That evening, Threedee was the guardian. He sent the chatlog to me (Pema). I put the log on the wiki, and I added a title. He provided one line of comment and a number of line breaks. Note that Tahuti’s report solves the mystery of the previous meeting: there were indeed two people, but no Play as Being guardians, it seems.

Tahuti Thor: few people in the world do claim they are fear-less
Threedee Shepherd: true, and yet they typically link that fear to some-thing, which then becomes a possibly false focus.
Threedee Shepherd: When I link a fear to some thing, I can make all sorts of efforts to avoid or overcome it, usually to no avail because I still retain a sense of fear, which I am coming to understand as one of the components, or essences of being that just IS.
Tahuti Thor: so you saying that to claim u are fearless…..u still have to conceive there being a fear inside your being

Threedee Shepherd: I have been trying to practice 9-second regularly and I find it brings all of PaB into the essence of my life now.

Threedee Shepherd: It seems to be a way of allowing me to regularly reflect and recollect on all of these conversations.

Gaya Ethaniel: Meditation alone couldn’t do it… 9 sec throughout the day expanded the meditative states between 15 minutes gaps
Gaya Ethaniel: Eventually I was able to be aware most of the time during the day
