    SophiaSharon Larnia: mytitle AFK
sophia Placebo: Hello , sorry iam late , i had to restart my laptop
    sophia Placebo: brb
SophiaSharon Larnia: Hi Sophia! no problem, was trying to write :))
SophiaSharon Larnia: you are on a laptop? It must be a good one, to use SL. I came here first on a laptop and it was awful
    --BELL--
    sophia Placebo: back
    SophiaSharon Larnia: :)
SophiaSharon Larnia: What kind of work are you in Sophia?
SophiaSharon Larnia: if I may ask?
sophia Placebo: yes but i think it is going tobe broken after a while i dont think the graphic card would live for long
    sophia Placebo: clinical
SophiaSharon Larnia: yes, i read that somewhere in the log, a long time ago, i think
    sophia Placebo nods
SophiaSharon Larnia: does coming here and doing the 9 sec change the way you see your work??
    SophiaSharon Larnia: I'm very interested
sophia Placebo: i can do 9 hours so ... but it do change things the pause i mean
SophiaSharon Larnia: it's practically impossible to do it every 15 min at work, but wondered if it makes things ore, or less 'real' for you.
    SophiaSharon Larnia: more*
sophia Placebo: im relativly calmer than those around me in the same situation , my reactions are not that immediate and i dont know but there is this sense of seeing the situation from many angles at the same time which is briliant
    SophiaSharon Larnia: yes that is
sophia Placebo: i dont do it every 15 mints , actually pausing is a habit to me befor PaB except not in timely fashion
sophia Placebo is not really good in keeping scheduals
    SophiaSharon Larnia: me either!
    sophia Placebo: :)
sophia Placebo: what do you mean by real?
SophiaSharon Larnia: do you think this calmness is brought about by meditation like practices in general?
SophiaSharon Larnia: real, as in more solid, so hard to explain, I've been trying to write it out and its not forthcoming.
sophia Placebo: meditation is mental process more than it is physical , so no , if someone is mentally meditating it is enough , physical meditation may cause some momental relaxation but not long term calmness
    SophiaSharon Larnia: nods
sophia Placebo: whats your experiance with the 9 seconds?
    --BELL--
SophiaSharon Larnia: just relaxing my mind, to see the solidity of pure form and play of light in space
SophiaSharon Larnia: dropping to me hasbeen to drop thought, in general
SophiaSharon Larnia: seeing thoughts as clouds, and drift across a sky, layers and layers of clouds
sophia Placebo: thats lots of thoughts
    SophiaSharon Larnia: yea
SophiaSharon Larnia: so when I try to write these drifting thoughts down, they feel more solid, become something more real... makes me wonder if they are meant to be made solid that way
sophia Placebo: can you say more?
sophia Placebo: about solidity of thoughts
SophiaSharon Larnia: writing them down seems to make them hold a place of importace that maybe they dont need to have, to make them solid makes them important
    sophia Placebo: hmmm
SophiaSharon Larnia laughs... sorry to babble!!
sophia Placebo: time plays role you know , whats important now is worthless tomorrow
sophia Placebo: not at all :)
SophiaSharon Larnia: yes! adding 'time' to the mix adds a dimension (no pun intended)
sophia Placebo: i think solidity should be timeless but some momental solidity might hold some importance as well , at least to undertsand ourselves and how we function through this life
    sophia Placebo: whats pun ?
SophiaSharon Larnia: pun - a play on words, adding a dimension to an idea, and time as a dimension
    sophia Placebo: ok
SophiaSharon Larnia: yes, momental solidity... hmm
sophia Placebo: i do bubble too
    --BELL--
    sophia Placebo: babble*
SophiaSharon Larnia: yes, my best thought come about from self babble ;p
SophiaSharon Larnia: I'm having a hard time wrapping my mind around the idea of momentary solidity
SophiaSharon Larnia: does it occur each moment by moment, brand new
    sophia Placebo: i guess
SophiaSharon Larnia: I have to go Sophia, it was nice to talk to you :)
    SophiaSharon Larnia: bye for now
sophia Placebo: bye sophia :) same to you
