Pila Mulligan: so he suggested he may rethink the idea of the workshop
Nymf Hathaway: sl takes time in organizing things

Mickorod Renard: once upon a time i used to dream alot,,well remember dreaming alot,,and I could influence how they started by suggestion before going to sleep
sophia Placebo: very childish but i keep it to the bad insomina nights or when i dont want unpleasant issues from daily life to pop up befor sleep

Pila Mulligan: I meditate n bed before laying down to sleep
Mickorod Renard: in fact I am usually soo tired these days that no help is needed

Mickorod Renard: I was facinated recently to here that one of the boat race teams were using a similar technique in seeing themselves rowing to the finnish line in first place

Mickorod Renard: well, i think it must leave some memory imprint in the subconcious,,that enforces the confidence
sophia Placebo: it must have a memory imprint in the subcouncious about the path and the condetions of that place i guess
Mickorod Renard: yes,,it worked for me,,i am sure
Mickorod Renard: its funny you mentioned steroids Pila,,one my doctor prescribed me some for a wrist injury,,i couldnt sleep at all,,i wanted to go out running during the night with wolves i the woods

sophia Placebo: patients who undrwent surgical operation and anasthesia wake up in the same mood and same needs and same words they gone asleep with
Mickorod Renard: ohh,,didnt know that

sophia Placebo: if they were feeling cold befor operation they would wake up feeling cold too
sophia Placebo: now i just noticed this but many times , when some melody play in my mind befor going asleep , sometimes it requre afer awakining
sophia Placebo: not many *
Pila Mulligan: I often awaken with a song in my mind, left over from dreaming it seems
Mickorod Renard: many years ago my dentist gave me sodium pentathol for an op, he had a gorgeous assistant,,i ended up having the most rude sexual dream under the operation ,,when I awoke the y were looking at me very strangely

sophia Placebo: i wish i could remmber the nice melody i once heard in a dream :) it was something magical hehe
Mickorod Renard: yes,,some melodies are very enchanting during dreams
Pila Mulligan: and sometimes very original songs, too
Pila Mulligan: that seem to be creatively related to somthing
Mickorod Renard: I had one that was later to become released by the artist and became the no.1 in the chart
Mickorod Renard: I described it in fine detail to my partner and friends
Mickorod Renard: including the video
