For today, the theme is a kind of longer check-in

I notice as always how many different styles and ways of being we have
witnessing that as an intriguing menu of possibilities, or ways of knowing that extend what comes naturally or habitually from the limited view of this one "I"

We've talked at some point about "dharma gates being boundless"
and that one can find a "gate" in anything,
from the smallest most mundane detail to the large more abstract ways of thinking.

One could spin a pointer and take whatever it happened to point at
or take someone else's suggestion, at random.

For today though I'd like to try "big" themes.

    Three open questions:

    1. What is, for me, an enduring life question, something that seems always around me, like a "koan" - unclear to ask, not easy to answer, but it's there for a long time.
    2. What is my current (lately) partly open door, into this question?
    3. (and for a little different view) If I could ask people - others here, or anybody - one thing about this, to go a bit further - what would that be?

We don't need to try for a clear answer to this kind of question.
If that was easy they would not be "this kind" of question, they'd be resolved already.

Take your pick of these... do whatever you like with them ... skip right to #3 if you like.

I'll put down the talking stick, and then you may pick it up when moved to do so
