Eliza proposes the following agenda :

Minutes from last meeting: 2010.06.22 1400 - Working Group Minutes

    0) Email - logging.

        A. The playasbeing email group has discussed policies and
feelings about the recording of sessions. A guardian who
feels uncomfortable has decided to no longer participate in
    a hosting role.

       B. Eliza has emailed Gen and Yakuzza, and Gen has responded with interest.
Yakuzza has not yet responded, therefore no date has been set for the
'Starting at the End' theme session yet.

    1) Handing over the reigns

        A. Eos is the new Chair of the Working Group! Eos will chair from July through September.

        B. Eliza moves to minute taker for July

    2) New Guardian Candidates (2 names)

    3) Wiki Progress & Updates

        A. Anything to report? Let's hear from Calvino on the platform front.

    4) Art as Being

        A. A new project is in the works. Let's discuss relevant details, timelines, and so on.

    5) Process surrounding the formation and organization of the next Working Group

        A. The Working Group is formed based on interest and time available,
as well as specialization. What are our feelings on the process of selection in
general? Concerns? Let's start a conversation so that the next Working Group
will be in place and ready to begin smoothly, come October.

    6) Nova Scotia Retreat

        A. We are very close to the Nova Scotia retreat. Let's hear from Eos.

    7) Theme Sessions

        A. Has a date been set for Calvino and Sharon's theme session? Lia has offered her timeslot.

        B. Would there be interest in a theme session with a more literary quality, possibly along
the lines of a few sessions in which guardians built a story from one line to another, or
sessions with 'collective haiku' writing? I would suggest "Tell Me a Story" (often Calvino's
tag line) as one possibly theme title.
