Eliza proposes the following agenda:

0) Email Topics

    A. Upcoming Nova Scotia Retreat (Eos has sent an email to the google group)
    B. Eliza has updated the Working Group page http://playasbeing.wik.is/PaB_Working_Group      

1) Email List

    There is confusion as to whether the new email system is working
    properly. Let's test that first thing, during the meeting.

2) Impending Server Switch

    The tech group has been working at having everything in place for
    switching servers. Let's hear from Calvino, as Platform Coordinator, about
    how this process is moving along.

    A. What, if anything, is in the way of setting a date for completion?
    B. What is the general timeline?
    C. Who is working on what?
    D. What else might be relevant to share/ask regarding platform matters?

3) Art as Being Ideas (in conjunction with wiki switch-over?) 

4) Donations 

  
    A. A new structure and page for donations is ready to
        be brought to the entire guardian group for imput and
        discussion.

    B. Shall we set a date for a set-aside guardian session,
        in which to discuss donations/retreats/in-world finances? 

5) New Guardian Candidates?

6) Handbook

      Let us discuss the proposal by Pema to write a "PaB Handbook"
      which lists all the current PaB activities and the way they are
      divided into tasks, including meta-tasks involving coordination
      of tasks, and sometimes even coordination of coordination.
      For each of these tasks, the Handbook will contain a detailed
      description of what the task entails, and summaries of the
      experience we have built up so far in dealing with that task.
      Ideally, this handbook should allow a new person to take over
      an existing task without the previous person having to spend
      a large amount of time training the new person. The Handbook
      will function as a repository of accumulated PaB organizational
      experience.
