The Guardian for this meeting was Yakuzza Lethecus. The comments are by Yakuzza Lethecus.

    Aztlan Foss: hey bertram
Bertram Jacobus: hey atzlan, now here also *smile* ... Aztlan Foss: :-D
Bertram Jacobus: you know this place and it´s rules already ? ...
    Aztlan Foss: i see you!
    Aztlan Foss: yup been introduced
    Aztlan Foss: everything gets recorded
Aztlan Foss: and I should "be" after the bell
Bertram Jacobus: ah - great - you can see ! i appreciate that very much (as a na'vi , for the log , where it can´t be seen that i am actually) ... ;-)
Bertram Jacobus: graet said atzlan ! "to be" - very nice, yes ... one possibility to express that ...
Aztlan Foss: I think what's cool about the "see" thing is that it's easier when you know your self that clearly
Aztlan Foss: pretty much the only model you have to understand others is your self
Bertram Jacobus: and you should have been asked once whethter it is okay for you with the recording, whether you permit it (otherwise your comments would be taken off of it) ...
Aztlan Foss: yeah I agreed to have them recorded
    Bertram Jacobus: nice ...
Aztlan Foss: yeah i don't think my ideas are quite original or emberasing
Bertram Jacobus: and about the "seeing" : i would say, you´re right, but - i would see an additional step : to get rid of the ego in the end, to drop it, to solve it - than you see even more clearly i guess ...
Aztlan Foss: to drop the ego?
Bertram Jacobus: ah - we all are origins in the meaning of being sources and such ...
    Aztlan Foss: explain?
Bertram Jacobus: yes : a famous american psychologist with spiritual interests explains it like that : first we need a healthy ego, then we can start to dissolve it ...
Bertram Jacobus: and become just being ...
Bertram Jacobus: so to say a part of the universe
Bertram Jacobus: not having any disconnections anymore, no borders ...
Aztlan Foss: oh cool interesting, I was just listening to something about us being the universe its self looking at it's self
Aztlan Foss: they were saying, when you look out at nature that's you going about existing with out you having to think about it, like your heart beating.
Bertram Jacobus: hello qt ... :-)
    Aztlan Foss: hi qt
    Qt Core: hi aztlan, bert
Bertram Jacobus: (sent qt our so far talk) ...
Bertram Jacobus: yes aztlan and i see, that seeing then must be most clearly : when you are not limited anymore by these restricted and so called personal, individual views - i guess, you can have them then still but are not dependent from them, can choose freely ...
    Bertram Jacobus: and - drop ... ;-)
    Bertram Jacobus: let all go
Aztlan Foss: so once we let go, then what?
Bertram Jacobus: then we become part of the universe and suffering end, being devided, cut off and all that - ends
    Bertram Jacobus: ends*
    Aztlan Foss: for ever?
Bertram Jacobus: i see that as an option, yes
    --BELL--
Bertram Jacobus: but it is said also, that on a way to that aim first some glimpses of that occure and disapper then again. then it becomes more, longer and more often and in the end can be constantly
    Aztlan Foss: would you die?
Bertram Jacobus: whereas it´s no disappearing in a way it would really disappear, it´s again the fact that our personal views and veils, so to say our personal mist hinders us to see, to feel, to experience that total freedom
Aztlan Foss: in this state I can probably experience being one with the source for quite a while but I think later I'll get hungry and then I have bills to pay
Bertram Jacobus: hehe. you´re right. but i like to respond to such arguments : also the buddha did not dissolve in a little cloud or something. the point is, that you, then, are free from these addictions and for example dying would not be a problem anymore for you ...
Bertram Jacobus: so you do what is simply best
Bertram Jacobus: on that so to call highest state
Bertram Jacobus: may be you can play - as written in your profile too (play - like it very much) :-)
Aztlan Foss: oh I see so it's about absolute dettachement
Bertram Jacobus: and whether we die or not - to me it makes no difference in the end for the here and the now (!) ...
Bertram Jacobus: yes aztlan, absolute detachment ...
Aztlan Foss: you might be right, but then the universe might have come up with life for it's own creative purposes and now is your chance, once you're gone you might not be for even ever maybe
Aztlan Foss: i kinda think of it this way, as an idea play, I have a music keyboard in front of me....
Aztlan Foss: I can pick any of the notes on it to play
Bertram Jacobus: i see no beginning and no end of the whole, only beginnings and ends of the relative aspects, things and relations - and so, in the end (lol) - it makes no difference
Aztlan Foss: right now I can potentially play any of those notes but they don't necessarely exist and they're not "waiting" anywhere. I just have a machine that when I push the key, it makes the sound happen.
Bertram Jacobus: yes. and for me the well being of all beings is a nice focus and orientation ...
Aztlan Foss: once the sound is gone, it's gone it no longer exists
Bertram Jacobus: yes. at least that´s so for our perception ...
Aztlan Foss: well yeah, in the end it doesn't matter I totally agree. Like Alan Watts said, the universe is inherently playful with out a goal not aiming twards anything.
Aztlan Foss: but the point is that while you're here, it CAN be important to you
Aztlan Foss: because it makes no differene if it is or not
Aztlan Foss: like, the existence of the notes I pick don't matter
Aztlan Foss: but when they are played, even if they have no purpose, can be very cool!
Aztlan Foss: or when someone plays a song, in the end it doesn't matter if that song existed but to make it was an experience worth having.
Bertram Jacobus: i agree totally aztlan with you and am happy to meet more and more people who seem to see now more and more ... very nice experience ...
Bertram Jacobus: fulfills me with hope ...
Aztlan Foss: yeah I was thinking there's more ideas floating around people's heads than we think but nobody talks about them
Aztlan Foss: so we have places like this
Bertram Jacobus: yes. but it´s increasing is my impression
    --BELL--
Aztlan Foss: why do you think it is?
Bertram Jacobus: may be amatter of time
Bertram Jacobus: may be even the "age of aquarius" thing ...
Bertram Jacobus: for all goes always up and down as it seems, may be now something goes straight up or changes very actual
Aztlan Foss: that would be cool
Bertram Jacobus: there are so to call tilting points which change things very intense
Aztlan Foss: if I could pick I'd have picked a peak to live when something cool happens
Aztlan Foss: one of those "ups"
Bertram Jacobus: lol. for sure :-)
Bertram Jacobus: we would not choose boring or bad times ;-)
Aztlan Foss: you'd be surprised, some people just love to suffer
Aztlan Foss: but being that it doesn't matter I'm not sure it's for me to say they're wrong.
Bertram Jacobus: that is also the wish to be happy
    Bertram Jacobus: principally
Qt Core: unless you are a saint/buddha and choose a bad time to be there to help
Bertram Jacobus: but i would mean, quite - hm - strange - no ?
Bertram Jacobus: ah. nice. ty qt for reminding us !
Aztlan Foss: hehehe yeah the self sacrificial one, I guess you'd need to make sure it's going to have an impact if it would work or not
Aztlan Foss: what do you guys think the world needs right now the most?
Bertram Jacobus: sry - i have to leave a fl friend came - love ! ;-)
    Qt Core: bye bert
    Aztlan Foss: bye
Qt Core: following my trek obsession i would say (almost) unlimited (clean) energy
Aztlan Foss: that would be awesome
Aztlan Foss: like EVERYTHING would be super cheap, right?
    Qt Core: yes, food too
Aztlan Foss: so what's the current state of that? am I going to see it with in my life time?
Qt Core: don't know, i would bet on fusion and solar
    --BELL--
Aztlan Foss: I'm chearing for what ever type of good cheap clean energy with a wireless electricity combo
Aztlan Foss: eliminates power outlets and having to plug in a phone to a charger
    Qt Core: brb
    Aztlan Foss: kk
    Qt Core: back
    Aztlan Foss: wb!
Qt Core: mmm and the people already scared by cell emission what would say ? ;-)
Aztlan Foss: I don't know, they'll say we're all going to die
Aztlan Foss: the thing is, we got all these waves all over the place anyway
Aztlan Foss: the whole idea behind wireless electricity comes straight from tesla thinking if you can transmit sound over the air you can transmit electricity just as easilly, it's just another wave
Aztlan Foss: or something like that
Qt Core: i see wireless more useful for "downloading" energy from solar panels in orbit (if they become feasible and useful)
Aztlan Foss: wow that would be awesome
Qt Core: those beam would be dangerous i think as they would be quite powerful so they would have to make forbidden to fly areas around those
Aztlan Foss: or put giant "do not enter" signs
    Qt Core: hi Shyama
    Shyama Sheryffe: hi :)
    Aztlan Foss: Hello!
    Aztlan Foss: Hey! Shyama
Aztlan Foss: we were just talking about how to make everything cheaper
Qt Core: i think i;ve seen you here before Shyama, right ?
Shyama Sheryffe: yes i have been here before
Qt Core: so you know how it works right ?
    Shyama Sheryffe: yes, but
    --BELL--
Shyama Sheryffe: i dont see pillows
Aztlan Foss: that happened to me once, you just have to wait till it downloads
    Shyama Sheryffe: ok..lol
Aztlan Foss: what's been on your mind?
Qt Core: pillows where wery slow for me too this morning
    Qt Core: were
Shyama Sheryffe: do u see many pillows ?
    Aztlan Foss: yes
Shyama Sheryffe: i think i try to relog
Qt Core: it toke almost five min for me, and yes there are all of them
    Aztlan Foss: good luck
Aztlan Foss: what's the best life advice you can give me?
    Qt Core: read
    Aztlan Foss: like novels?
Qt Core: everything, from silly novels to physic manuals
Qt Core: one can't read always the same stuff, you have to change
Aztlan Foss: i read the internet a lot
Qt Core: i just ebded a fantasy/horror novel and started to read a black hole book
    Aztlan Foss: wow cool
Aztlan Foss: have you read a book called Only Forward?
Qt Core: no, but then it may have another title in italian
Aztlan Foss: you might like to search for The Teaching Company lectures
Aztlan Foss: they have stuff on many different subjects, it's very cool
    Qt Core: quite pricey
Qt Core: just saw a couple random item
    Aztlan Foss: :(
Aztlan Foss: but don't worry when we solve the energy problem there will be more money to buy education
    Qt Core: ;-)
Aztlan Foss: the world just becomes more interesting the more stuff you have in your head to see it with
Qt Core: but then people would have more time to improve wikipedia too
Qt Core: sometimes knowledge seem like a drug
Qt Core: you got high when you get some and then want even more
    --BELL--
Aztlan Foss: there's always more to figure out
Aztlan Foss: what's your ultumate goal?
    Qt Core: hi yaku
    Aztlan Foss: hey Yakuzza
    Qt Core: omniscence ;-)
Qt Core: yaku i was starting to fear i would have to clain the session, (never did that) are you this session goc ?
    Qt Core: no
    Qt Core: yes
Qt Core: jokes aside, aztlan i don't really know if i have one, beside peace of mind but that don't seem to me a real goal but mostly a precondition to reach one
Aztlan Foss: peace of mind sounds like a nice thing to have
Aztlan Foss: that reminds me I should get some sleep
Aztlan Foss: thanks for the chat
    Aztlan Foss: bye
Qt Core: thank you aztlan, sleep well
Qt Core: sadly rl calls, i have to go
    --BELL--
Qt Core: have a nice day, Yaku
    Qt Core: bye
