Adams Rubble: Good morning Eden :)

Adams Rubble: sorry to be late

Eden Haiku: Good morning Adams! How elegant you are :)

    Eden Haiku: No worries :)

Eden Haiku: I love the touch of pink under

Eden Haiku: touch of pink under your white t-shirt

    Adams Rubble: My 1950s retro

Adams Rubble: I am wearing it to go with my free diner gift from the lindens

    Adams Rubble: shhhh

Eden Haiku: Ah yes! Your secret is safe with me :)))

Adams Rubble: One has to dress carefully as a diner owner :)

Eden Haiku: May I ask a question I m y have asked before? This thingie you hav hanging on your chest, is part of your explorer look isn'it?

Adams Rubble: yes, I am not exploring too well right now so I probably should not be wearing it :)

Adams Rubble: a little ship and a spyglass

Eden Haiku: May I have a strawberry milkshake please?

Adams in her diner outfit from the fifties

Adams Rubble: my rl avatar hada little sailing trip a week or so ago

    Eden Haiku: Oh nice:)

Adams Rubble: It is a generic milkshake. You will have to imagine the strawberries :)

Eden Haiku: You are an explorer of the inner world Adams :)

    Eden Haiku: very virtual :)

Adams Rubble: It was a lighthouse tour around Staten island but the boat got well out in the bay and it was a little like being at sea

Adams Rubble: lots of sea birds

Eden Haiku: What a wonderful area to sail by. Were you seeing the City skyline?

    Adams Rubble: yes

    Adams Rubble: from different angles

    Eden Haiku: Wow!

Adams Rubble: It is good to see new things or old things from a new angle :)

Eden Haiku: It's Quebec National Holiday today

Adams Rubble: Your flowers are very pretty

Adams Rubble: ohh, Happy Quebec National Holiday :)

Eden Haiku: We went to a neighborhood traditional music festival in a park at night

Eden Haiku: Thank you Adams :)

Eden Haiku: There was a fiddler and a «caller», a man calling the moves of the square dances. And there was this three year old little boy who kept dancing around with his mom, his dad, his brother, tiring them all, running in circles. So much energy!!

Eden Haiku: A joy to see!

    Adams Rubble: :)

Adams Rubble: fun to watch the energy in the little ones that would kill the rest of us :)

Eden Haiku: A contrast with my 92 yo mother-in-law we visited in the afternoon. She's not too well, her energy dwindling, her appetite too. But still very sharp, with a sense of humor. But we felt sad, afterwards.

Adams Rubble: I had a visit with a 91 year old yesterday and I know what you mean

    Eden Haiku: smiles

Eden Haiku: Our battery lives :)

Eden Haiku: How is your health by the way Adams? I remember you had some concerns a while ago?

Adams Rubble: My visit became a bit of an oral history; I took notes and need to write them up

    Eden Haiku: How interesting!

Adams Rubble: My health is great. My RL avatar should get more exercise but noting serious right now.

    Eden Haiku: Wonderful!

    Adams Rubble: how is yours?

Eden Haiku: Good, thanks. Touching wood.

    Adams Rubble: :)

Eden Haiku: Not so young anymore :)

Adams Rubble: hmmm. it seems everyone feels that way

Eden Haiku: Some wisdom should come with that

    Eden Haiku: But does it?

Adams Rubble: it does but we don't often recognize it :)

    Eden Haiku: Ah yes, true.

Adams Rubble: we need to remember what a gift it is that we are still alive when so many of our peers have fallen away

    Eden Haiku: Yes, alas...

Adams Rubble: and appreciate what we see every day

    Adams Rubble: experience every day

Adams Rubble: I expect people are tired of hearing me say that :)

Adams Rubble: there were no songs about a girl named Adams written in the 1950s

Eden Haiku: A friend sent me a message saying she remembers the peach pie I offered to a small group of Quebecers living in the ashram in India on June 24th some 30 years ago.

    Adams Rubble: :)

Eden Haiku: I wanted a maple syrup pie but couldn't find any :)

Eden Haiku: 30 years ago seems yesterday

    Play AS the Being Ball

Eden Haiku: Never tiring to hear about such truths and reminders Adams :)

Adams Rubble: I keep thinking how young I was at the beginning of PaB

    Adams Rubble: hehe

Eden Haiku: We get older and grow wiser together as we Play as Being...

Eden Haiku: You were writing the archive back then

Eden Haiku: And we were neighbors in the village

    Adams Rubble: :)

Adams Rubble: It was quite a social experiment Pema did with us

Adams Rubble: we all got free land and houses

Adams Rubble: and formed a little community

Eden Haiku: Yes. And we with him :)

Adams Rubble: and we are still here -- some of us

Adams Rubble: but not young like we were back then. hehe

Eden Haiku: We are experimenting with Pema's playground :)

    Adams Rubble: :)

Adams Rubble: nice coin of phrase-Pema's playground

Adams Rubble: It sounds like a session title to me:)

Eden Haiku: His neighborhood cafe :)

Adams Rubble slides down the slide board - wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

    Adams Rubble: sliding board

Eden Haiku: Cafes are so part of the life in Amsterdam, no wonder he wanted to recreate that kind of friendliness over time-zones :)

Eden Haiku: Jumping on the see-saw

    Eden Haiku: And the merry-go-round

    Adams Rubble: :)

Eden Haiku: Hanging by my feet, head down

Adams Rubble bounces the Being ball

Eden Haiku: And Eden catches it

    Adams Rubble: :)

Adams Rubble: Appreciating the Presentation of the Appearance of the Being Ball

Eden Haiku: Throws it to virtual Riddle driving from the music festival he was attending this week end

    Adams Rubble waves to Riddle

    Eden Haiku: The Being Ball

Adams Rubble: Playing with the Being ball

    Adams Rubble: ohhh

Adams Rubble: Playing AS the Being Ball

    Adams Rubble bounces away

Eden Haiku: Adams Rubble is very elegant in her 1950 white, pink and black dress

Adams Rubble: I have a poodle

    Eden Haiku: A poodle!

    Eden Haiku: Perfectly fifties!

Eden Haiku: Hope the snapshot is the right size :)

Adams Rubble: except for the shoes. I do not like them

    Adams Rubble: and bobby socks

Eden Haiku: Eden is sporting a short dress with real flowers. What a Ball!

    Adams Rubble: :)

    Adams Rubble: perfectly early summer

Eden Haiku: Will catch the shoes in the picture.

    Perfectly early summer

Eden Haiku: Playing as Being Ball

Eden Haiku: Bobby socks:) I love them.

Adams Rubble: it is always nice to visit with you

Eden Haiku: Thank you Adams, always a joy :)

Adams Rubble: maybe I should try them

Adams Rubble: have a very nice holiday and a good week

    Adams Rubble: bye for now

Eden Haiku: Ah I see the shoes yes. They are not as fifties as the rest...

Eden Haiku: Thank you Adams! Havea great Monday!

Adams Rubble: they are so comfy though :)

    Eden Haiku: Aaah....
