This meeting of the WG was particularly annoying for me since I couldn't get to it!  I logged in with five minutes to spare, only  to discover that Bieup seemed to be inaccessible, and after twenty minutes of trying gave up.  Unfortunately, I didn't think to check the mailing list, and didn't see Eliza's redirection email until the next day :(    Consequently, the meeting took place among the palm trees and nudes of Perfect Paradise [grin].
Things kicked off with technical issues: since Wol had recently done maintainence on the Autologger it was not sending some people their session logs: it seems it requires people to re-enter their email address following maintainence (which I quickly did).  Wol said she would investigate the matter further.  Among other things she had to remove Fael's name from the Autologger's text now she was no longer in SL :(.   I remember reading about the creation of the logging system in the archives, and we should always be grateful to Wol, Fael and Adelene for getting it to work as well as it does.  Fortunately, Calvino reported that the logs themselves seemed to be stored safely, so nothing was lost.
On the subject of the Windhorse retreat in Nova Scotia (July 17 - 23, 2011), Eos reported that six people were confirmed for attendance, namely: Bruce, Eliza, Eos, Stim, Pema, and Wol.  Eos also said he would send out a BIG REMINDER (sic) to the rest of the group.  I had the image of him standing on the roof of the PaBgoda with a megaphone....
No new guardian candidates were mooted - ah, the new blood is running thin.
We will be having a 'company picnic' on may 29th.  Strike that, I meant 'Working Group retreat'.  I must confess I really don't know what this will be all about: ah well, just take it as it comes eh? Apparently, Sun is involved with the organising so at least the music should be good!
An interesting topic on the agenda were suggestions on themes for new themes :)  Wol has been planning one on Identity at Kira café which I have known about since last summer, but RL work keeps constantly getting in the way.  (As soon as things slacken off, I'll start prodding her to get it done ;-) )  Eos came up with a couple of novel suggestions: to ask guardians what bugs them the most and weave a theme session around it and doing likewise with the question 'do you have a favourite framing for nine second practice?'
