2010.02.23 1400 - Working Group Meeting Minutes

Following the agenda proposed by Pema, all 6 members of the WG were present on the Skype call.

0) Reminder: Lodging in the Kabuki and Tomo hotels in San Francisco is in process of being fully secured; once it is Marck and Pema will let all PaB know.

1) Fundraising and Donations: discussion of tip jar information details, to be discussed by Pema, Storm and Wol.  Pema mentioned the concern that he and Maxine might consider giving some of their donation for base expenses and some for stipends, if this would invite others to donate as well (to be continued)

2) New Guardians: Stephanie w speak with Agatha MacBeth to assess her interest in becoming a guardian

3) PaB wiki overhaul: during this meeting Pema, Storm and Mark(Eos) spoke together about how to proceed in completing the tasks needed for the overhaul.  

4) April RL Retreat: see 0).

5) Kira Team Connection: some discussion about PaB and Kira Team occurred.  Storm will add Mark and Maxine's names to the Kira website; Pema will contact the Kira Board as to appointment of Mark and Maxine to the Kira Board.  The next Kira Team meeting will be March 3, 7am SLT.

6) Mentor System: discussion deferred due to time.

7) Village Pub: discussion deferred due to time.

8) Full sweep through guardian names discussion deferred due to time.

9) PaB Handbook discussion deferred due to time.

The next WG meeting will be next week, March 2, 2pm SLT.
