    Eliza proposes the following agenda:

    0) Email Topics

        A. Bleu has sent an Art as Being announcement to the larger group,
as well as, with Calvino, organizing a specific Wiki page:
            -PaB Art of Being

        B. Calvino (and Fael) have sent a Server Switch notice out to
            the group.

    1) Donations

A new structure and page for donations is ready to be brought to
the entire guardian group for imput and discussion.

        A. Shall we set May 30th as a date in which to discuss
            donations/retreats/in-world finances, at the guardian
            session?

        B. New PayPal Button for monthly recurring donations (Eos): options, wording, graphics

    <form action="https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr" method="post">
    Recurring Donation Options
    </form>

    2) Art as Being

The latest Art as Being initiative is well under way. Let's talk about
drawing attention and stirring involvement from the guardians over the
        next few weeks.

    3) PaB Scribes

We have discussed various initiatives toward bringing
attention to the role of scribing within PlayasBeing.

        A. Let's discuss a PaB library, as an independent structure, or
as within an existing structure. Sharon has worked on copy-
ing existing scribes onto notecards, so let's set tangible
            goals/dates.

        B. Shall we have another Scribe theme session? What shall we do
to encourage others to step into the role for a few months
at a time so as not to leave gaps in the schedule as currently
happens, and to allow those who would like to rotate out,
            to do so?

    4) New Guardian Candidates?

    5) Handbook

Let us discuss the proposal by Pema to write a "PaB Handbook"
which lists all the current PaB activities and the way they are
divided into tasks, including meta-tasks involving coordination
of tasks, and sometimes even coordination of coordination.
For each of these tasks, the Handbook will contain a detailed
description of what the task entails, and summaries of the
experience we have built up so far in dealing with that task.
Ideally, this handbook should allow a new person to take over
an existing task without the previous person having to spend
a large amount of time training the new person. The Handbook
will function as a repository of accumulated PaB organizational
          experience.
