The Guardian for this meeting was Tarmel Udimo. The comments are by Tarmel Udimo. Calvino and I rezzed into the pavillion at the same time. Liza showed up very soo after.

    Tarmel Udimo: hey Calvino!
Calvino Rabeni: Hi , Tarmel :)
Calvino Rabeni: How is your day?
Tarmel Udimo: good - worked and it was ok - how about you?
Calvino Rabeni: Good. Work a litle much, meditation too little - I will rebalance it soon as I can
    Calvino Rabeni: Liza, Hello
    Liza Deischer: hi Cal, Tarmel
    Tarmel Udimo: Hi Liza, welcome!
    Liza Deischer: hi
Tarmel Udimo: have you been to PaB before?
Liza Deischer: yes, I'm a guardian, so no worries :-)

    Tarmel Udimo: great!
Tarmel Udimo: so anyone have a topic or wish to speak of something?
    Tarmel Udimo: hearts calvino?
    Calvino Rabeni: :)

Calvino had heart particles floating out of him...

Tarmel Udimo: shall we speak about the heart?
Calvino Rabeni: it is a worthy topic :)
    Tarmel Udimo: nods
    Liza Deischer: okya :-)
Tarmel Udimo: science has not discovered that the heart also has its own 'brain'
Tarmel Udimo: in fact they think the heart is in fact the center that directs the brain
Tarmel Udimo: that there is intelligence
Liza Deischer: that's new to me
Tarmel Udimo: meant to say - has now:)
Liza Deischer: especially the word 'science' in it :-)
    Tarmel Udimo: and memory
Tarmel Udimo: I saw a wonderful program on heart replacment surgery
Tarmel Udimo: and the heart when entered into the new body carried the memories of its previous owener
Liza Deischer: yes I heard about those stories
    Tarmel Udimo: nods
Calvino Rabeni: How does that work?
Liza Deischer: but I think it is not a heart-thing
    Tarmel Udimo: yes Liza?
Liza Deischer: I think it goes for the whole body
    Tarmel Udimo: yes me too
Liza Deischer: If I feel my body
Tarmel Udimo: it is all one unit
Liza Deischer: every part has his own feelings
    Tarmel Udimo: yes
Liza Deischer: and memories maybe, I don't know
Tarmel Udimo: yes that memories are stored in the body
Liza Deischer: or connected with it somehow
Tarmel Udimo: what it was calvino was things like
Tarmel Udimo: a young man who only liked rock music suddnely started listening to Classical and even playing
Liza Deischer: (sorry, I missed your question cal)
Tarmel Udimo: he then discovered he had the heart of a concert violinist
Calvino Rabeni: The question was "how does it work?"
Tarmel Udimo: in most cases they don't tell the person who the doner is
Liza Deischer: coincidently two musicians :-)
Tarmel Udimo: well yes sort of... I think one just listened
Tarmel Udimo: but music was very importnat to him
Tarmel Udimo: how does it work calvino...what do you think?
    Liza Deischer: okay
Calvino Rabeni: I wondered if you had heard some new discoveries about the mechanism of memory
    Tarmel Udimo: no,
Tarmel Udimo: but its something that we don't understand
Tarmel Udimo: after all, the body for instance can keep holding a response to a traumatic situation
Tarmel Udimo: long after its been over
Tarmel Udimo: holding the memory of the trauma
Liza Deischer: you can ask yourself what it really holds
Liza Deischer: I mean, my body can make me feel happy of confused
    Tarmel Udimo: true
Liza Deischer: but there seems to be no memory in pics or auditive memory
    Tarmel Udimo: you mean images?
Liza Deischer: that's is the way I experience it
Liza Deischer: yes, images, better word :-)
Liza Deischer: but the way you tell it

Liza Deischer: the memory even includes skills
Tarmel Udimo: ok, so you experience things kineticlly
Tarmel Udimo: or store things I mean?
    Liza Deischer: probably
Liza Deischer: I wonder if that is different with other people
Tarmel Udimo: nods, I hear things and sense things
    Liza Deischer: okay
Tarmel Udimo: I can imagine, but the memory is stronger in feeling and audio
Tarmel Udimo: what about you calvino?
    Tarmel Udimo: (BRB)
Calvino Rabeni: There are some differences probably in proportion between people
Liza Deischer: well my imagination is al right
Calvino Rabeni: proportion of the activities of their different faculties
    Liza Deischer: yes, I agree
Liza Deischer: but I have a vivid imagination, but not if it comes to bodyparts
Calvino Rabeni: Your imagination is all right - that is good
Calvino Rabeni: What is the connection between imagination and body?
Liza Deischer: I think everyone that is in sl have a bright way of thinking in images
Calvino Rabeni: Well, it might be kind of forced by the medium
    Tarmel Udimo: (back)
Liza Deischer: and translating those images to feelings
    Tarmel Udimo: nods
Calvino Rabeni: There seems a complex combination of interaction between images and feelings - no division actually, but a zigzag back and forth
Liza Deischer: maybe forced, but I think that people who think more in sounds and words (auditive) will probably use a chatbox
Calvino Rabeni: Like instruments playing together in concert
    Calvino Rabeni: Not a translation
Calvino Rabeni: but different voices of the composition
Calvino Rabeni: Together they are more intelligent
    Liza Deischer: true
Calvino Rabeni: but neither translates or encompasses the other
Calvino Rabeni: In my estimation of course
Liza Deischer: yes, but I think you're right
Liza Deischer: the complexity about it is the nice thing :-)
Calvino Rabeni: A skill and a traumatic response probably use the same parts of us
Tarmel Udimo: I guess I was more also thinking about internal feedback to one's self
Calvino Rabeni: One we find useful, the other ...
    Liza Deischer: internal feedback?
Calvino Rabeni: Internal feedback - every part listening to every other
Tarmel Udimo: yes you know either a state of being/feeling that you know indicates this is 'good'
    Calvino Rabeni: yes nice point
Tarmel Udimo: or sometimes i have heard a voice saying to me something about the situation
Tarmel Udimo: we all have those voices that speak to us all the time
Calvino Rabeni: feeling in the bones, for instance
Tarmel Udimo: well less and less now - the critical ones
Tarmel Udimo: yes feeling in the bones
Calvino Rabeni: or you could give it a voice also
Tarmel Udimo: my solar plexus is a good indicator
Liza Deischer: I have no voices :-)
    Tarmel Udimo: nods
Calvino Rabeni: the voice of the bones
    Tarmel Udimo: no?
Liza Deischer: so my imagination stops there
Calvino Rabeni: Imagination is a key
Liza Deischer: no, feelings, taste sometimes
Tarmel Udimo: Hey Eos, long time no see:)
Eos Amaterasu: Hi Liza, Tarmel, Cal
    Calvino Rabeni: Hello Eos
    Liza Deischer: hi Eos
Eos Amaterasu: Waiting for the spheres to turn into reality
    Calvino Rabeni: Solar plexus
Tarmel Udimo: you don't have those inner voices Liza?
    Tarmel Udimo: here we are;0
Calvino Rabeni: Depending on how one defines them, I may have them, or not
Liza Deischer: no, i do have 'discussions' and things like that
Liza Deischer: but nog in voices
Tarmel Udimo: yes that's what I mean
Liza Deischer: and i have a pretty good sense about what is good, real or whatever
Calvino Rabeni: When I have a sensation of energy in the solar plexus, I call it a "voice" with no words
    Liza Deischer: but voices, no
Liza Deischer: that is somehting I understand
Tarmel Udimo: yes I understand that too calvino
Calvino Rabeni: Because it responds to thought, with or without imagined words
Calvino Rabeni: and "speaks" in its own "language" -of nonverbal signals
Tarmel Udimo: well i think it rsponds to the heart first which ten triggers a mental response
Calvino Rabeni: The main thing is, it is responsive
    Tarmel Udimo: yes
Liza Deischer: yes, but I was curious if we have different ways
Eos Amaterasu: (My time here is about to expire - just wanted to say hello from Malta)
Calvino Rabeni: Good exploration - do we have different ways
Liza Deischer: in 'feeling', 'listening' and being responsive
Tarmel Udimo: ahhh hey Eos, say hello to everyone:)
Tarmel Udimo: have a good retreat
    Eos Amaterasu: :-)
    Liza Deischer: okay Eos
Calvino Rabeni: You're at malta - say hello for us

    Liza Deischer: brb
    Tarmel Udimo: sure
Tarmel Udimo: and this voice with no words is very perceptive
Tarmel Udimo: and knows instantly whether we should do what we intend to do..
Tarmel Udimo: at least now I listen to it more...
Calvino Rabeni: I like the way you state things tarmel
    Tarmel Udimo: like wise calvino:)
Tarmel Udimo: it was very easy when younger to allow the ego to run rough shod all over the clues it was giving me:)
Tarmel Udimo: (its still happens of course but at least now I am more prepared:)
    Liza Deischer: b
Calvino Rabeni: Do you have an example, Tarmel?
    Tarmel Udimo: welcome back Liza
    Liza Deischer: ty
Tarmel Udimo: well yes its pretty straight forward really..
Tarmel Udimo: A friend invites me over to meet another friend, who I don't know at all and know there are problems in the friendship,
Tarmel Udimo: my tummy starts to feel very quizzy so i know I should say tks but no tks
Tarmel Udimo: maybe another time, but instead I say yes and go... bingo, it turns out to be a very unpleasant night, that I really didn't need to be a part of :)
Tarmel Udimo: that's on a very simple level
    Calvino Rabeni: thanks for that
Liza Deischer: sometimes if you talk to someone
Liza Deischer: it doesn't seem to be difficult at all
Liza Deischer: like you understand each other on a different leve
    Tarmel Udimo: nods
    Liza Deischer: something is flowing
Tarmel Udimo: yes, this is great and wonderful
Liza Deischer: I like water, because it gives me instantly that feel of flow
    Tarmel Udimo: yes me too
Calvino Rabeni: I care to use all the knowledge whatever the channel - thoughts feelings sensations environment other people etc.
Tarmel Udimo: when in doubt, a hot bath soothes all troubles:)
    Tarmel Udimo: yes true calvino
Tarmel Udimo: I guess its that the solar plexus is so rudimentary
Tarmel Udimo: so close to our source so to speak
Calvino Rabeni: one challenge is to remain aware and receptive
    Tarmel Udimo: yes
Liza Deischer: I like the water running, so I'm in favour of the shour
    Liza Deischer: :-)
Tarmel Udimo: ahhh ok, a shower for you then Liza:)
Liza Deischer: I think you write that differently
    Liza Deischer: yes shower :-)
    Tarmel Udimo: nods
Liza Deischer: that is a challenge
Liza Deischer: but as Tarmel pointed already pointed out
Liza Deischer: it gets better through the years :-)
Calvino Rabeni: in my opinion, listening is the most important thing, more important than any kind of practice or technique
Tarmel Udimo: yes, a trust of one's self builds up i think
Calvino Rabeni: although those can be useful sometimes
    Calvino Rabeni: :) Tarmel
Calvino Rabeni: I was going to say that

Liza Deischer: practice makes perfect :-)
Tarmel Udimo: ahh the bell.. and i will have to cut things short tonight
Liza Deischer: to me both are needed
Tarmel Udimo: but please feel free to continue
Liza Deischer: one is more being aware
Liza Deischer: the other one is gaining understanding
Calvino Rabeni: good to see you Tarmel, take care
Tarmel Udimo: I have claimed the log
    Liza Deischer: okay Tarmel
Tarmel Udimo: yes good to see you and nice to meet you Liza
    Liza Deischer: nice meeting you
    Liza Deischer: see you
    Tarmel Udimo: bfn
    Calvino Rabeni: bye:)
    Liza Deischer: I'm going too
    Liza Deischer: feeling tired
    Calvino Rabeni: Be well, Liza
Liza Deischer: had many interesting encounters in the past few days
Calvino Rabeni: glad you stopped in
    Calvino Rabeni: As did I
Liza Deischer: need to let the information settle
    Liza Deischer: see you cal
    Calvino Rabeni: bye for now
