I arrived to find Fael Illyar already in the pavilion. I knew I was going to meet Fael tomarow at the PaB fest and talk to about how the event was going so far.  Rowan Marsala joined us shortly but was busy sorting through her inventory and kept us company for a bit.

Rowan Masala: yeah, I have a friend who's a Muslim, so I thought I'd try hijab and see what it felt like to wear

Fael Illyar: well, depends on if you consider me being at IAS for 2 weeks other business :)
Fael Illyar arrived last Sunday.
stevenaia Michinaga: a nice place to visit for a time, I'm sure, are you here just for PaB and Kira?
Fael Illyar: that restaurant we were at. The table, as we left it, would feed at least one, if not two other groups of the same size.
Fael Illyar: well, I suppose I might go sightseeing a bit next week ... perhaps :)
Fael Illyar: but I'm also sort of sightseeing IAS too :)

Fael Illyar: well, me neither but I tend to define my avatar by myself :)

stevenaia Michinaga: so how did you come upon PaB?
Fael Illyar: last May, I got introduced to Hotaru and she suggested I go take a look at a meeting.
Fael Illyar: so, eventually, I did
Fael Illyar has been participating quite nonstop since then.
Fael Illyar: at first it was twice a day, then thrice a day for some time.
stevenaia Michinaga: yes, the interest is strong for me
Fael Illyar: lately seems to average around once a day
stevenaia Michinaga: yes, this is my quiet time for me and it fits in well for me
Fael Illyar: :)
Fael Illyar: we all need rest sometimes :)
stevenaia Michinaga: yes, usually as little as possible
stevenaia Michinaga: would rather be awake at the computer than awake in bed
Fael Illyar: Well, suppose that'd be preferable, yes :)
stevenaia Michinaga: so what have you been doing this week, if you care to share?
Fael Illyar: well, monday and tuesday, I was mostly just going with the flow, too tired with jet lag to really do much.
Fael Illyar: I did manage to look around the instute and memorize the place though.
Fael Illyar: Even meet some people.
Fael Illyar: wednesday morning, Piet met with an interesting group from Phoenix. I went there too.

Fael Illyar: I joined since she needed more members to keep the group.
