    Hey There Corvi :) ...

    Caledonia Heron: hi Corvuscova :)
Corvuscorva Nightfire: Hello, Cal...just you and me?
    Corvuscorva Nightfire grins..
    Caledonia Heron: yes, so far
    Caledonia Heron: just arriving
    Caledonia Heron: join me :)
Corvuscorva Nightfire: I wonder if the auto logger is working yet...
    Caledonia Heron: I'm not sure - I haven't heard a status for a while
Corvuscorva Nightfire: awww..I don't see it set up...
Corvuscorva Nightfire: Wol and a bunch of folks are working hard on it, I think.
Caledonia Heron: what does it look like? I thought it would be a hidden script - is there an object associated with it?
Caledonia Heron: there are 2 objects on the table that are listeners
Corvuscorva Nightfire: It's a small red pyramid last I saw...
PaB Listener Master: I've been touched by a PaB guardian.
    Corvuscorva Nightfire: oooohhhh
Corvuscorva Nightfire: bet those are it...
    Corvuscorva Nightfire: wow!
PaB Listener Master: I've been touched by someone I don't recognize.
Caledonia Heron: yes, I think they may be
Corvuscorva Nightfire: test objects, though, it looks like.
PaB Listener Master: I've been touched by a PaB guardian.
Caledonia Heron: one generates a message, one does not
    Corvuscorva Nightfire: mmhmm

Trying on points of view ...

Caledonia Heron: we haven't really spoken before, it's nice to have an opportunity
Corvuscorva Nightfire smiles. "I've 'listened' to you carefully at times. But it is nice to talk one on one."
    Caledonia Heron: lol, uh-oh
    Corvuscorva Nightfire: Uh oh?
    Corvuscorva Nightfire: hahahah
Caledonia Heron: I'm not sure I have a whole lot to say :)
    Corvuscorva Nightfire: pshaw.
Caledonia Heron: mostly on the up side of the pab curve
Corvuscorva Nightfire tilts her head curiously...
Corvuscorva Nightfire: tell me more about that?
Caledonia Heron: it's a round about way to say I'm learning :)
    Corvuscorva Nightfire: ah
Caledonia Heron: I come around to hear what others have to say about their experiences
    Corvuscorva Nightfire: me too.
Corvuscorva Nightfire: but I've learned about far more than 9 second experiences.
    Caledonia Heron: :)
    Caledonia Heron: agreed
Caledonia Heron: I've learned a lot about people in general
Caledonia Heron: how they see things
Caledonia Heron: how they characterize their experiences
Caledonia Heron: sometimes I learn things I can draw from in understanding my own experiences
    Corvuscorva Nightfire: mmm..Exactly.
Corvuscorva Nightfire: or...just seen new experiences to be had.
Corvuscorva Nightfire: oh I didn't put that well.
Corvuscorva Nightfire: I meant...I have seen other's perspectives and decided to make them part of my own.
Caledonia Heron: sure, I can see that
Corvuscorva Nightfire: at least a little bit.
Corvuscorva Nightfire: I've enjoyed borrowing points of view, ways of processing information.
Caledonia Heron: every thing, even the very little things you don't notice terribly have an effect upon us
    Corvuscorva Nightfire grins widely. "yes."
Caledonia Heron: yes, you can try them on, the points of view, see how they "fit" :)
    Corvuscorva Nightfire nods.

Do people warp the space around them? ...

Caledonia Heron: I was watching a tv show about black holes
Caledonia Heron: and they were talking about how objects warp the space around them
    Corvuscorva Nightfire: mmhmm.
    Corvuscorva Nightfire: gravity.
    Corvuscorva Nightfire: time
Caledonia Heron: and for example, small things like humans only warp the space in a very small way
Caledonia Heron: so as to be imperceptible to us wee humans
Caledonia Heron: but warping the space nonetheless
Caledonia Heron: and that's how we kind of effect each other
Caledonia Heron: our "space" impinges on each other maybe
Caledonia Heron: our mental "space" so to speak :)
Caledonia Heron: a working hypothesis anyway :)
Corvuscorva Nightfire: I really see that as a reasonable analogy.
Corvuscorva Nightfire: We 'pull' on each other, in ways other than gravity.
Caledonia Heron: yes, a gentle tug of mental gravity :)
Caledonia Heron: saying, "come to me, come closer" :)
Caledonia Heron: some people have more gravity than others maybe
Corvuscorva Nightfire: mmmm. or maybe the energy is different?
    Caledonia Heron: perhaps, yes
Corvuscorva Nightfire: I think in the way you mean...the 'tug' might be different for different people...
Corvuscorva Nightfire: that what attracts me to others might be different than what attracts you, or attracts...Avastu?
Caledonia Heron: perhaps - I'm thinking of the model of representing star bodies in a mesh field where the stars by their existence make the mesh sag with their weight
    Corvuscorva Nightfire nods.
Corvuscorva Nightfire: but...I think it doesn't work in human 'gravity' because each 'star' is attracted by different things.
Caledonia Heron: so to, it may be that as we go through space we effect the space around us with our bodies in the mesh field, effecting those around us, pulling and pushing other
Caledonia Heron: likely a fanciful daydream :)
Corvuscorva Nightfire: as though some are attracted by blue and others by yellow....
Corvuscorva Nightfire grins..I like that daydream, though.
Caledonia Heron: yes, sure .... thinking of it in abstract terms not so much by measurement
Corvuscorva Nightfire: something in it feels very true.
    Corvuscorva Nightfire: mmmhmmm
Caledonia Heron: lol, so after seeing that show I picture myself as I walk around distrubing the space time continuum
    Caledonia Heron: highly entertaining :)
Caledonia Heron: what a nerd I am, what a goober :)
Corvuscorva Nightfire snorts..."I can see it...your tiny bit of gravity pulling...."
    Corvuscorva Nightfire: oh god, Cal.
Corvuscorva Nightfire: this is a group of nerdy goobers.
    Corvuscorva Nightfire: not all...
    Caledonia Heron: LOL
Corvuscorva Nightfire: but I am one.
Caledonia Heron: for real, truly laughing at that
    Caledonia Heron: yay nerds!!
Corvuscorva Nightfire does a happy dance for nerdidom....
Caledonia Heron: .... for the geeks shall inherit the earth... or something like that :)
    Corvuscorva Nightfire: heheheh

Joseph the friendly vampire stops by ...

    Corvuscorva Nightfire: Hullo, Joseph!
Corvuscorva Nightfire: Feel free to come visit with us.
Joseph Oherlihy: hello sorry was just investigating random blips lol
    Corvuscorva Nightfire: hahahh
    Corvuscorva Nightfire: np
Joseph Oherlihy: im not intruding am i?
Corvuscorva Nightfire: We're a group that talks about a specific meditation practice and posts it on a website.
Corvuscorva Nightfire: you certainly aren't intruding.
    Joseph Oherlihy: interesting
    Corvuscorva Nightfire: all are welcome.
    Caledonia Heron: hi Joseph :)
Corvuscorva Nightfire: Wanna come talk with us? only caveat is, we post the conversation.
Caledonia Heron: yes, please join us if you like
Corvuscorva Nightfire: but they can be fun.
Joseph Oherlihy: sure i guess gimme a sec
Caledonia Heron: you look very dapper Joseph :)
    Joseph Oherlihy: lol ty?
    Caledonia Heron: yw :)
Corvuscorva Nightfire: You do indeed...are those fangs?
Caledonia Heron: Corvi and I are talking about time and space as it relates to the play as being group
    Corvuscorva Nightfire: oh...the bloodline game.
Caledonia Heron: yikes! are you a vampire?
    Corvuscorva Nightfire: I see..
Corvuscorva Nightfire notes the bite marks.
Joseph Oherlihy: lol a gentle one i dont bite too hard lol
Caledonia Heron: do you bite dogs ... thinking of headline man bites dog :)
Joseph Oherlihy: no i dont think i ever will either lol
Caledonia Heron: you can find info about the play as being group at
    Corvuscorva Nightfire:
Caledonia Heron: we are trying a type of meditation practice where every quarter hour we pause for 9 seconds
Caledonia Heron: we pause to drop everything
    Joseph Oherlihy: thats different
Caledonia Heron: and see what shows up
Caledonia Heron: and we meet as a group here to discuss what shows up for each of us

    Our personal galaxies intertwine ...

Corvuscorva Nightfire: Honestly, Cal...in relationship to the idea of the matrix of gravity around stars....
Caledonia Heron: the exercise being to tap that space so frequently that it is readily accessible
Caledonia Heron: you should take a look at the website to get a rounder feel for it :)
Corvuscorva Nightfire: that seems like a beautiful and real way to model human interaction.
Joseph Oherlihy: yeah doing that as we speak
Caledonia Heron: sure, how we influence each other perhaps
    Corvuscorva Nightfire: mmm...yes.
Caledonia Heron: those we're locked in tight orbit with like our mates, two galaxies entertwined
Corvuscorva Nightfire: groups of stars twisting space harder...
Caledonia Heron: I was relating to Corvi the thoughts I had while watching something about black holes Joseph
    Joseph Oherlihy: ok
Joseph Oherlihy: i think in reference to your meditation that most people do meditate a little bit ever so often but most don't realize that they are
Caledonia Heron: yes, you mean that they don't recognize it as such?
Joseph Oherlihy: and black holes yes a void of gravitomical force

    Beware the ides of 2012 :) ...

    Caledonia Heron: hey Solo :)
    Joseph Oherlihy: yes
    Solobill Laville: Hi all :)
    Joseph Oherlihy: hey solo
Caledonia Heron: meet Joseph, he has just joined us this morning :)
    Corvuscorva Nightfire: Hiya, Solo
Solobill Laville: Well, met, Joseph! :)
    Corvuscorva Nightfire: Love the hat.
    Solobill Laville smiles
Solobill Laville: a bit chilly this mornin'
Caledonia Heron: yes, you both have hats! I have a hat of hair :)
    Joseph Oherlihy: lol
Caledonia Heron: yes, autumn has arrived
Solobill Laville: Sorry to interrupt, please go ahead
Caledonia Heron: not interrupting at all
Caledonia Heron: we were catching Joseph up to speed on our conversation about black holes, time, space, simple things like that :)
    Solobill Laville: oh, sure...
    Caledonia Heron: lol, no really
Caledonia Heron: we were to the point of declaring a union of nerds :)
Caledonia Heron: or geeks, or something
Solobill Laville: Yay! Count me in! :)
    Corvuscorva Nightfire snickers.
Joseph Oherlihy: so umm. . . they predict that the earth will be lined up directly between the sun and the black hole in dec of 2012
Corvuscorva Nightfire: and pokes Cal...see what I mean?
Caledonia Heron: yes Corvi ... we were speculating that there might be a preponderance of nerds within pab :)
Caledonia Heron: oh, that 2012 date again.... gosh, I better go camping :)
    Corvuscorva Nightfire: hahahhah
Joseph Oherlihy: lol its also in mayan calendars and the furthest that any predictions have went
Joseph Oherlihy: but thats besides the point
Caledonia Heron: I wonder which black hole is being referenced?
Joseph Oherlihy: the one in the middle of the milky way
    Solobill Laville: brb
    Caledonia Heron: hmmm, I see
    Joseph Oherlihy: hb
Caledonia Heron: I did not realize before watching the black hole show that most all galaxies have black holes at their centers, they are not that exotic but rather a referential focus point
    Corvuscorva Nightfire: mmm...
Joseph Oherlihy: maybe it it the birthmark of the galaxy
Joseph Oherlihy: possibly a lifeline of energy
Caledonia Heron: if I remember the sequence correctly; red giant, supernova, implosion, black hole
    Joseph Oherlihy: i think so
Caledonia Heron: I hadn't thought of that .. a lifeline of energy
Joseph Oherlihy: now you have :-P
    Corvuscorva Nightfire grins.
Caledonia Heron: lol, ok ... but it was just me being in your gravitational warp of space :)
    Corvuscorva Nightfire: hahahahha
    Corvuscorva Nightfire: yes, indeed.
Joseph Oherlihy: well everything in its own way does have an energetic lifeline per say so think about it just a thought not a forced opinion
Caledonia Heron: ok, I can go with that ... info, take or leave it :)
    Joseph Oherlihy: lol
Caledonia Heron: I haven't seen you for a while Solo - I think we keep different hours :)
Joseph Oherlihy: ok well yall can continue your convo was just thinking outloud
    Solobill Laville: we must
Corvuscorva Nightfire: oh no...that was definietely part of the convo.
Caledonia Heron: absolutely Joseph .... merely trying on what you suggested :)
Corvuscorva Nightfire: earlier we talked about trying on different perspectives..to see if they fit.
Caledonia Heron: yes, a way to walk in new shoes :)
    Corvuscorva Nightfire grins..yes.

Recollecting energy, karmic exchange, transmitting energy, what do you call it? ...

Joseph Oherlihy: well do yall do other methods of meditation or just the 1% for now?
Caledonia Heron: in sl, I can walk in shoes I would never wear in rl :)
    Corvuscorva Nightfire nods vigorously.
Caledonia Heron: yes Joseph, there are variations on the 9 second practice which in itself is a guideline
    Corvuscorva Nightfire: or talons.
Solobill Laville: I practice zazen, the 1% to me is a reinforcement of that :)
Caledonia Heron: most people do it as it works for them
Caledonia Heron: and for sure, there are others like Solo where the 9sec is like a supplement :)
Caledonia Heron: a meditation vitamin :)
    Solobill Laville: FLintstones for mindfulness
Caledonia Heron: lol, 100% daily requirement met
Joseph Oherlihy: i try to meditate and recollect energy at least 30 mins a day but i dont practice any specific plan or anything
    Caledonia Heron: that's great!
    Solobill Laville: indeed
Caledonia Heron: it's good to checkin with yourself or outside yourself as the case may be :)
Joseph Oherlihy: well i also tend to feed off of others energy around me a psychic vampire per say and it helps to expel and recollect your own energy freguently
    Solobill Laville: hmmm, interesting, Joseph
    Caledonia Heron: an energy engine
    Solobill Laville: Could be inspiration
Solobill Laville: Some would argue perhaps a karmic exchange
Solobill Laville: Vampires would argue life force
Caledonia Heron: transmitting energy to one another
    Solobill Laville: :)
Joseph Oherlihy: well you can tranfer and absorb think of it
Caledonia Heron: yes, the push and pull between us
Joseph Oherlihy: if you're around a gathering of people all iritated you start to get irritated?
Joseph Oherlihy: sorry for spelling errors
Caledonia Heron: sounds like fox news
    Solobill Laville: hehe
    Joseph Oherlihy: lol
Solobill Laville doesn't watch fox news

Shamelessly asking people to register to vote ...

Caledonia Heron: I'm going to make a quick political plug ... please register to vote if you are not :)
Joseph Oherlihy: i rarely watch tv lol
Solobill Laville: you are assuming we are all Americans...
Joseph Oherlihy: lol good one solo
Solobill Laville thinks we actually may all be
Caledonia Heron: I am assuming there's a lot a stake and willing to guess on who is which nationality
Solobill Laville: I bet there is a disproportionate amount of registered voters in PaB
    Solobill Laville: Perhaps even SL
Corvuscorva Nightfire: not only registered...but planning to vote early and get as many people in my town to the early voting booth as I can.
    Caledonia Heron: I'm not sure
Caledonia Heron: me too Corvi, I am trying to register people like crazy
Joseph Oherlihy: who's messed up views do you support?
Caledonia Heron: lol, there's an optimistic view :)
Joseph Oherlihy: lol well many subjects that matter and each have their messed up view to back everything up
Joseph Oherlihy: for example mccain say economy is stable. . .
Caledonia Heron: it boils down to the pros and cons and who can make the most positive impact on the country.... who is prepared for this time and place
Solobill Laville is voting for Cal
Caledonia Heron: lol, Solo for VP :)
    Solobill Laville: hey, a win-win!
    Solobill Laville: :)
    Joseph Oherlihy: lol
    Caledonia Heron: yay!
Solobill Laville thinks he is just a heart-beat away...
    Caledonia Heron: tha-thump
    Caledonia Heron: tha-thump
    Joseph Oherlihy: maybe two lol
Solobill Laville: as I think about it, I am mostly around registered voters
    Caledonia Heron: excellent, me too
Joseph Oherlihy: but. . . . are they all voting is the thing
Solobill Laville: I think yes this election
Caledonia Heron: yes, the numbers will be high
    Solobill Laville: Time will tell
    Joseph Oherlihy: thats good then
Caledonia Heron: a little over a month and we'll know
Caledonia Heron: it seems so significant
Corvuscorva Nightfire grins. Politics makes candidates liars and schemers...but voting makes them honest.
Corvuscorva Nightfire: only people to the polls can overwhelm the money poured in.
Caledonia Heron dreams of someone smart in the white house
Joseph Oherlihy: lol i will leave my opinion out seeing as though its radical
Solobill Laville: You are free to share your opinion Joseph!

    Hello there Pema :) ...

    Corvuscorva Nightfire: Hiya, Pema.
    Caledonia Heron: yes, for sure
    Caledonia Heron: hey Pema :)
    Solobill Laville: Hiya, Pema
    Pema Pera: Hi there!
    Caledonia Heron: please join us
Joseph Oherlihy: well we vote to get electoral votes
Pema Pera: hope I'm not toooo late :)
    Joseph Oherlihy: hey pema
Caledonia Heron: we have toured the cosmos to arrive at the coming election :)
    Corvuscorva Nightfire: nawww..but we're talking politics...urging voting....
Pema Pera: Hi Joseph, nice to meet you
Pema Pera: ah, not for me . . can't vote
Caledonia Heron: you can ask your colleagues if they are registered :)
Joseph Oherlihy: and in that case we have no control over who is in presidency it the opinions of the electoral college are the ones in control
Joseph Oherlihy: nice to meet you too pema
    Corvuscorva Nightfire nods.
Pema Pera: oh, my colleagues are! A liberal bunch :-)
Caledonia Heron: yes, true Joseph, the electoral college has the votes
Joseph Oherlihy: and even on that point the president is merely a puppet in the long run
Caledonia Heron: gosh, no cynicism there :)
Solobill Laville: Yes, but the electoral college is representative
    Joseph Oherlihy: lol
    Joseph Oherlihy: sorry
Corvuscorva Nightfire: I wouldn't disagree with that, Joseph...but in all those cases...the involvement of the people at the polls is what makes or breaks the machine.

    Politics and being ...

Caledonia Heron: I wonder if either of the candidates are tapped into being in any way
Joseph Oherlihy: yes i agree there too
Corvuscorva Nightfire: or lack of involvement allows it to run wild.
Solobill Laville: I wonder about that Cal
Solobill Laville: 5 years in a prison camp...
Caledonia Heron: maybe they would see that perspective through their church affiliation
    Corvuscorva Nightfire: Solo?
Solobill Laville: hmmm, maybe, church can also be a social construct mainly, of course
    Solobill Laville: Yes, Corvi?
Corvuscorva Nightfire: I was just thinking about what you were saying...and wondering what you thought.
Caledonia Heron: oh, about the prison camp comment?
    Corvuscorva Nightfire: yes.
Corvuscorva Nightfire: I was thinking that could go either way.
Solobill Laville: Well, I could only imagine it from my perspective of course
Corvuscorva Nightfire: that one could be more in touch...or be afraid to look that close.
Solobill Laville: But, yes, I totally agree it could go either way
Caledonia Heron: my dad was career military with multiple Vietnam tours - he says no one who experienced that comes out psychologically ok ... there is something out of whack and lost
Joseph Oherlihy: well in each case its a make or break situation
Caledonia Heron: it's an experience over which you do not get
    Caledonia Heron: wb Pema :)
Solobill Laville: The psychological stress may be too much of a barrier to overcome
    Pema Pera: thnx
    Pema Pera: (bad internet connection)
Caledonia Heron: exactly and in fact a detriment
Joseph Oherlihy: well hey i have a few friends pestoring me
Joseph Oherlihy: thank you for the amazing insight this morning
Caledonia Heron: and noone is talking about the elephant in the room in this election.... health (of the candidates I mean)

    Giddy-up ...

Caledonia Heron: taking off Joseph? glad you came by .... join us again :)
    Joseph Oherlihy: yeah
    Corvuscorva Nightfire: bye!
Pema Pera: may I ask about the amazing insight, Joseph?
Pema Pera: (if you have time left)
Caledonia Heron: we meet here daily on the 1 and 7 slt
Corvuscorva Nightfire: thanks for staying, Joseph!
Joseph Oherlihy: thnx again and nice making your acquaintances
Caledonia Heron: 4 times per day
Solobill Laville: You as well, Joseph!
Joseph Oherlihy: ok exploration of the mind and of sl leads you in many places huh? lol
Caledonia Heron: yes for sure Joseph :)
    Solobill Laville smiles
Pema Pera: great start -- looking forward to talking more next time, Joseph!
    Pema Pera: :-)
Caledonia Heron: I have to scootaloot too :)
    Solobill Laville: Bye, Cal
Joseph Oherlihy: lol you too let me lm this before i go lol im aggravating my friend purposely :-P
Corvuscorva Nightfire: Bye Cal...I am glad we got to talk today.
    Caledonia Heron: bye everyone :)
Pema Pera: Bye Joseph and Cal!
Joseph Oherlihy: ok yall im off safe journies for all
