    stevenaia Michinaga: I can take a 20 minute nap on our carpeted floor in my office whenever I need oen

    stevenaia Michinaga: no, I wait until the inspiration takes hold, it has not, but your constrcut is very inspriring
    Lucinda Lavender: it was built in a day.. as they say

    stevenaia Michinaga: all good ideas begin quickly, once they begin
    Lucinda Lavender: well unless you call playing with blocks architecture
    Lucinda Lavender: which I do in my mind
    Lucinda Lavender: I like to set up little bits of things...
    stevenaia Michinaga: I knew a painter, a good friend, who told me before he begin the painting, it is already completed in his mind, he jsut eeds to out it on the cavass

    Lucinda Lavender: an area of stones, and another of skulls
    Lucinda Lavender: pictures...colors that dominate
    stevenaia Michinaga: mmm, interesting, had had a collection of "things" like that too
    Lucinda Lavender: it is my play
    Lucinda Lavender: it changes over time
    stevenaia Michinaga: sounds creative

    Lucinda Lavender: well first I start playing with placement of objects and then it some gets a theme of sorts
    Lucinda Lavender: I pay attention to the space between things
    Lucinda Lavender: rumination is an interesting word...makes me think of cows
    stevenaia Michinaga: space is a wonderful thing to "play with"

    stevenaia Michinaga: she does go in and unclutter more than she clutters

    Lucinda Lavender: peaceful when the space empties a bit
    stevenaia Michinaga: yes, whenever it does, there is always something that fills it next, like a mind

    stevenaia Michinaga: thinks, there are always new and interesting spaces, usually city or urban spaces rather than rooms , but they are all related, space enclosed

    stevenaia Michinaga: each has their special and spacial joys
    Lucinda Lavender: where light comes in..or color wakes one up
    Lucinda Lavender: or sound resonates

    stevenaia Michinaga: and the rain forest... but it never rained
    Lucinda Lavender: lovely there...rainforests

    Lucinda Lavender: near the Neah bay area
