    doug Sosa: morning.
    Adams Rubble: Hello Doug :)
Adams Rubble: Hello Qt and Eliza :)
    Qt Core: hi all
Eliza Madrigal: Hi Qt, Doug, Adams :))
    Adams Rubble: Hello Gaya :)
    Eliza Madrigal: Hi Gaya :)
    doug Sosa: :)
    Gaya Ethaniel: Hello :)
    Qt Core: Hi Gaya
Eliza Madrigal gets settled, then runs for coffee :)
doug Sosa: Coffee monster got her :(
Gaya Ethaniel sips her coffee ...
Eliza Madrigal: haha...am back :) but yes, he monster often does...
    Eliza Madrigal: *the
    Gaya Ethaniel: wb :)
Eliza Madrigal: I've been awake for a while, reading/note-taking... but I don't feel I've started the day yet :) This is the start ! hah
    Gaya Ethaniel: :)
Adams Rubble: I am not feeling talkative this morning. Just content to sit with friends
Gaya Ethaniel: Well I've been up for a bit obviously ... listening to the ashes.
    Eliza Madrigal smiles at Adams
Eliza Madrigal: Listening to the ashes?
Gaya Ethaniel: The Ashes* [better get this right]
Eliza Madrigal: I was wondering about the poetry of that image, but that is a group?
Gaya Ethaniel: Last day today - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Ashes
    Doug mentions a dream state
doug Sosa: i am coming out of one of those dreams that is so intense, real, detailed, i still wonder, what are those about, how come they can happen?
Gaya Ethaniel: Care to share doug?
doug Sosa: just thatd. the actual dream involves lawyers, accounting, friends, hotels, offices..
    Eliza Madrigal: Problem solving?
doug Sosa: the interesting part is the harder transition from such a dream to rl or sl.
doug Sosa: residual of an old problem(s) that has no reality no, excpet obviously it has the power to get me.
    doug Sosa: no-now
    Eliza Madrigal nods
Adams Rubble: Amazing how we can still get stressed by problems of the past
Adams Rubble: I wonder if we are trying to relate them to present
Adams Rubble: or it is just brain cells going off
Eliza Madrigal: My thinking is that we have a sliver of access to our capacities when awake due to concerns, etc, and then at night we can relax and have more access...?
Bertram Jacobus: hello all ... :-)
Gaya Ethaniel: Hello Betram :) [90 sec bell atm]
    Eliza Madrigal: Hi Bertram :)
Bertram Jacobus: sry - could have seen that at my atom watch ;-)
    Adams Rubble: Hello Bertram :)
    Qt Core: hi Bertram
Adams Rubble: If no one says whoops or anything, tjhe log does not show anyone talked during break :)
doug Sosa: yes, i agree. the full mind is active in dreams, but narrowed inconsciousness because of the need to match incoming stimuli.
    doug Sosa: :)
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
Adams Rubble enjoys the steam cleaning when we are close like this :)
    Gaya Ethaniel: :)
    Adams Rubble: yes Doug
    Eliza Madrigal: OM
    Bertram Jacobus: MANI
    Gaya Ethaniel: Padme :)
    Eliza Madrigal: ...
    Bertram Jacobus: :-)
    Adams Rubble: :)
doug Sosa: from a PaB point of view, coming out of an itense dream is an experience to explore - and marvel at.
    Adams Rubble: yup
Eliza Madrigal: (thinks doug is typing too long to be finishing) so... HUM
    Bertram Jacobus: :-)
    Gaya Ethaniel: :)
Eliza Madrigal: And yes, agreed... maybe we think we've dealt with something but haven't quite... or there is more there
doug Sosa: nope, just playing the piano :)
    Eliza Madrigal grins
    Eliza Madrigal: bongos
    Adams Rubble: Hello Fermicelli
    Eliza Madrigal: Hello Fermicelli
    Bertram Jacobus: hey ferm ! ... :-)
Bertram Jacobus: take a seat :-)
    doug Sosa: :)
    Fermicelli Benelli: hello there everybody
Qt Core: (thinking about the morning dream when i dream i'm getting up, dressed, have breakfast and then i really awoke and see i'm late... but wonder if it is a second dream or reality
    Gaya Ethaniel: Hello Fermicelli :)
    Qt Core: Hi Fermicelli
Adams Rubble: Please join us if you like :)
Adams Rubble: Have you been here before?
Fermicelli Benelli: nice to see you alll
Fermicelli Benelli: put busy mode , no tp offers ...
Fermicelli Benelli: sit with bert , cool
    Bertram Jacobus: :-)
doug Sosa: what's this translator? Impressive.
Fermicelli Benelli: i put it away
Bertram Jacobus: we must tp ask, weather you agree that we all are recorded here ferm
    Bertram Jacobus: to, not tp
Fermicelli Benelli: everybody speak english .. i guess
Adams Rubble: yes, we do :)
Bertram Jacobus: may we record you too ferm ?
    Fermicelli Benelli: recorded ??????
Bertram Jacobus: yes, its put at a website
    Fermicelli Benelli: well well well
Adams Rubble: We post our chats on a wiki
    Fermicelli Benelli: that`s ok
Bertram Jacobus: very nice. ty :-)
    Adams Rubble: Tahnk you fern
Fermicelli Benelli: i wash my mouth first
    Bertram Jacobus: lol okay - but ... i think - not necessairy (!) :-)
Adams Rubble: I will give you a notecard with more information Fern
doug Sosa: right, the fun of the transcript is to reord us being free and easy and reflective and insightful and expressive.
    doug Sosa: record.
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
    Gaya Ethaniel: could be
Adams Rubble: Welcome to our group :)
Qt Core: yeah, i usually remind myself about recording... after saying something silly ;-)
Eliza Madrigal: Is the recorder itself disappointed if we just sit here? hahah
Fermicelli Benelli: excuse im from friend elouise .....
Adams Rubble: Master Listener can listen to our silence just as well :)
doug Sosa: the recorder has good PB skills: just takes it in.
Gaya Ethaniel: It may start talking instead :)
    Eliza Madrigal: hahaha
doug Sosa: PB = play as being
    Adams Rubble: hehe Gaya
Eliza Madrigal: Yes the steam has a really nice effect, especially when dark
    Bertram Jacobus: ;-)
    Gaya Ethaniel: :)
    Gaya talks about a dream
Eliza Madrigal: Gaya, what about the dreams you were figuring out weeks ago? Did those come clearer with time?
Gaya Ethaniel: Think I understand a bit more. It's about people who have been stuck about me or vice vesa or... both?
    Eliza Madrigal: Hm
Gaya Ethaniel: As in holding onto the past ...
Eliza Madrigal: yes, so again funny... like in dreams we stir things up
Adams Rubble: It can be good to see ways we are holding on to things from the past
Gaya Ethaniel: Yes one of the 3 people was unexpected so took some time to figure out and remember.
doug Sosa: or we give them, asleep, room to express themselves, energybtat is frozen in the day, dances at night.
    Fermicelli Benelli: well well well
    Bertram Jacobus: :-)
Gaya Ethaniel: But you know, there isn't much one can do with people who don't let go of the past.
    Eliza Madrigal nods... right, yes
Adams Rubble: we can accept them
Gaya Ethaniel: They have to allow themselves to let go of whatever they are stuck with.
doug Sosa: if we work it, we can get that frozen energy back into waking life and be more whole.
Adams Rubble: and them love them as they are
Eliza Madrigal: Ah, nice description Doug
    doug Sosa: :) blush
Eliza Madrigal: So can we then create an environment... like prepare ground that makes it easier for others to let go?
Adams Rubble: let go of our own attachment or revulsion to their attachment
    doug Sosa: wonderful idea. How?
Eliza Madrigal: Ah, wow, yes... revulsion
Adams Rubble: just let it go
Adams Rubble: love them for what they are
Gaya Ethaniel: Yes I have been working on transforming likes/dislikes into acceptance and appreciation.
doug Sosa: let it go seems to me different from reclaimingthe energy.
Eliza Madrigal: yes, isn't it true that much unforgiveness, etc. is both holding on because each thinks the other can't let go?
Adams Rubble: I get energy from letting go
Adams Rubble: when I drop things
Eliza Madrigal: those things are where the energy is frozen maybe?
Adams Rubble: we might be dealing with words
Adams Rubble: the enrgy is there but things are in the way
doug Sosa: yes, the holder is free of the holding but, and this is a bit more radical, the thing let go of also has energy, oru energy, and letting it go is to keep it at a distance, and infinite distance.
Gaya Ethaniel: But sometimes, need to know how much one can deal wtih people with incorrect images of oneself. It's not a mutually respective ground that a meaning relationship can flourish.
    Doug makes an interesting statement
doug Sosa: Instead of waking and leaving the dream behind, what if - i've been experimenting - we bring it into our awake life, like a cloud of companions.
Adams Rubble: On some level it does not matter what they think we are
Adams Rubble: it is what we know we are :)
Gaya Ethaniel: mhm that's one thing Adams but there are consequences that follow from the interaction also.
Eliza Madrigal: though sometimes we have make practical decisions... be compassionate for our own limitations?
Qt Core: sadly i have to go, have a nice day!
Gaya Ethaniel: For me, love is a bit different from acceptance and appreciation. Love may follow but that's not my immediate goal.
    Adams Rubble: bye Qt
    Gaya Ethaniel: Bye Qt :)
    Eliza Madrigal: Bye Qt :)
Adams Rubble thinking about Doud's statement
Bertram Jacobus: bye qt ... ;-)
Eliza Madrigal: yes... how've you been experimenting Doug?
Adams Rubble: yes, Doug, that is a good start for us
Gaya Ethaniel: Anyway, revlusion or dislikes are good teachers ...
Eliza Madrigal nods... certainly can be
Adams Rubble: if they don;t consume us
Adams Rubble: if we can let them go
Eliza Madrigal: Ah, that's interesting... they/we have to be loose before we can learn from them?
Gaya Ethaniel nods. They can point to many things about oneself.
    Gaya Ethaniel: also*
Adams Rubble: I am interested in what you say because last night I was very comfortable in my dreams
Adams Rubble: and when I awake today, I am not as free
Adams Rubble: so how do you bring them into waking Doug?
doug Sosa: the dream is so intense it is remembered. it tends to fade. keep the characters alive into wakefulness. It is like
doug Sosa: going around with a gang, but that is part of the fun, and seriousness.
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
doug Sosa: i need to go. bye.
    Fermicelli Benelli: well well well
    Eliza Madrigal: Bye Doug :)
    Bertram Jacobus: [bye doug]
    Fermicelli Benelli: ciao doug
Gaya Ethaniel accepts doug poofing without biding a good day.
    Eliza Madrigal giggles
Eliza Madrigal had important dreams last night too... quite a string
Gaya Ethaniel: oh ... that was lag monster ... he did say bye, wow.
Fermicelli Benelli: got an first impresion ...
Bertram Jacobus: hope, it is okay ferm ...
Eliza Madrigal: I thought you were expressing accepting your not saying bye, Gaya :)
Adams Rubble: yes Fernicelli. What do you think?
    Gaya Ethaniel: ah :)
Fermicelli gives his impression of us
Fermicelli Benelli: i think about my life as a laboratory
    Adams Rubble: :)
Adams Rubble: You are in the right place then :)
    Eliza Madrigal smiles
    Gaya Ethaniel: :)
Fermicelli Benelli: i thought about sl as a new career in a new town ....
    Adams Rubble: Hello Yakuzza
    Bertram Jacobus: laughs ...
    Bertram Jacobus: hey yaku ! ... :-)
    Gaya Ethaniel: Hello Yakuzza :)
    Eliza Madrigal: Hi yakuzza :)
    Yakuzza Lethecus: hey everyone
Fermicelli Benelli: but most of all i was interested in the potential of sl as a medium ....
Adams Rubble: and how is it doing?
Fermicelli Benelli: and i must confess...
Fermicelli Benelli: i start with moving camera see textures of your clothes and skins to see who you are ....
Fermicelli Benelli: just like i do in rl
Bertram Jacobus: i think, that is ONE very normal way to analyse situations and such ...
    Fermicelli Benelli: lol
    Adams Rubble: and then?
Fermicelli Benelli: than get impresion of space the room architecture vegetation ...
Fermicelli Benelli: and the way we sit
    Bertram Jacobus: that´s a lot of analysis (?) ... :-)
Fermicelli Benelli: circle got the power within
Fermicelli Benelli: we are knights of the round table
    Adams Rubble: :)
    Gaya Ethaniel: :)
Bertram Jacobus: the one with king arthur ? :-)
Eliza Madrigal: Those are things that add to a feeling of tangibility... which help us to settle in? and then forget about those things and express ourselves?
Adams Rubble: We don;t often think about how we look as a group
    Fermicelli Benelli: no idea
Gaya Ethaniel: btw I must add that I did talk to one of them as that person is a close friend to me and wanted to be open about my impression. Guess this is the practical decision Eliza mentioned.
Adams Rubble: Nice to hear such a vivid description :)
    Fermicelli Benelli: it`s cool ....
    Fermicelli Benelli: i`m impressed
Adams Rubble: yes Gaya, that is one way to go about it
Eliza Madrigal: Ah, Gaya, yes sometimes we 'can' do something or address something
Gaya Ethaniel: ty Fermicelli, we are a cool group I think too :)
Eliza Madrigal: and maybe we thought we couldn't before the dream
Bertram Jacobus: and i´m happy to hear that ferm ! ... :-)
Fermicelli Benelli: i like any observatory station anyway ....
Eliza Madrigal: or we 'just check' :)
    Bertram Jacobus: gaya :o)
Gaya Ethaniel: Definitely, dreams are very helpful in that sense.
Adams Rubble: Fern, the unifying part of our group is our regular stopping to see reality, to look at ourselves and what we are doing
Eliza Madrigal now has spamalot songs in her mind...
    Gaya Ethaniel: :)
Eliza Madrigal: (and sometimes we interrupt others who are doing so... apologies)
Gaya Ethaniel: What was your dream Eliza?
Adams Rubble: Fern, we come together at four times a day to discuss our explorations
    Fermicelli Benelli: thx adams
Eliza Madrigal: forgiveness Gaya... responsibility for some I've hurt in life
    Gaya Ethaniel: ah ...
