Pila Mulligan: "... decide to all pay attention to the coming dream" -- is our common attention just to the idea of a coming dream, or do we also take a particular idea to sleep with us as a theme?
Paradise Tennant: I have been doing a meditation practice where I try to see myself from the other side ot the room looking at my hand .. is suppose to help lift you out of the ensarement of our senses.. we could try to dream out .. something similar .. figures in a painting who step out of the painting to see it for a painting or lol maybe that is too hard for a first time try .. a nice beach .. swimming in an underground grotto :)
