The Guardian for this meeting was Tarmel Udimo. The comments are by Tarmel Udimo. This daylight savings change has really stuffed me around. I was very late getting to the Pavillion as I hadn't set my alarm to ring earlier. So I won't make comment, but let the chat speak for itself.

    Pila Mulligan: hi Korii
    Korii Tiger: hi pila
    Pila Mulligan: hi Eliza
    Pila Mulligan: how is everyone?
    Eliza Madrigal: :) Well, you?
    Pila Mulligan: fine thanks :)
Eliza Madrigal: Korii?? With us ? :)
    Pila Mulligan: hi Pema
    Eliza Madrigal: Hi Pema
    Eliza Madrigal shakes Korii awake
Pema Pera: Hi Pila, Eliza, and possibly Korii
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
    Korii Tiger: ~_~
Eliza Madrigal: Ahhh, hello sleepy eyes
Pila Mulligan: there are small Z's floating up from Korii, it seems
Pema Pera: let sleeping tigers lay . . .
    Pila Mulligan: :)
Eliza Madrigal: Pema might need a few of those Zs?
    Korii Tiger sighs
Pema Pera: only one more day, and then, yes
Pila Mulligan: any phenomena to report from your marathon, Pema?
Eliza Madrigal: She must be like me in the morning
    Pema Pera: :)
Pema Pera: well, let's see, one clear conclusion is: there are an awfully large number of sessions here every week!
    Pila Mulligan: no dipsuting that
Pema Pera: and in fact most of them are really very interesting
    Pila Mulligan: :)
    Pema Pera: and most interestingly
Pema Pera: they are interesting for very different reasons
Pema Pera: the diversity is quite stunning
    Pila Mulligan: sponataneity also
Pema Pera: more obvious when you have so many in a ow
    Pema Pera: yes
Pila Mulligan: each a new view
Pema Pera is stil smiling about the image of Eliza holding up her thumb and being picked up by the guy on the motorbike
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
Pema Pera: and yes, you were right, there would not have been room for you!
Pema Pera: it was a two-seater
Eliza Madrigal: Ah, see. Told you I was there :)
Pema Pera: I'm beginning to believe it, Eliza!
Pila Mulligan: what was the beach?
    Pema Pera: Muir beach
    Pila Mulligan: near the woods?
Pema Pera: near the sea :)
Pema Pera: and also near the woods, yes
Pila Mulligan: Muir Woods national park or whatever
Eliza Madrigal: Spontaneous adventures like that are marvelous...
Eliza Madrigal: couldn't have asked for it. Was probably a gorgeous day as well
Pema Pera: yes, when circumstances come together, unasked
Pema Pera: hehe, great minds thinking alike again
    Pema Pera: yes, 't was
Pema Pera: but a bit chily
Eliza Madrigal: Sigh...lagging again. If I poof, you'll understand...has been happening all day :)
Pema Pera: we understand all matter poofing Eliza :-)
    Pema Pera: *matters
Pila Mulligan: I wonder if that worm is going to affect SL
    Pema Pera: worm?
Pema Pera looking under his cushion
Pila Mulligan: the April 1st one in the news
    Pema Pera: ?
    Pila Mulligan: http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2344198,00.asp
Pila Mulligan: no waith that is not a god one :)
    Pila Mulligan: http://www.google.com/hostednews/ap/...eXagAD979ADVO0
    Pila Mulligan: the Conficker Worm
Pila Mulligan: 'the worm has infected anywhere from 3 million to 12 million PCs'
Pila Mulligan: it has gotten a lot of news, as most such things seem to do
    Pema Pera: hmmmmm
    Pema Pera: sounds serious
    Pila Mulligan: welcome back Eliza
    Pema Pera: wb Eliza
Pema Pera: and thank you for the prior warning,
Eliza Madrigal: Let's try this again shall we? hah. Thank you.
    Pema Pera: that pre-poof !
Eliza Madrigal: :) I try to be polite
Pila Mulligan: there was some talk in Maxine's workshop today about SL-related dreams
Pila Mulligan: have you found SL dreams appearing more in the marahton week, Pema?
Eliza Madrigal: I wonder that too
Pema Pera: I don't think I have remembered that many dreams
Pema Pera: when you sleep in short spurts you tend to just conk out
Pema Pera: it is mostly at the end of a well rested night that the most interesting dreams appear
Pila Mulligan: I've never had any dreams of bing in the SL environment, although I have dreamed of people form SL
Pila Mulligan: but not in their avi form
Pema Pera: oh, I had clear dreams of moving around in SL
    Pila Mulligan: :)
Eliza Madrigal: Pila, you mean people' you've met in RL...or you took them out of SL in the dream?
Pema Pera: but yes, sometimes it was mixed with RL elements too
Pila Mulligan: peole only form SL Eliza
    Pila Mulligan: not form RL
Eliza Madrigal: Ah, people from SL, but in RL form in the dream..or how you thought they'd be?
Pila Mulligan: well, it is funny
Pila Mulligan: people from SL, not RL in terms of having met them
Pila Mulligan: but then in dreams they had their RL persona
    Pila Mulligan: and image
    Pila Mulligan: hi Steve
    Eliza Madrigal: Hi Steven :)
    Pema Pera: Hi Steve!
stevenaia Michinaga: tried to sneak in
    Pila Mulligan: did :)
    Pema Pera: :-)
Eliza Madrigal: Pila, I think that is really interesting....shows the way you are here maybe
Pema Pera: Is somebody replacing Tarmel tonight, as guardian?
Pila Mulligan: well, Eliza, in each case it was someone whose real lif epicture I ahd seen
    Eliza Madrigal: Ah.
Pema Pera: yes, Pila, a very interestig twist!
Pila Mulligan: Pema you can do the honors if you wish, with thelog :)
    Pema Pera: I guess
Eliza Madrigal: Or I will, is fine
    Pema Pera: okay
Pema Pera: oh, that is very kind of you, Eliza, thank you!
Pila Mulligan: I have had dreams where it seemed there were people form SL, but I could not tell for sure becuase the faces were nt fmailair
    Pila Mulligan: :)
    Pema Pera: :)
Eliza Madrigal: :) So hearing conversations?
    Pila Mulligan: ?
Pila Mulligan: were the dreams just conversations?
Eliza Madrigal: In dreams...sometimes mine are conversations...so wondered if no face, yes.
Pila Mulligan: no, mine are always visual
    Pila Mulligan: faces, etc
Pila Mulligan: but the dream is a nce metaphor for existence
Pila Mulligan: so what you see may not be what is actually there
    Pila Mulligan: behind the visuals
Eliza Madrigal: I was telling Pila earlier, that
Eliza Madrigal: I dreamed SL most of the week last week...one in which we were in Maxine's workshop (Pila, Max, Fef, and I) switching around skins and clothes...identities.
    Pila Mulligan: precisely :)
    Pema Pera: how nice, Eliza!
Pila Mulligan: here, borrow my face :)
    Eliza Madrigal: hehehehe
    Pema Pera: haha
    Eliza Madrigal: yes...just like that
    Eliza Madrigal: !
Pila Mulligan: my I border on the risque?
    Pila Mulligan: may*
    Eliza Madrigal: Sure
    Pila Mulligan: :)
Pila Mulligan: I've been celibate for more than 30 years
Pila Mulligan: so it has been an adventure inmany ways, including dreaming
Pila Mulligan: and the prectice flowed over into dreamland so to speak
Pila Mulligan: there is hardly a less discrete place than sexual dreams
Pila Mulligan: I guess that is discreet
Eliza Madrigal: You *are* a bold adventurer, Pila.
Pila Mulligan: anyway, I've taken on an observor role in both waking and dreaming
    Pila Mulligan: :)
Pila Mulligan: there is this very powerful poilitican on Maui
Pila Mulligan: who is totally gay
Pila Mulligan: and there is a lawyer I knew there who is single and aggressively , what shall we say, romantic
    Pila Mulligan: straight
Pila Mulligan: well, in this one dream, the gay polictican had taken on a new face so to speak
Pila Mulligan: your comments earlier rmeinded me of this dream ELiza
Pila Mulligan: he had beceom a visually stunnning woman, and it had been a transformation I wintesed in one phase of the dream
Pila Mulligan: well, as oyu may have guessed, in a later pahse of the dream whom should he encounter but the lawyer
    Pila Mulligan: ... :)
Pila Mulligan: if the lwayer had only known with whom he romanticized that evening
Eliza Madrigal: Okay...reading this over ... Do you mean underlying impulses? heh
Pila Mulligan: well, actually the thought related to your discussionof trading SL indentities
Pila Mulligan: people in dreams can really be whatever they want
    Pila Mulligan: in appearnacre
    Eliza Madrigal: Yes, absolutely.
Pila Mulligan: just like chanigng avis in SL
Eliza Madrigal: yes! And maybe under the surface...all the same playing with outer effects:)
Pila Mulligan: this peculiar dream was an illustration of haw it happened
Pila Mulligan: and the (to me) humorus resluts
    Pila Mulligan: results*
Pila Mulligan: I tihnk so, Eliza
    Eliza Madrigal: Hmm. :)
Pila Mulligan: people creat a lot by extension of thier energ -- hwat use dot be calle danima proijection
    Eliza Madrigal: Danima projection?
Pila Mulligan: what used to be called anima projection*
    Pila Mulligan: typos
    Eliza Madrigal: okay
Eliza Madrigal: You mentioned "energy injuries" the other day, and I thought about how when I have certain visitors, once they leave I have to sleep for much longer stretches...feel completely drained.
Eliza Madrigal: And it isn't that they've done anything...just their company. Odd
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
Pila Mulligan: yes, that is a fmailiar pehnomenon
Pila Mulligan: it seems ot have two different phases also
Pema Pera: yes, I know what you mean, Eliza
Pila Mulligan: there is the one situation where people have dull energy and put you to sleep in a dull way
    Pila Mulligan: hi Tarmel
    Pema Pera: hi Tarmel!
    Eliza Madrigal: Hi Tarmel
    stevenaia Michinaga: hi Tarmel
Tarmel Udimo: hi folks, I am terribly sorry to be so late, I am still operating on the old time in my calander
Tarmel Udimo: must change the alarm
Pila Mulligan: and it is April 1st on your time :)
    Pema Pera: :)
Tarmel Udimo: I was getting ready for my 7:00pm session
    Tarmel Udimo: :(
Eliza Madrigal: Ah, So Happy Birthday PaB on Tarmel Time! :)
Pema Pera: we're still here, Tarmel!
    Pema Pera: :-)
    Tarmel Udimo: yes happy Birthday!
    Tarmel Udimo: :-)
Pema Pera: yeah, let's go to Oz to celebrate!
Tarmel Udimo: okay come with me
Pila Mulligan: 'we're off to see the wizard'
    Tarmel Udimo: yep
Pema Pera: we're no longer in RL anymore, Toto
Tarmel Udimo: too bad we can't transport
Pila Mulligan: look, up in the tree, is that a koala?
Tarmel Udimo: sure is and there's a kangaroo hopping by
Tarmel Udimo: they do exist you know:-)
Pema Pera looking at the Southern Cross
    Tarmel Udimo: yep
Tarmel Udimo: watched one of my favourites movies last night - CONTACT
    Pema Pera: wonderful movie!
    Pila Mulligan: ah yes
    Tarmel Udimo: cried
Tarmel Udimo: Jodie Foster's character had to go though so many 'dark nights of the soul'
Pema Pera: it was very moving, yes
Pila Mulligan: and what an ending :)
Tarmel Udimo: and yet came through and got to go
    Pema Pera: yes
Tarmel Udimo: and what an ending :-)
    Pema Pera: :)
Pema Pera: this is how it is always done
    Tarmel Udimo: small steps
    Tarmel Udimo: vast universe
    Pila Mulligan: LEd Zeeplin
Pila Mulligan: the stairway t heaven :)
    Pema Pera: :)
Tarmel Udimo: yes, made me wander what Pema does during the day
Eliza Madrigal: Now I'm going to the netflix page...think it has been a few years since I've seen that.
    Tarmel Udimo: must watch Eliza
Eliza Madrigal: I liked the way religion v science was handled in that film if I recall
    Pila Mulligan: yep
    Tarmel Udimo: yes that too
Pila Mulligan: for some reason it reminded em of another one word title -- Dogma
    Eliza Madrigal: hehe
Pila Mulligan: a totaly irreverent movie
    Tarmel Udimo: looking
Eliza Madrigal: I hate to admit it, but today I watched "Lars and the Real Girl" ahahh
Pila Mulligan: just looked it up :)
    Tarmel Udimo: nice film too
Pila Mulligan: 'shy, lonely, socially inept young man who develops a relationship with a life-sized, anatomically-correct doll he orders online.'
Eliza Madrigal: I cried at the end of that too....Sigh. I'm a sap
Pema Pera would like to look it up but is approaching the train tunnel again
Eliza Madrigal: From the profound to the ridiculous in 5 seconds..sorry about that :)
Pema Pera: sorry, have to log out now
    Pila Mulligan: :0
Tarmel Udimo: sorry I stopped the flow
Pema Pera: good seeing you again!
Pila Mulligan: bye Pema, happy tunnels
    Tarmel Udimo: bye pema
    Eliza Madrigal: Bye Pema.
    stevenaia Michinaga: Night Pema
Pema Pera: almost back home in Manhattan, from Princeton
Eliza Madrigal: No Tarmel, not at all.
    Tarmel Udimo: lovely
    Pema Pera: happy foolsday, Tarmel!
    Pema Pera: bfn
Tarmel Udimo: have a cup of tea for me
    Pila Mulligan: bye
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
Pila Mulligan: Steve was attening an earlier session from an Iphone
Pila Mulligan: what high tech we have
stevenaia Michinaga: yes, sylectra and Nos introduced me to this App this weekend
stevenaia Michinaga: all you see on my end is text
stevenaia Michinaga: and I can type
Eliza Madrigal: Hmm...So you see only the chat window? Or IMs>?
    Tarmel Udimo: so no image?
Pila Mulligan: I've used one of the SL text clients -- it is not to bad
    stevenaia Michinaga: both
    Pila Mulligan: Sleek
    stevenaia Michinaga: in separate screens
stevenaia Michinaga: or each in seperate screens
    Eliza Madrigal: How neat, Steven
stevenaia Michinaga: but you ahve to be where you wnat to beon your phone when you log off because that is where you appear
    Tarmel Udimo: beautiful
Pila Mulligan: Eliza, regarding what you mentioned earlier, there is a different situation where teachers (gurus) with powerful energy seem to put you to sleep in an awakening way
Pila Mulligan: during a sesssion or retreat
Pila Mulligan: the effort of staying awake seems to be like doing an exercise for your body, it is stregthening
Eliza Madrigal: The effort of staying awake in a retreat...engaged with others?
    Pila Mulligan: yes
Pila Mulligan: have yu heard of Gurumayi Chidvilasananda
Eliza Madrigal: I can imagine that is a very restful sleep...would love to do a retreat...perhaps next year, a short one
Eliza Madrigal: I don't think so Pila
Pila Mulligan: she is a guru in a lineage that reaches shaktipat
    Pila Mulligan: http://www.siddhayoga.org/
Pila Mulligan: it is funny how one of the teahcing aspects of that awakeneing energy is to be present with a master whose energy lulls oyu almost ot sleep
Eliza Madrigal: Thanks for that, Pila. hahah, yes!! Uh, oh. Opening my browser might have done me in. If I poof, nite :)
Pila Mulligan: rl phone call -- brb
Eliza Madrigal: I can think of times I've felt very restful in someone's company...different from being drained...like a parent sitting in a room with a child adds security perhaps
Eliza Madrigal: And I often feel very restful and full in general, in these sessions and in meditations online. Couldn't have imagined that 3 months ago :)
Pila Mulligan: yes, same type of thing
    Pila Mulligan: a comforting drowsienss
Pila Mulligan: much different form being put to sleep by duill energy :)
    Pila Mulligan: dull*
    Eliza Madrigal: yes :)
    Tarmel Udimo: :-)
Eliza Madrigal: There was another part of that picture taking dream Pila, want to hear it? I thought of it just now when looking at Tarmel's "1st life" tab...
    Pila Mulligan: yes please
    Tarmel Udimo: grins
Eliza Madrigal: I looked over to my left to see a tall, snowy mountain...with an enormous colorful dragon, smiling. I took his picture, and when I pulled the camera away, he was tiny and dull looking....
Eliza Madrigal: I should have let him be and just enjoyed him :)
    Tarmel Udimo: picture taking dream?
    Pila Mulligan: :)
Pila Mulligan: from Maxine's dream workshop, earlier today
Eliza Madrigal: Yes....a long and involved dream in a sort of pseudo SL environment in a dome actually...ws taking pictures of Natasha Richardson's family
    Tarmel Udimo: nods
    Tarmel Udimo: dome?
Eliza Madrigal: and had caught a million moments in one shot. Then turned to see the dragon :)
    Tarmel Udimo: ahhh
stevenaia Michinaga: sorry, nap time is upon me
Eliza Madrigal: Yes...in a sort of Truman Show-esque dome :)
    stevenaia Michinaga: night all
    Tarmel Udimo: ahhh
    Eliza Madrigal: Night Steven. :)
    Pila Mulligan: sweet dreams, Steve
    Tarmel Udimo: night steve
    stevenaia Michinaga: :)
Eliza Madrigal: I try not to get too distracted by dreams, though they interst me, but really...was like a wave this past week.
Pila Mulligan: I wonder what caused the flood of dreams, Eliza
Eliza Madrigal: A kind of release last week I think...was online more than usual, but it was all very "good" time..very interesting time :)
Eliza Madrigal: And I feel myself loosening up a bit in SL and PaB :)
Pila Mulligan: maybe also the interest beig brought forth by Maxine's workshop
    Pila Mulligan: hi Vixtor
    Eliza Madrigal: Hi Vixtor :)
    Vixtor Milneaux: hi
    Vixtor Milneaux: :D
    Tarmel Udimo: hi vixtor
Eliza Madrigal: And certainly that workshop Pila!
    Vixtor Milneaux: AAeee!!! =>_<=
Tarmel Udimo: come for a visit?
Pila Mulligan: Maxine keeps a nice balance
Eliza Madrigal: I had been trying to catch up with everything...understand everything from everyone's view...for a few weeks. Tiring. I stopped that. :)
Pila Mulligan: probably a Herculean task :)
Eliza Madrigal: I mean the workshops mostly, yes, much reading!
Tarmel Udimo: now that the hour is up i mkight slip away...
    Tarmel Udimo: might
Pila Mulligan: ok, nice to see you Tarmel
    Eliza Madrigal: Bye Tarmel :)
Tarmel Udimo: I have calimed the log so will post - lost in RL at the moment so sorry agin i was late:-)
Pila Mulligan: have a nice day
Eliza Madrigal: Won't be much longer for me either :) Thanks.
    Tarmel Udimo: bye
Eliza Madrigal: So yes, I thought I was just "learning" but I began to see that I was chasing
    Pila Mulligan: :)
Pila Mulligan: well, there is a nic eold Chinese saying -- what the eyes desire the heart runs after
Pila Mulligan: eyeing enlightenment -- couldbe worse :)
Eliza Madrigal: ahhh...enjoy your Chinese references!
    Pila Mulligan: me too :)
Eliza Madrigal: And well...in the scheme of things, is there anything more enjoyable?
Pila Mulligan: this type of activity is indeed fun -- but not for everyone :)
Eliza Madrigal: This is true. I sat to lunch with a friend the other day and she glazed over :)
Pila Mulligan: there is usually a balance here between the heavy thinking and the light heart
Pila Mulligan: :) yep, too much thinking is not fun for many
Eliza Madrigal: You are very right about that, Pila
Eliza Madrigal: Told me "Your problem is that you think too much" to which I told her it was not about thinking....so she rolled her eyes :)
Pila Mulligan: I'm of the opinio that 90% of what is discussed here i actually physical, although it is discussed as if it is somehting else
Pila Mulligan: she may be inclince dto dimsiss spirtuality as impractical
Pila Mulligan: but it canbe healthy
Eliza Madrigal: A great friend though...think I enjoy lunches with her so much because she is so differnt from myself :)
    Pila Mulligan: :)
Eliza Madrigal: that's an interesting idea Pila, but I'm not sure I quite understand "Physical?"
    Pila Mulligan: yes
Pila Mulligan: the ideas that are discussed here relate to mental things it seems, but Stim has mentione dmore thanonce that breathing is so important
Pila Mulligan: hope you can interpret thru my typos :)
    Eliza Madrigal: yes, of course
Pila Mulligan: and breathing is the phyiscal connection
Pila Mulligan: looking form one side it may seem it goes from that vehicle to a world of new knowledge
Pila Mulligan: but in fact it is just the same old place, but you feel better :)
Pila Mulligan: hence -- the eyes desire :)
    Eliza Madrigal: Ah, yes. :)
Pila Mulligan: not many people here share the same apporahc, however
Pila Mulligan: thatiti si mostly physical, that is
Eliza Madrigal: "Before enlightenment chop wood carry water, after enlightenment chop wood carry water"
    Pila Mulligan: exactly :)
Eliza Madrigal: I hope that stays :)
Pila Mulligan: I'm very fortgetful, have we talked before baout whether you do any practice? like meditaion or yoga
Eliza Madrigal: I meditate now, and yes have done a bit of yoga in the past. I'd like to get back to it
    Pila Mulligan: cool
Pila Mulligan: what type of meditaiotn do you do?
Eliza Madrigal: Lately I'm on the treadmill or in the vitacourse with audiobooks a lot, and for meditation, these days zazen. I actually enjoy the relative formality of it
    Pila Mulligan: yep
Eliza Madrigal: Which does not mean that sometimes I don't just sit in whatever way I feel like at the moment :)
    Pila Mulligan: yep also :)
    Eliza Madrigal: And metta...extending love.
Pila Mulligan: metta is new to me
Pila Mulligan: can you tell me a little about it?
Eliza Madrigal: I dip into many wells I guess :) It is a simple thing...something my children can do easily...love for being (self-though of course that term...well), love for those nearby, farther, those
Eliza Madrigal: who have issues with you or visa versa...all sentient beings :)
Eliza Madrigal: Really it is a concentration on the enlightenment of all...to my thinking
Pila Mulligan: ah, now I remmeebr seeing that at the Skeptical Buddhists place here last year, thanks
Eliza Madrigal: I'd also like to learn tai chi, Pila. My only experience with that is here in SL with the pose balls :)
    Pila Mulligan: hi aurel
    Eliza Madrigal: Aurel, hello!
    aurel Miles: hello Pila
    aurel Miles: Hi eliza
    aurel Miles: oops
    aurel Miles: Eliza!
    Eliza Madrigal: :))
    Pila Mulligan: have a seat?
    aurel Miles: sure
Eliza Madrigal: We were just sitting talking about meditation for a while, and energy excercize
aurel Miles: just - you know
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
Eliza Madrigal: How are you tonight Aurel?
Pila Mulligan: and dreaming earlier :)
    aurel Miles: fine
aurel Miles: i am reading one of Pema's papers
    Eliza Madrigal: Are you?
    aurel Miles: yes
    aurel Miles: takes some concentration
    Pila Mulligan: :)
aurel Miles: so i am taking my time
    aurel Miles: how are you?
Pila Mulligan: similar to what Eliza saind a few momoents ago :)
    aurel Miles: funny
    aurel Miles: which one?
Eliza Madrigal: A little while ago I as saying that I was trying to read everything...
Eliza Madrigal: to keep up or catch up or some nonsense... but I dropped it :)
    aurel Miles: right
aurel Miles: i remember a saint
aurel Miles: when i get like that
Pila Mulligan: "understand everything from everyone's view...for a few weeks. Tiring"
    aurel Miles: forget his name
Eliza Madrigal: Then I read more actually, with pleasure, and understood more and it all is blending nicely now
aurel Miles: but he was a saint because he read one line from the bible
    aurel Miles: said
aurel Miles: that's enough for me
    Pila Mulligan: :)
aurel Miles: and spent years contemplating it
Pila Mulligan: he got it quick
    Eliza Madrigal: !! Yes !!
Eliza Madrigal: He realized that the "ocean is in the drop"
aurel Miles: that's a good reason to be a saint, i think
    aurel Miles: yeah
    Eliza Madrigal: hahah, yes
Eliza Madrigal: Which paper are you reading aurel? I've read only one
    aurel Miles: Buddhism and science
aurel Miles: the title is something about virtual reality
aurel Miles: i cut and pasted a large chunk of it
aurel Miles: so i could respond as i read
aurel Miles: fraid i cut off the title
Eliza Madrigal: Ah, good idea...thoughts as they come
aurel Miles: but i wasn't worried about it since Pema will know
    Eliza Madrigal: hehe
aurel Miles: and that's the only reason i did it
    Pila Mulligan: :)
Eliza Madrigal: I was listening to a buddhist podcast "Hazy Moon Center"...and the teacher used the phrase "Backing you up to the edge of enlightenment", and I thought about some of the things Pema has said
Eliza Madrigal: And Pila was just talking about how PaB is breath, not just chat...(though I add the chatterword I guess)
    Pila Mulligan: :)
Eliza Madrigal: We might be here to say Happy Birthday eastern time at this rate :)
    aurel Miles: i am fading
Pila Mulligan: actually, the goal of PaB is an end obtained by breath, but the breath has many words in it -- and the words are just passengers
    Eliza Madrigal: OOOO nice!!
Pila Mulligan: when is midnight eastern time?
    aurel Miles: teb minutes
    Eliza Madrigal: 9PM
    aurel Miles: ten
    aurel Miles: that's my time
    Pila Mulligan: cool
    aurel Miles: who's birthday?
Pila Mulligan: we are always last on the closk here :)
    Pila Mulligan: PaB
    Pila Mulligan: 1st anioversary,April 1st
