt Core: the next lottery here in italy, in a couple day will have something around 100 million as jackpot
    Agatha Macbeth: Wow
Agatha Macbeth: Perhaps the PM will win it? ;-)
Qt Core: if only... that could make him retire on a tropical island ;-)
Agatha Macbeth: All the better reason to let him win then....
Agatha Macbeth: Surely the Mafia could fix it?
Qt Core: it does not seem, but some winner had to gave half of his win to them
    Qt Core: hi Sartre
    Agatha Macbeth: Doesn't surprise me
    Sartre Placebo: hi
    Agatha Macbeth: Nabend Satre :)
    Liza Deischer: hey Sartre :)

    --BELL-- 1315

Agatha Macbeth: I remember reading The Godfather...it was really good
Agatha Macbeth waves quietly to Cal
    Liza Deischer: hi Cal :)
Calvino Rabeni: Calvino Rabeni nods silently
    Sartre Placebo: hey cal
    Qt Core: Hi Calvino
Agatha Macbeth: Anything interesting happening with you Cal?
Agatha Macbeth: Hello again Arch :)
    Liza Deischer: hey Arch :)
Calvino Rabeni: Yes, but disturbing :)
    Agatha Macbeth: Whoa
Agatha Macbeth: Wanna tell us or no?
Calvino Rabeni: Computer hardware crashes, needing to buy new stuff, and some RL group politics
Agatha Macbeth: Aha, RL group politics eh?
    Agatha Macbeth: Sounds interesting
Calvino Rabeni: Not that I feel like going into it, but, my observation is that these things have a way to pile up at once :)
Agatha Macbeth: Oh yes, tell me!
Calvino Rabeni: Including the wiki server faults
Agatha Macbeth: All or nothing, as they say
Calvino Rabeni: Trouble comes in threes (is that a saying?)
Agatha Macbeth: I think so yes
Agatha Macbeth: If only it would stop at three!
Liza Deischer: 3 keer is scheepsrecht
    Agatha Macbeth: Agreed :p
Archmage Atlantis: Yes, but is because the current human brain cannot conceive more than 3
Agatha Macbeth: You might be right Arch
Agatha Macbeth: What is Virtlantis Satre, might I ask?  (Noting the tag he is wearing)
Calvino Rabeni: Each of those small numbers has a different quality
    Agatha Macbeth: Mm
    Calvino Rabeni: and geometry
Archmage Atlantis: Try to think of 5, and tell us if you see 5 or 3 and 2
Agatha Macbeth: Or the square root of 25
Calvino Rabeni: take 3 for instance - see, any 2 objects are in a line, but if there are 3 in a line, it indicates an actual trend of some kind
    Agatha Macbeth: Ah..
Calvino Rabeni: thus the significance of 3, in omens, stories, and jokes
    Archmage Atlantis: historical trend, agree
Agatha Macbeth: 'Twice is coincidence but three is conspiracy'?
    Archmage Atlantis: not a future
    Calvino Rabeni: yes like that
Calvino Rabeni: in a way, 3 indicates some outside force doing the positioning
    Agatha Macbeth understands
Archmage Atlantis: And there are no forces outside the ones humans control *g*
Agatha Macbeth: Could be Arch, or perhaps...
Calvino Rabeni: not so, but when they appear, humans interest is perked up
Calvino Rabeni: anything outside the system of what is expected
    Archmage Atlantis: Good obs, Cal
Calvino Rabeni: some other group of humans, or mysterious other intelligences, etc.
Agatha Macbeth: The ghost in the machine
    Archmage Atlantis: Oh, isn't that a song....a plau....an artwork......one of those soft things......the ghost, I mean
Agatha Macbeth: Or Deus ex machina
    Archmage Atlantis: Ah
    Archmage Atlantis: Deus
Agatha Macbeth: Abstract with animal connections? [grin]
Archmage Atlantis: He and I have been arguing whether he/she/e exists for 1/2 a century
    Agatha Macbeth: Who?
    Archmage Atlantis: Deus
    Archmage Atlantis: God
    Agatha Macbeth: Oh
Agatha Macbeth: I tend not to argue with God
Archmage Atlantis: I tend to argue all the time.......it is why I am always in trouble *g*
Calvino Rabeni: No you don't Arch :)
Agatha Macbeth: Ha! Nice one Arch ;-)
    Wol Euler: evening all.
    Agatha Macbeth: Hiya Wol :))
    Liza Deischer: hi Wol

    --BELL-- 1330

    Archmage Atlantis: Hello, Wol
Qt Core: may i suggest a link about speaking/arguing to god, i haven't yet decided if it is obscene or wonderful, deeply religious or totally atheistic: http://www.fullmoon.nu/articles/art.php?id=tal

I found it quite hilarious actually, DO take a look!

Wol Euler: hello arch, aggers, qt, liza, cal, sartre
Archmage Atlantis: That is the magic, QT. as any mage would say to you
Qt Core: things you can easily asses and cathegoryze are usially a little boring ;-)
    Archmage Atlantis: agree
    Wol Euler reads and chuckles
Agatha Macbeth likes 'Harry Stottle' :-DDDDDD
Archmage Atlantis: And, usually not read closely enough
Agatha Macbeth: I must read the rest of that later
    Archmage Atlantis: smile
Archmage Atlantis: Sorry, I did dive bomb into the topic.......what was the topic??
    Agatha Macbeth: Yes, good question....
Archmage Atlantis: Oh, Be not afraid
Agatha Macbeth: What was the topic QT?
Calvino Rabeni: something like, what makes events connected ...?
    Agatha Macbeth: Ah, right
    Wol Euler: "time"?
Agatha Macbeth: Oh, where's Liza gone?
    Wol Euler: hiding behind cal
Qt Core: there was a topic ?
    Agatha Macbeth: Aww
    Qt Core: ;)
Calvino Rabeni: No, time happens everywhere at once, it doesn't do a very good job of connecting events
Agatha Macbeth: Musical cushions, encore une fois....
Calvino Rabeni: space on the other hand, is a culprit
    Agatha Macbeth: Is space curved?
Calvino Rabeni: much as it tries to make room for diversity to happen at once
Archmage Atlantis: wol is going to play that onegatto thing again, i FEEL it coming.......and I can never find it in my inventory
Liza Deischer: sorry, was still reading
Wol Euler smiles and shakes her ead
    Agatha Macbeth: onegatto
    Wol Euler: *head
    Agatha Macbeth: Damn, didn't work
Wol Euler: one gatto, two gatti
    Agatha Macbeth: Meeowwwwwww
    Agatha Macbeth: Lets try....
    Agatha Macbeth: onigokko
Archmage Atlantis: Maybe that is why.....too many cats
Calvino Rabeni: hmmm ... what ?
Wol Euler: oho, right, I took mine off at the concert on saturday
    Agatha Macbeth: Ee aww
    Wol Euler: stop
    Wol Euler: onigokko
    Archmage Atlantis: found one
Agatha Macbeth pictures Grace McDonnagh doing the onigokko
Archmage Atlantis: not very catlike tho, ......maybe a kitten would do it
Agatha Macbeth: Can't beat a good pussy :)
    Archmage Atlantis: Naughty lady
    Agatha Macbeth: Hehe
    Wol Euler: stop
    Archmage Atlantis: chuckles
    Archmage Atlantis: nice
    Agatha Macbeth: Ah, excercise...
Wol Euler: about the only kind I get these days
Agatha Macbeth: You an me both
Agatha Macbeth: brb, need to close da windows
Archmage Atlantis: Ah, Vivaldi on Pandora.....works for me

    --BELL-- 1345

Archmage Atlantis: Saw the last bit of a W Golburg movie, the bit she explained why the guy had to keep rollin the rock up the hill *g*
Archmage Atlantis: Mind sort of went to T Turner, Rolling on the River
    Agatha Macbeth: ??
    Archmage Atlantis: To PaB
Agatha Macbeth: Ah, Tina Turner i know
Archmage Atlantis: Looked at the time, and decided to come
Agatha Macbeth: Don't know of W Golburg tho
    Wol Euler: neither does google
    Agatha Macbeth: Hmm
Archmage Atlantis: I spelled the last name wrong
Wol Euler: do you mean Whoopi Goldberg?
    Archmage Atlantis: Whoppie Goldburg
    Agatha Macbeth: Should be Goldburg?

If Whoopi Goldberg had married Peter Cushing would she have been Whoopi Cushing?

    Archmage Atlantis: yes wol
    Agatha Macbeth: Hi Morgano
    Liza Deischer: hi Morgano
    Agatha Macbeth: Still light-headed eh?
morgano Bravin: hello..mind if I join you?
Wol Euler: hello morgano, she of the glowy locks
Wol Euler: I must get the name of your shampoo
    morgano Bravin: :)
Agatha Macbeth: Looks like you did! ;-)
    morgano Bravin: onion juice,,works wonders
    Wol Euler: :)
Agatha Macbeth: I've heard of facelights, but this is ridiculous...
Archmage Atlantis: Hey, anyone who wears a supernova as a do, that's a cool entity by me *g*
    morgano Bravin: :)
Calvino Rabeni: I have heard of something called "glow" in SL but have never seen it
Agatha Macbeth: Gets you noticed anyway
Wol Euler: you may have it disabled in oyur preferences, cal
morgano Bravin: it looks ok to me
Wol Euler: I think it is off by default
    Liza Deischer: he didn't
Agatha Macbeth looks for glow in prefs
Wol Euler: graphics tab, enable custom settings, turn basic shaders on
    Wol Euler: hello bruce
    Liza Deischer: hi Bruce
    Agatha Macbeth: Ah, already on!
Calvino Rabeni: thanks wol, I don't see that in my graphics prefs (viewer 2)
Wol Euler: ah, it's probably moved to a different location or given a differnt name :(
    Agatha Macbeth: Probably
    morgano Bravin: bye bruce
Agatha Macbeth: Yes Brucie come to the next one...
Liza Deischer: it is in v2 under Shaders (Graphics)
Archmage Atlantis: The great thing about PaB, is there is always another session.....I don't think many understand what an accomplishment that is
Liza Deischer: it is called Basis Shaders
Agatha Macbeth: It's the Round World thing Arch
Calvino Rabeni: OK, then thanks Liza - this computer is incapabile of doing it
Archmage Atlantis: Perhaps, Aggie, perhaps even more
    Liza Deischer: okay
    Agatha Macbeth: Even more? [gasp]
Calvino Rabeni: If I get a new computer, thenI will see the light :)
    Agatha Macbeth: Halleluyah
Wol Euler: you will be amazed
    Wol Euler: truly
Wol Euler: at how beautiful Sl can be
Agatha Macbeth: And hear the word of ATI...
    Wol Euler: NVidia.
Archmage Atlantis: I have an 8088 Dos 1.0 that will let you see the light Cal *g*
    Agatha Macbeth: Same thing
Archmage Atlantis: Using the light, that is another issue

    --BELL-- 1400

Liza Deischer: that is why you didn't see any difference on your need to go
Liza Deischer: have a nice evening :)
Wol Euler: bye liza, take care
    Agatha Macbeth: C ya Liza
    Qt Core: bye Liza
    Sartre Placebo: bye liza

    Agatha Macbeth: Bye Arch
    Qt Core: 'nigth Arch
    morgano Bravin: goodnight Arch
    Sartre Placebo: nicht arch
Agatha Macbeth: It isn't night where he is of course...
    Sartre Placebo: night
Agatha Macbeth: Satre, you still haven't told me what Virlantis is
Agatha Macbeth: (Is he asleep again?)
    Sartre Placebo: yes
    Wol Euler: :)
    Agatha Macbeth: Oh, ok
Sartre Placebo: virlantis is theoretically a sim for language education
    Agatha Macbeth: Oh, good
Agatha Macbeth: Must look that up
Sartre Placebo: you must look up TLE
Agatha Macbeth: TLE eh? Got it
Sartre Placebo: they have really a lot of good stuff
    Qt Core: theoretically...
Agatha Macbeth: Ah, theory and practice...
Agatha Macbeth: Hm, I see it on the map
    Wol Euler: hello ingrid
    Ingrid Manen: hi
    Agatha Macbeth: Hi Ingrid
    morgano Bravin: hi ingrid
Wol Euler: have you been here before?
    Ingrid Manen: hi all
    Ingrid Manen: Yes I have
Agatha Macbeth: I seem to remember you from before
    Wol Euler: ok, good :)
    Qt Core: hi Ingrid
    Agatha Macbeth: Yes, thought so
Ingrid Manen: last time I was here we talked about life after death I believe
Agatha Macbeth: Oh yes, I remember
Agatha Macbeth: Jury's still out I think
    Sartre Placebo: good night everyone
    Ingrid Manen: good night
    Wol Euler: 'night sartre
    Agatha Macbeth: Gute Nacht, Satre
    morgano Bravin: nite satre
    Qt Core: 'night Sartre
Ingrid Manen: are you discussing a subject?
Agatha Macbeth: Dunno, can't remember ;-)
Wol Euler: hard to say :)
    Wol Euler: ty qt :)
    Agatha Macbeth reads back
morgano Bravin: if we were sure that life after death was great then we may become too complacent
    Qt Core: yw ;)
Ingrid Manen: well first you would have to be sure if life after death would be great
Ingrid Manen: what would it be like
    Ingrid Manen: dream like?
Ingrid Manen: what would you dream it to be?
morgano Bravin: either way I think we may as well play this one well
    Ingrid Manen: I agree Morgana
Ingrid Manen: but wishfull thinking about a better life describes the life we would want in the present life
morgano Bravin: I liketo think of life as full of tests,,and you dont notice them unless you are vigilant
Wol Euler: my dears, it's time for me to move on
    Wol Euler: rl is calling
    Ingrid Manen: hmm nice thought
Wol Euler: goodnight all, take care
Agatha Macbeth: Oh life is certainly full of tests unfortunately
    Ingrid Manen: ok good night
    morgano Bravin: goodnight Wol
Agatha Macbeth: C ya Wol :)
Ingrid Manen: the muslims think life is a test
    Ingrid Manen: a constant test
Agatha Macbeth: All I hope is that it will all be worth it someday...

    --BELL-- 1415

Agatha Macbeth: Anyway, I must move on too, take care...
Ingrid Manen: many religions just are waiting for something to make life better
    morgano Bravin: nite Agatha
Ingrid Manen: many people just wait until life gets better by itself
Ingrid Manen: but perhaps this is it
Ingrid Manen: and I mean IT
Ingrid Manen: this is the ultimate being what we get
morgano Bravin: what bit is IT?
Ingrid Manen: It is our life
    Ingrid Manen: our being here
    Ingrid Manen: in rl
    Ingrid Manen: and playing sl
    Ingrid Manen: for instance
Ingrid Manen: and it is our life living it in the best way we can
morgano Bravin: havnt caught up with your thought yet
Ingrid Manen: or waiting untill someone is going to improve life
Ingrid Manen: perhaps there is no other life after this one
morgano Bravin: enjoying what we have is a good start
Ingrid Manen: perhaps this is IT
Ingrid Manen: the only chance we get to BE
    Ingrid Manen: yes
morgano Bravin: but some trails in life can appear less burdonsome if seen as a chalenge
Ingrid Manen: right I agree again Morgana
Ingrid Manen: I like the struggle for life
Ingrid Manen: else it would be dull
    Ingrid Manen: no challenge
morgano Bravin: but I am no expert,,please dont read this as some guidance,,I am merely a visitor here
Calvino Rabeni: Struggle is good in my opinion
Calvino Rabeni: and we are all peers here
Ingrid Manen: I do not read it as a guidance but I think you are quite an expert
    morgano Bravin: ty
Qt Core: sleeptime here, 'night all
    morgano Bravin: goodnight Qt
    Ingrid Manen: night Qt
Calvino Rabeni: It is a great topic - but I have too many RL things to attend to right now
    Ingrid Manen: ok np
    morgano Bravin: I understand Calvino
Calvino Rabeni: Sure, maybe we'll pick it up again some time
    morgano Bravin: maybe another day
Calvino Rabeni: Meanwhile, have a great day :)
    Calvino Rabeni: Bye
    morgano Bravin: yes
    morgano Bravin: bye Cal
