2010.06.08 Working Group Minutes

The working group met by Skype, and was attended by Bleu Oleander,  Eliza Madrigal, SophiaSharon Larnia, and Storm Nordwind. Minutes by Bleu Oleander.

1) PaB Wiki

The Wiki "Information" tab is full of information that would benefit from prominent display.  i.e. FAQ and 9sec pauses should be made more prominent.  A two-tiered plan for the wiki was discussed. 1st tier to move and highlight some entries. 2nd tier to rework the front page

Although Calvino did not attend the meeting due to tech difficulties, he added the following via e-mail:

About the wiki – here are some plans.

1.      Soon (indeterminate) we’ll make a backup copy of the old wiki and

2.      I’m collecting ideas for reorganizing the content.  After (1) is

3.      Then people can respond to the changes, and (Repeat 2 as needed for
a couple more rounds).
 

2) Art of Being Project

Guardians should install their photos in the Village Square this week to be completed by June 13.

A special session will follow the 1pm PaB session on Monday June 21st to discuss the photo project “Being as Time.”

4) PaB Scribes

    Eliza is pairing guardians for future scribing

5) Chronicles Interviews

    There are many guardians who have yet to be interviewed
    for the PaB Chronicles. Sharon is working on coordinating guardian interviews.

6) Donations

    This topic was deferred due to lack of time and Eos/Cal being unable to attend.

7) New Guardian Candidates 

 No new guardians candidates were offered due to lack of time.
