    doug Sosa: hi ya :)
    Yakuzza Lethecus: hey doug :)
doug Sosa: where are you arriving from?
    --BELL--
Yakuzza Lethecus: i was just playing with some german friends and one guy from seattle
    doug Sosa: playing... Go... foorball..?
    Wol Euler: hello yaku, doug
Wol Euler: hello agatha, please come down and join us :)
Wol Euler: that's ok, you can listen down here too. There's no compulsion to speak :)
Wol Euler: you've been here so often, you're obviously interested...
    Wol Euler: hello, welcome
    Agatha Macbeth: OW!
    Agatha Macbeth: hello
    doug Sosa: :)
Wol Euler: you've probably gathered by now, who we are and what we do.
    Agatha Macbeth: hello doug
Agatha Macbeth: what am i supposed to do?
Wol Euler: for now, just right-click on a cushion to sit.
doug Sosa: just sit and join our quiet talk/meditation.
    Agatha Macbeth: OK
Wol Euler: there's no obligation to speak, many people just listen much of the time
    Agatha Macbeth: thanks
Wol Euler: three weeks old, how are you getting on in SL?
    Yakuzza Lethecus: hey wol,and agatha
    Agatha Macbeth: hi
Yakuzza Lethecus: sry i was getting something to drink :)
Wol Euler: oh, that reminds me! my tea is steeping. brb

Agatha Macbeth: than you same 2 u
Agatha Macbeth: that should say thank
Eliza Madrigal: :) Yes no worries, speak typo
    Wol Euler: hello eliza
    SophiaSharon Larnia: Hi everyone :)
    Wol Euler: and hello sophiasharon
    Yakuzza Lethecus: hey sophia
    Eliza Madrigal: Hi SophiaSharon :)
    doug Sosa: :)
    Agatha Macbeth: yes
    Agatha Macbeth: oh
    Agatha Macbeth: what for?
Wol Euler: well, the published record is interesting to members who couldn't be here.
Wol Euler: the group meets four times a day, nobody can make all the sessions
    Agatha Macbeth: I see
Wol Euler: it's a way of keeping in touch with what happened in your absence, or while you were asleep
Yakuzza Lethecus: hehe, i was also about to explain that in the IM
Wol Euler: (talking about publishing, I IMed Agatha to ask permission)
Yakuzza Lethecus: but np proceed :)
Wol Euler: it's also quite interesting to look back and see how topics and ideas develop. We've been going for a year and a half, roughly, April 1 of last year
    Agatha Macbeth: Whoa
    Wol Euler: :)
Wol Euler: if you don't wish to be named, that is fine, we can substitute "Visitor" or something like that.
Wol Euler: (it would in any case only be your SL name)
    Agatha Macbeth: I don't mind
    Wol Euler smiles. thank you.
    Agatha Macbeth: :)
Agatha Macbeth: Er, what's a Guardian?
Wol Euler: generally, one of us.
    --BELL--
SophiaSharon Larnia: pardon me, i will be afk for a few minutes
Wol Euler: guardians are members of hte group, genearlly speaking.
Wol Euler: specifically, THE guardian is the person who moderates the meeting (if it is formal, not all are)
Wol Euler: and who edits and publishes the log.
Wol Euler: yakuzza just claimed this session, he's the Guardian now
Yakuzza Lethecus: what would be me today right :)
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
Wol Euler: I was just looking at the timetable, isn't it Lia?
Wol Euler: or did she ask for a replacement?
Yakuzza Lethecus: i have this slot now, i don´t know what she is going to pick in the future
Wol Euler: oh, I missed that. I'll change the wiki page.
Eliza Madrigal: So is this your first guardian session Ya?
    Yakuzza Lethecus: right
    Eliza Madrigal: Nice :)
Yakuzza Lethecus: hmm, at this daytime it´s not that important, there are always guardians around
Yakuzza Lethecus: hmm, at this daytime it´s not that important, there are always guardians around
Yakuzza Lethecus: but when i think about the 7 am slot or the 1 am slot then there is often nobody visiting
    Wol Euler nods
Yakuzza Lethecus: so nobody would hand out cookies
    Eliza Madrigal smiles
Wol Euler: ah! I just remembered something else that happens, especially on fridays.
SophiaSharon Larnia 's ears prcik up "cookies?"
    Eliza Madrigal: hahaha
    SophiaSharon Larnia: smiles
    Eliza Madrigal: What's that, Wol?
Wol Euler: a little ritual, that starts with a word...
Wol Euler: agatha, that's a bit of harmless fun :)
    Wol Euler: you
Wol Euler: you'll find it in your inventory, in the "objects" folder. Right-click and wear it
    Agatha Macbeth: What is it?
    Yakuzza Lethecus: :)
Wol Euler: you'll see. It's harmless fun, truly.
    Wol Euler: a little animation.
Wol Euler: a kind of friday evening ritual
    Agatha Macbeth: What's it called?
Yakuzza Lethecus: just wear it :)
Eliza Madrigal: Shake off the stress of the work week
    SophiaSharon Larnia: laughs
Wol Euler: the name is "onigokko"
    Wol Euler: it
Wol Euler: it's invisible and harmless until somebody says the magic word
Agatha Macbeth: Well, I've done it
SophiaSharon Larnia: that was good Wol, put quotes around it
    Wol Euler: mmhmm
    Yakuzza Lethecus: onigokko
    Wol Euler laughs
    Eliza Madrigal: hahaha
    Eliza Madrigal: wheee
    SophiaSharon Larnia: *giggles*
Wol Euler: if you get dizzy, left-click and hold on the ground
Wol Euler: that will still your camera
    SophiaSharon Larnia: breats hard
    Yakuzza Lethecus: stop
Agatha Macbeth: What can I say?
SophiaSharon Larnia: whoa! wipes off brow
    Yakuzza Lethecus: :)
Wol Euler: we're not always earnest.
Eliza Madrigal: And then you never know... it is like toys when the parents come back into the room
doug Sosa: I close my eyes and you all go crazy (or is it sane?)
Wol Euler: the boundary is fluid, doug.
Yakuzza Lethecus: how much insanity is still sane doug ?
SophiaSharon Larnia: brb again, maybe will be be dancing when Im gone?? hahaha
    Eliza Madrigal laughs
doug Sosa: half of one six dozen o the other :)
Eliza Madrigal: still crazy after all these year
    Agatha Macbeth: Paul Simon
    Eliza Madrigal: ! Yes :)
    Wol Euler: mmhmm
Wol Euler: when was that? '75?
doug Sosa: So, is something bothering us? There is for me.
    Wol Euler: fire away, doug.
    Yakuzza Lethecus: hey qt
doug Sosa: Krugman has an oped in the NYT "its easy being green" but on the same day the WP has an article
    doug Sosa: http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn...092402602.html
    Wol Euler: buona sera, qqt
doug Sosa: that says no way to avoid 6 degree heatup. no way.
    Qt Core: 'sera Wol
    doug Sosa: hi qt.
    Eliza Madrigal: HI Qt
    SophiaSharon Larnia: hi Qt :)
Wol Euler: different messages for different purposes, perhaps?
SophiaSharon Larnia: maybe it is too late doug, the damage already done
Yakuzza Lethecus: the NYT link ?
Yakuzza Lethecus: because to me it sounded like ,,it´s easy being green" but still 6,3 and if we are not green it goes up by 8.13
    doug Sosa: http://www.nytimes.com/2009/09/25/op...gman.html?_r=1
Qt Core: six feet more sea.... goodbye Venice
    --BELL--
doug Sosa: The tao says the univere is not benevolent, it treats humans like strw dos and between heaven and aerth it is a bellows.
SophiaSharon Larnia: yes, much coastline everywhere, undoubtably, storms ... thinking about it is almost unbearable
    doug Sosa: strw=straw
Yakuzza Lethecus: hmm, is that the reason why pema is already in the states ? :)
doug Sosa: so i wndered if the dancing was in any way a reation to something similar?
Yakuzza Lethecus: who knows how much of the netherlands will still be :P
SophiaSharon Larnia: i was dancing because it's Friday
Wol Euler: a good reason if ever I heard one.
Eliza Madrigal: yes me too :)
Yakuzza Lethecus: i think we should learn to appreciate everything even the climate change, in fact we have to think about a more just world be being too serious isn´t also an option in my opinion
Eliza Madrigal: yes, goodness forbid we stop dancing and just worry :)
    Wol Euler: heheheheh
    SophiaSharon Larnia: agrees
Qt Core: i can't really see people in bicycle instead on car as more serious ;-)
    SophiaSharon Larnia: ;p
    Wol Euler: hello sophia,
    Eliza Madrigal: Hi sophia :D
    sophia Placebo: hi al
    Wol Euler: hi mick
    SophiaSharon Larnia: Hi Sophia
    Eliza Madrigal: Hi Mick :)
    Mickorod Renard: Hiya
    SophiaSharon Larnia: Hi Mick
    doug Sosa: :)
    Agatha Macbeth: Hello
    Qt Core: hi Mick, Sophia
Yakuzza Lethecus: we have to see which damage we caused because we caused most of it and we export our production technologies and we import goods produced in countries that aren´t underly our standarts of ecological production
Qt Core: i'm guilty, yesterday i could not resist and buyed a mango... i don't even want to know how many thousamd of km it did before coming home with me
    Wol Euler grins
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
Wol Euler: like our strawberries that come from Egypt rather than the next valley
Qt Core: (it was good, btw)
Agatha Macbeth: Are mangos the ones with the REALLY big stones?
    Qt Core: yes
Agatha Macbeth: I thought so, I like those
    Eliza Madrigal: yes MMM
    Mickorod Renard: I like cherries
doug Sosa: sory have to go. quietly , ..
    arabella Ella: Hiya everyone!
Qt Core: but even just grapes... it come from 1000 from here even if it is still italy quite the voyage

    Agatha Macbeth: C ya Doug
    Mickorod Renard: bye Doug
    SophiaSharon Larnia: Hi Arabella
    sophia Placebo: hi ara
Eliza Madrigal: The thing is, everyone is 'guilty' in some ways, and things take time to change
    Qt Core: 1000 km
    Eliza Madrigal: Hi Ara :)
    Qt Core: hi ara
    Wol Euler nods.
SophiaSharon Larnia: sounds like a poem i want to write, i drink mycolumbian cofee, and watch my tv from japan...
    Eliza Madrigal smiles
Wol Euler: The quandary is also, how else could we do to support agricultural workers in other areas, Fair Trade and the like, if their goods were not shipped to us?
Wol Euler: Do I support small-yield farmers trying to become financially secure in South America, or do I try to reduce my carbon footprint by not buying their goods?
Qt Core: making them grow things they need there, often some countries go monocultural to export crops
Wol Euler: true, qt, but that presupposes a functioning internal market economy
Eliza Madrigal nods... yes and just as countries are developing, we often want to impose restrictions and make things more expensive...like "Now we've developed you need to stay 3 steps behind"
Mickorod Renard: maybe things could be exchanged instead of it being un fair?
SophiaSharon Larnia: to trade for resources they don't have in their country Qt
Qt Core: yes, i sometimes forgot we don't have a "rea;" sovranational government with (evem) a real army, managed by saints ;-)
Agatha Macbeth: Bugger, someone wants me to teleport to see her
    Wol Euler: :)
Wol Euler: well, you know now that we don't bite :)
    arabella Ella: :)
    SophiaSharon Larnia: smiles, bye Agatha
Wol Euler: feel free to come back any time you like
    Agatha Macbeth: I'll be back
    Mickorod Renard: nibble a bit
    sophia Placebo: bye agatha
Wol Euler: not without asking anyway
    SophiaSharon Larnia: haha
    Mickorod Renard: bye agather
    Eliza Madrigal grins

    sophia Placebo: ^^
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
SophiaSharon Larnia: your seat is still warm ;p
Wol Euler: I'm trying to remember (and google) who it was who wrote a satire/parable about a village where everyone earned a comfortable living by each doing the other's laundry.
    arabella Ella: :)
Wol Euler: wb agatha, that was fast
Agatha Macbeth: My seat is ALWAYS warm!
    SophiaSharon Larnia: hehe
    Eliza Madrigal: hehehe

Wol Euler: fair trade, exchange, carbon footprints
    Agatha Macbeth: Oh yeah
Wol Euler: do you know the chat history page, agatha?
    Agatha Macbeth: Sounds familiar
Wol Euler: click on the "local chat" button left of the typing field
Wol Euler: that shows you everything said near you since you logged on
    Agatha Macbeth: I got it
    Wol Euler: very useful!
    Agatha Macbeth: Mmmmm
    Mickorod Renard: does it?
    Mickorod Renard: cool
    Wol Euler: mmhmm
    SophiaSharon Larnia: lol!
    Wol Euler: mick! I'm astonished.

Mickorod Renard: well, yes but I thought it ommited what was said whilst away
    Wol Euler: oh no :)
    arabella Ella: bye sophia
Wol Euler: it's a snooping device too in that respect
    Mickorod Renard: yikes
    Agatha Macbeth: Big Brother
Wol Euler: except that people can still see your av. It's not exactly secret
arabella Ella: how do i open that chat window Wol?
    arabella Ella: scuse my ignorance
Wol Euler: click on the button "local chat" at the bottom left
arabella Ella: it used to be open but it is no longer there
    Wol Euler: O.O
Wol Euler: is it on screen but minimized?
Qt Core: (i have it open all the tiome and do most of my reading and writing there)
arabella Ella: i only have communicate down there
    arabella Ella: nothing is minimised
Wol Euler: where are you typing then?
Eliza Madrigal: Next to communicate a tiny little oval will show local chat if you click it?
arabella Ella: in the box which pops up when i click communicate
arabella Ella: yes i did nothing happens
    Wol Euler: oh, right
arabella Ella: and local chat is ticked X on View
Wol Euler: click on the speech bubble button to the left of communicate.
Wol Euler: that pops up thte second row of buttons
sophia Placebo: click on the icon next to communication
    arabella Ella: ok done thanks
arabella Ella: there it is now
    Wol Euler: :)
arabella Ella: and how did you say we get the chat while we were away?
    arabella Ella: pls?
Wol Euler: away as in AFK is simple: it automatically gets posted there.
    arabella Ella: yes
Wol Euler: anything that your avatar was able to hear, is in that.
    arabella Ella: ok
Mickorod Renard: I think I knew that, I thought there was something new
    Mickorod Renard: to me
Mickorod Renard: but it wont change my life too much
sophia Placebo: so you dont need to be present the whole pab session , you might do many thing and still can catch up what others said
Wol Euler: right, but that would be cheating :)
Mickorod Renard: yes, you mean away in real life
    --BELL--

    Eliza Madrigal: :D
    Mickorod Renard: bye Eliza
sophia Placebo: you can use your alt :)
Wol Euler: no, SL is like RL in that respect, you cannot hear things in two places at once
    Wol Euler nods to sophia
Mickorod Renard: thats assuming I have an alt ;)
    Wol Euler: what. doesn'T everyone?
Qt Core: mmm, considering the value of an alt with a tini invisible shape/skin/outfit ;-)
    sophia Placebo: i dont
    Qt Core: me neither
    Wol Euler <-- joking
Mickorod Renard: so what was the subject tonite?

arabella Ella: Wol have you downloaded SL version 1.23 yet?
arabella Ella: i ask as i am not managing to download it
arabella Ella: each time i try it says the download has a virus
Qt Core: i have the linux one (still on old viewer on vista)
    arabella Ella: oh
arabella Ella: thats a totally different system tho i dont have linux
Qt Core: don't know why but i found the linux one a little faster... but has some audio problems
    arabella Ella: ah
arabella Ella: faster to download ... or when using SL?
Wol Euler: oh, sorry ara, I missed your question :(
Qt Core: using sl (but now i'm realizing that i layed maybe too muc with graphic setting on the vista one
    Qt Core: layed=played
Wol Euler: I'm using the emerald viewer since a few weeks now
    arabella Ella: ah
Wol Euler: also 1.23 base code
Wol Euler: it's good, very pretty and very stable.
arabella Ella: ehrm ... what is the emerald viewer?
Wol Euler: I will tempt fate by saying htat I haven't crashed since I started using it
    arabella Ella: :)
Wol Euler: an alternative to the Linden standard software
Qt Core: features over the plain sl viewer (prettiners isn't really a feature ;-) )
    arabella Ella: oh
    arabella Ella: interesting
Wol Euler: slightly tweaked and improved. It has some tiny but lovely features
Wol Euler: like the Inventory has a third page "Worn items"
Wol Euler: that is worth the price of the download!
    arabella Ella: yes
    arabella Ella: sounds really interesting
    sophia Placebo: thats cool
arabella Ella: but is it not open source then?
Wol Euler: it works very well for me; and yes it is open source
Wol Euler: lemme find thte URL ... just a mo
    arabella Ella: ok ty
arabella Ella: i probably need to get an IT person to re-check my firewall settings as I had a bad virus a trojan a couple of weeks ago and had to have firewall adjusted
    Wol Euler: http://modularsystems.sl/index.php?o...tions&Itemid=5
    arabella Ella: thanks Wol :)
    Wol Euler: yw

sophia Placebo: i did , there are three more links though
    Wol Euler: windows?
    sophia Placebo: yes for windows
Wol Euler: oh, right. you donÄ't need any of them, neihter signatures nor sourcecode nor misc
Wol Euler: under windows, I owuld go for the optimized, and if you use voice, the voice-support-FPS-boost too.
Wol Euler: load the setup first, then download the voice support pack and install that second.
Wol Euler: but only if you do use voice
    arabella Ella: ty
    Wol Euler: yw
Mickorod Renard: I think I am lost, I have so many balls up in the air at the momment,,maybe I should not complicate things more
Mary Korpov: Play as Help Desk?
    Wol Euler laughs
    arabella Ella: he he
    Agatha Macbeth: Painful
Qt Core: ohh, a non voice enalbed version... i'll have an excuse not to use it ;-)

    arabella Ella loves onigokko
    arabella Ella: makes me giggle
    Wol Euler grins
arabella Ella: and laughing is healthy
Mary Korpov: Does "onigokko" have a meaning?
    Wol Euler: hmmmm, good question
Mary Korpov: I agree that laughing is healthy, but that didn't make me laugh
    Wol Euler: ah well
    arabella Ella: just googled it
Agatha Macbeth: Someone just sent me a Group Notice about Vampires
arabella Ella: it is a japanese tag like game
Wol Euler grins. Big community of vampires in SL ...
arabella Ella: must go now too night all
    Agatha Macbeth: Weird
    arabella Ella: ciao
Wol Euler: bye Ara, take care
    Agatha Macbeth: Shalom
    Mary Korpov: bye
Qt Core: google sent me to the tag game wikipedia page... but there is no onigokko in it
Mary Korpov: Actually, I rarely laugh.
    Wol Euler: why?
    Qt Core: http://www.indopedia.org/Onigokko.html
    Wol Euler: or why not?
Mary Korpov: Not sure. I just don't. I don't smile much either. I don't tend to feel extremes in any direction.
Qt Core: (she is blond she cant be vulcan)
Mary Korpov: I'm a blond vulcan.
Wol Euler laughs. Once a Trekkie, always a trekkie.
Agatha Macbeth: Pointy ears are a dead giveaway
    --BELL--
Mary Korpov: Extremes of emotion do seem to get in the way for me.
    Wol Euler: wb again agatha
Agatha Macbeth: Don't know what happened there
Qt Core: many says i'm a little cold and emotionless... with some crazy moments in the way
    Agatha Macbeth: Bloody Bill Gates
    Wol Euler: heheheheh
Mary Korpov: I don't have crazy moments--just cold and emotionless.
Agatha Macbeth: Maybe I should get a Mac
Qt Core: or just linux your pc
    Qt Core: less expensive
Agatha Macbeth: I'm too dumb for all that stuff
    Wol Euler: macs are easy.
    Wol Euler: they Just Work.
    Mary Korpov: yes

Qt Core: could i suggest to try a "live" ubunto, it start from your cd and won't touch your pc
    Agatha Macbeth: Oh
    Agatha Macbeth: What's an ubunto?
Qt Core: ubuntu is one of the most used linux editions nowadays, quite user friendly
Agatha Macbeth: Whatever happened to BeOS?
Yakuzza Lethecus: it got a different name now
Qt Core: it died several years ago
Mary Korpov: What ever happened to CPM?
    Wol Euler: it became WasOS
Qt Core: but it come back just some weeks ago as an opensource with another name
Agatha Macbeth: I really liked the icons in BeOS
Qt Core: i want LCARS with voice recognition, obviously ;-)
Yakuzza Lethecus: hmm, zeta was the successor of beOS
Yakuzza Lethecus: but there seem to have been legal issues according to wikipedia
Mary Korpov: Well, not being a computer person, I think I will move on.
Wol Euler: bye mary, take care
    Mary Korpov: bye
    Yakuzza Lethecus: bye mary
    Agatha Macbeth: Au revoir
Qt Core: or we may just take our heads out of the case ;-)
Yakuzza Lethecus: i am just a winodws person after i used debian woody for a couple of years
Qt Core: the hard and pure way of Linux ;-)
Wol Euler: burning your fingers with a gem-like flame?
    Agatha Macbeth: Say what Wol?
Wol Euler: sorry, I snuck out to make tea
Wol Euler: didn't think anyone wold ask a question that soon :)
Agatha Macbeth: 2 quick 4 ya!
Wol Euler: there was some quote or other about pure and hard things burning with a gem-like flame
Wol Euler: which I cross-bred with your comment about Linux being too hard for mere mortals
Agatha Macbeth: Can you be pure and hard?
Wol Euler: you know, that always sounded like too much hard work to me.
    Agatha Macbeth: Sorry, i'll behave
Wol Euler: be what you are, let other people worry about categorizing it.
Agatha Macbeth: I've just got another Group Notice
Agatha Macbeth: This one's about Slug Racing
Qt Core: ;-) i don't know if hard and pure has the same meaning it has in italian (duro e puro) it means do not make compromises
Agatha Macbeth: What are these people on?
    Wol Euler laughs
Wol Euler: we're high on Being, baby.
Agatha Macbeth: Vampires and Slug Racing in one evening?
    Wol Euler: oh, them :)
Wol Euler: stay away from the vampires, they tend to be very earnest in their silliness.
Wol Euler: Slug racing is fun, though.
Agatha Macbeth: I'll bear it in mind
Wol Euler: and yes, qt, same meaning
Qt Core: and vampire slug racing ?
    Wol Euler: the mind boggles.
    --BELL--
Qt Core: or slug racing vampires to slime them ?
    Agatha Macbeth: Who started PAB?
Yakuzza Lethecus: live long and prosper everyone :) i need to close my eyes for some time
    Yakuzza Lethecus: pema pera ?
    Yakuzza Lethecus: www.kira.org
    Agatha Macbeth: Cheers
Wol Euler: bye yakuzza, take care. enjoy the weekend
    Qt Core: bye yakuzza
Wol Euler: agatha, did anyone give you the official notecard yet?
    Agatha Macbeth: Not sure
    Agatha Macbeth: Arigato Wol
Agatha Macbeth: Actually I think I HAVE read that somewhere. Thanx anyway
    Wol Euler: ok :)
Agatha Macbeth: Why do those bells keep happening?
Wol Euler: to remind us to pause and reflect.
Wol Euler: the core practice (we are officially a meditation group, though you might not have guessed)
    Agatha Macbeth: Er....on what exactly?
    Agatha Macbeth: Oh I see
Wol Euler: the core practice is a mini-meditation, a "time tax".
Wol Euler: every fifteen minutes, pause for nine seconds (1% of your time)
Wol Euler: drop what you *think* you are, what you
Wol Euler: what you *think* is happening around you, and try to see what really *is*
Wol Euler: the idea is to make meditation a normal part of life, a companion or a tool
Wol Euler: rther than a special event that can only happen in special places and times
    Agatha Macbeth: Heavy
Wol Euler: on the contrary, very light :)
    Agatha Macbeth: Grazi
Qt Core: like, if we were sub, arines do an active scan instead of the passive one we do all time
Qt Core: (but someone told me i felt just the opposite about that)
    Qt Core: i=it
Wol Euler: anyway, that's the reason for the bell :)
    Agatha Macbeth: Ah ha
Agatha Macbeth: I just noticed there's only 3 of us here
    Wol Euler smiles
Wol Euler: it comes and goes. We are a full hour beyond the official end of the session...
Agatha Macbeth: Where did everybody else go?
Wol Euler: well, many would have gone to bed :) there are a lot of Euros at the 1pm sessions
Agatha Macbeth: I'm too right-brained: time just passes by and I don't even notice
    Wol Euler smiles.
Wol Euler: or perhaps you are just enjoying yourself?
    --BELL--
Agatha Macbeth: How long do these things normally go on for then?
Wol Euler: an hour is typical, often everyone has someting else to do so they come to an abrupt halt
Wol Euler: the record is seven hours.
Agatha Macbeth: SEVEN hours? Holy crap
    Wol Euler: heheheheheh
Wol Euler: ran seamlessly over into the next session.
Agatha Macbeth: What were you talking about?
Qt Core: and did someone stayed for all the 7 hours ?
Qt Core: technical pause forgiven ;-)
Wol Euler: oh yes, three or four people were there the whole time, if I remember rightly
Agatha Macbeth: You're still with us then QT?
Qt Core: oh yes, i often seem to be lost somewhere else ;-)
    Wol Euler: :)
Qt Core: sometimes i may even be but usually not
    Agatha Macbeth: Ain't we all?
Wol Euler: true, but not all know it.
Agatha Macbeth: There's a thin line between lost and found
    Wol Euler: indeed.
Qt Core: i just got one of the cutest/saddest/hope vignette i saw
Wol Euler: and "lost" itself is a barrel of meanings and cases.
    Qt Core: http://imgur.com/vCG0u.jpg
    Agatha Macbeth: Say what QT?
    Wol Euler: awwwwwwww
    Qt Core: follow the link
Agatha Macbeth: Am I missing something?
Wol Euler: do you know the childrens' book The Velveteen Rabbit?
Agatha Macbeth: What was the link?
    Qt Core: http://imgur.com/vCG0u.jpg
Wol Euler: agatha, if you look in the chat history window, you'll see
Wol Euler: the window converts them into clickable internet links
Qt Core: no, never been a fan of child book
Qt Core: i started reading.... the pictures of teen years science books when 3 yo ;-)
    Agatha Macbeth: Mario and Toad?
Agatha Macbeth: That's what I saw
Qt Core: the onli child book i had was about an apple and its worm
Agatha Macbeth: Just me I guess
Wol Euler: that's odd, it was a grown-up Calvin and Hobbes
Agatha Macbeth: Ah, I know Calvin and Hobbes
Qt Core: with Hobbes going away with Calvin' daughter
    Wol Euler: mmhmm
Qt Core: and Calvin in the background
Agatha Macbeth: What was that noise just now?
    Agatha Macbeth: Ah
    Wol Euler: wb mick
    Agatha Macbeth: Hi
    Wol Euler: or not ...
    Agatha Macbeth: Mmm
    --BELL--
Wol Euler: I have the sound turned way down, I didn't hear anything.
Qt Core: i upped it and the 15min gong almost made me jump ;-)
Agatha Macbeth: Oh well, I have a sudden urge to listen to music for some reason, so I'll be off now
Wol Euler: bye for now, I'm glad you came down to meet us.
Qt Core: bye then and enjoy your music!
Agatha Macbeth: Me too. You were right, you didn't bite :(
    Wol Euler: :)
Wol Euler: only with prior consent.
    Agatha Macbeth: Bye
    Wol Euler: take care
Qt Core: someone around here in rl is cooking a wonderful roast... i smell it why do it at 00:20 is quite a mistery
    Wol Euler: mmmmmmmmmm
Wol Euler: but yes, that is odd.
Qt Core: the problem is that is making me hungry ;-)
Wol Euler: yeah, I hear you.
Wol Euler: well, I think I must go. It's getting late. and for you, very late.
    Wol Euler: buona notte, qt.
Qt Core: yes but i napped in the afternoon ;-)
    Wol Euler: ah!
    Qt Core: buonanotte Wol
