The theme for today is "Self in Action"
I will present four short questions
to which we seek a certain kind of response
rather than "answers"
and what happens may be very different
for each person.
After hearing them
let's delay immediate action
and scan the horizon for something farther
or check in with yourself in some way
for something deeper or subtler
or even something unclear.
Give yourself some time
to let the response emerge
from your overall experience
from your larger sense of things
rather than jumping for an analytical answer
or one that comes from easy mental associations.

When do you feel the least like yourself?
What is the difference?
What is one question, or situation,
in which
you are challenged by some difficulty in this regard,
or
experience it in a clearly positive way?
