    Riddle Sideways: Hey Eden
Riddle Sideways: with the Spring outfit on
    Riddle Sideways: hat an all

    --BELL--

Eden Haiku: Good m orning Riddle :) Yes, Spring is here at last...a bit chilly, but my avatar doesn't feel the chill :)
    Riddle Sideways: morning Adams
Riddle Sideways: also a very nice outfit Adams
Adams Rubble: Good morning Eden and Riddle :)
Eden Haiku: Adams, you look so pretty in red!
Adams Rubble: you look pretty in white :)
    Eden Haiku: blushing
Riddle Sideways: gets shoes out of pool
Riddle Sideways: Eden was smart to take shoes off
Eden Haiku: been trying to post test pics on the wiki, but it didn't work...
    Riddle Sideways: hmmm, wonder why
Eden Haiku: You look like "in the Mood for Love" edams, in this
Adams Rubble: I put the images on the bottom and then in edit mode, I click on the bottom picture, copy it and then go to the place I want it and paste
Eden Haiku: in this red Chinese dress
Eden Haiku: Will try that Adams, than tks!
Riddle Sideways: that is the method that worked last week, but editing the size of the pic then did not work
Adams Rubble: no, things do not work as they used to
Eden Haiku: Updates are killing the joy!
Riddle Sideways: Change and Updates are constant
Adams Rubble: like death and taxes
    Adams Rubble giggles
Riddle Sideways: ha, yes those were the ones was trying to remember
Riddle Sideways: nothing changes except change itself and Updates
Adams Rubble: last night I was awake in the middle of the nightagain and I decided to watch my thoughts. And I kept on having thoughts and kept forgetting to watch them
Eden Haiku: Change and updates, impermanence...
    Riddle Sideways: cycling
Eden Haiku: Getting sucked in your thoughts...
Eden Haiku: The way we usually live our lives, entrapped in our thoughts
Riddle Sideways: that small court reporter person over to the side recording the thoughts
Eden Haiku: Thanks Adams, the posting work by copying and pasting. I have yet to find the correct size though.
Riddle Sideways: yes, the re-sizing did not work last week
Adams Rubble: no, can't resize that way
Riddle Sideways: the upload an image thingie works when not in edit mode. then in edit mode the insert image tabs never find their own images

    --BELL--

    Eden Haiku: Exactly!
Riddle Sideways: The Updates giveth and The Updates taketh away
Eden Haiku: The wiki doesn't work as well as it used to...
Eden Haiku: I have the feeling it lets just one of us using it at a time...
Riddle Sideways: yet, it does now work in FireFox.
Riddle Sideways: use to only work in Chrome
Eden Haiku: Loved the dreams cats of the dream session
    Riddle Sideways: :))
Eden Haiku: And the tea house memories :))
Riddle Sideways: oh dear, others read the sessions
Eden Haiku: Rarely now, but I did this morning :)
Riddle Sideways: must remember to be more meaningful session stuff
Eden Haiku: Couldn't go back to sleep, so...
Eden Haiku: Have a good auto-hynosis trick for that
Adams Rubble: It sounds like you made better use of your wakefulness than did I, Eden
Eden Haiku: but it didn't work this time
Riddle Sideways: wake up cat (hey, it is daybreak) won't let go back to sleep
    Eden Haiku: usually it works
Eden Haiku: you could try it Adams
    Riddle Sideways: /listens
Eden Haiku: you notice 5 things you see
Eden Haiku: then 5 things you hear
Eden Haiku: then 5 sensations or feelings
Eden Haiku: then 4 of each
Eden Haiku: then 3 of each
    Eden Haiku: 2 of each
    Adams Rubble: Zzzzzzzzzzz
    Adams Rubble: :)
    Eden Haiku: 1 of each
Riddle Sideways: never get to 1
    Eden Haiku: and yes xzzzzzzz
Adams Rubble: thank you Eden :)
Eden Haiku: It brings you back to your body
Eden Haiku: You notice all sorts of tiny sounds beyond your hearing: far away birds
    Eden Haiku: birds...
Riddle Sideways: a leaky shower head
Eden Haiku: and when you start seeing dream-like things, you notice you start falling asleep
Riddle Sideways: getting to that age that it is the body feeling that is waking one up
Eden Haiku: hummm that would be overwelming: I would jump up trying to fix it!
    Riddle Sideways: knees, back, etc
    Eden Haiku: Old Riddle :)
    Riddle Sideways: hahahaha
Eden Haiku: You kook so young though...
    Riddle Sideways: giggles
Adams Rubble: I think it is my mind that wakes up my body
Riddle Sideways: avatar keeps up youthful appearances
    Eden Haiku: Worries Adams?
Adams Rubble: my body is saying "leave me alone"
    Riddle Sideways: that too
Eden Haiku: Decided to finish a novel I have been reading in the last few days.
    Adams Rubble: :)
Eden Haiku: Someone creates an avatar in Second Life but it's like in a sci-fi universe
Riddle Sideways: yes, a separate reality
Eden Haiku: All about youthful appearance and feminine beauty standards
    Adams Rubble: :)
Eden Haiku: But the novel is utterly cold.
    Riddle Sideways: oooo
Eden Haiku: No feelings except a general dislike of human contact

    --BELL--

Adams Rubble: SL can be a practice lace for social contact
Eden Haiku: There were many French poets at the Poetry festival in Montreal this week end.

    Watching our thoughts

Adams Rubble: we need to be exploring and learning no matter what world we are living in
    Adams Rubble: or playin gin
Eden Haiku: They are so much into "human contact", it was joyful and fun!
    Adams Rubble: hehe playing in
Eden Haiku: Playing gin tonic hehe
Riddle Sideways: what? went off to find a link and y'all are drinking already?
Eden Haiku: Last week, we had lunch with a younger woman we hadn't seen in 12 years. Last time was at the baptism of her son and then they left for Bristish Columbia., It was amazing: we started the conversation kind of where we left it. Connection was still there, strong and happy!
    Adams Rubble: :)
Riddle Sideways: ㋡ great when that happens
    Adams Rubble: yes
Eden Haiku: Yews Riddle it's happy hour somewhere in the UK :)
Riddle Sideways: joins the Irish toasting
Adams Rubble: they need happy hour in the UK
    Riddle Sideways: true
Adams Rubble: we need happy hour in the US
Eden Haiku: We met her when she was only 6 years old, the daughter of an older friend who passed away a long time ago...
Adams Rubble hopes I am not leading people to a bad place
Riddle Sideways: one of the bands of time that goes around the globe
    Riddle Sideways: like day-night
    Adams Rubble: nice Eden
Eden Haiku: No, no, Adams you're not: we are joking and drinking fresh water and  decaffeonated coffee in my case :)
Riddle Sideways: coffee finished, going on to banana here
Eden Haiku: Last drop of coffee has turn cold as I had forgotten it, typing away...
Eden Haiku: I used to love bananas...
    Riddle Sideways: ? not now?
Eden Haiku: My companion doesn't like them, so I rarely eat them now
Eden Haiku: Back to Adam's insomnia. What did you notice, enmeshed in your thoughts?
Riddle Sideways: thought it was maybe shopping list dropage
Riddle Sideways: was it noticing the you were not noticing?
Adams Rubble: what did Adams notice?
Adams Rubble: Adams noticed that Adams had lost the ability to watch thoughts
Eden Haiku: It became that Riddle. I used to froze them (to use in smoothies) and then forgot them in the freezer and ended up not buying bananas anymore.
Adams Rubble: the thoughts came and instead of letting go Adams followed them and swam in them and frollicked in them and then remembered to watch thoughts
Riddle Sideways: [07:08] Adams Rubble: last night I was awake in the middle fo the night again and I decided to watch my thoughts. And I kept on having thoughts and kept forgetting to watch them
Adams Rubble: then another thought came and Adams got on, etc. etc
Eden Haiku: is having deep thoughts about bananas, shopping list and so on...,
Riddle Sideways: so should have been: watched that you were not watching
    Adams Rubble: ohhh, yes
    Eden Haiku: Being
    Eden Haiku: Appearance
Adams Rubble: Isn't it amazing that I can look so fresh after being awake for so long?
    Adams Rubble: :)
Riddle Sideways: yes, there are foods/meals had every week and then one day the last of (something) is used and hands are too messy to write it on the shopping list
Riddle Sideways: and a year goes by without eating that
Eden Haiku: updates of daily life :)
    Riddle Sideways: ㋡

Riddle Sideways: the Human/Social connection/touching mentions reminded of a "The Moth" story. However, their site is near impossible to search
Adams Rubble: last night when I was awake I thought I should write a short story but nothing was happened on that score
Eden Haiku: The Moth? What is is about Riddle?
Riddle Sideways: thinks it might be a time sink hole to tell Eden about The Moth
Eden Haiku: Oh, nice Adams, maybe next time the short story will write itself!
Riddle Sideways: it is a radio show of people telling the most amazing true stories about their lives
Eden Haiku: Ok, I understand Riddle. Will search for it in the Dark Web :)
Eden Haiku: Oh, that's a nice summary, thanks!
Adams Rubble: don't fly too close to the flame
Eden Haiku: What are your most amazing true stories?

    Eden Haiku: haha!
Riddle Sideways: did you know? in the still of the night you can hear somebody else's pillow speaker
Riddle Sideways: and just have to hear the rest of that story
Eden Haiku: Reminding me I should by bluetooth earpods. Much less damaging because you can leave your device outside of the bedroom, less exposure to radiations

Eden Haiku: Ah good to know. 30 meters must be a safe distance :)
Riddle Sideways: Bluetooth is a limited range
Eden Haiku: What did you play Riddle?
Riddle Sideways: it was a wedding and they requested a few Country songs we had to learn
Riddle Sideways: and some sappy songs we never practice
