SophiaSharon Larnia: in my mind, no, just one willing to explore being during the 9 second micromeditations, just an openness to listen to others point of view, and an openness to share, too.

Bertram Jacobus: and bleu : i think, when you like to accompany a pab retreat ... you´ll have had "enough" contact to the group that you could do so - i don´t think there "has to be" a membership - or ? sophia ? am i wrong with that ?
