Zon Quar: yup, if we do certan thing in a certain way always..we create a habit...and loose awareness

  

Calvino Rabeni: Yes, you learn to be flexible, to construct and drop habits more easily, and the habits are skills of perception and movement

  

Mickorod Renard: so perhaps its good to always look for the new experience?

Zon Quar: yes, if u get stuck to what u already can do

Mickorod Renard: this is where the space comes in,,from dropping

  

Mickorod Renard: but dropping is not a natural thing in ones every day life

  

Mickorod Renard: it almost has to become a habit to be of much use

  

Zon Quar: enjoy ur skills as long as tehy give u joy

  

Zon Quar: then drop if they become routine, and learn something new

  

Calvino Rabeni: Anything can be a way of practice - motorcycling is a good one in the way we've been talking about it
