The Guardian for this meeting was Adams Rubble. The comments are by Adams Rubble.
We had a conversation about an exercise to help one to forgive ourselves but Riddle's comment was too clever not to be the title.
Adams Rubble: Hello Riddle :)
Riddle Sideways: so good to see you (deep dark voice, like the movie)
Adams Rubble: :)

Adams Rubble: the POTUS who won't go away

Riddle Sideways: no, not read
Adams Rubble: there are exercises to open up your heart
Adams Rubble: last night had an exsercise for one's self
Adams Rubble: to think of something you did that you are ashamed of
Adams Rubble: to think of how you might have been justified in doing it
Adams Rubble: to forgive oneself
Adams Rubble: in other words, to let it go
Adams Rubble: so that you do not react the very same way next time
Adams Rubble: there obviously is more to it than that
Adams Rubble: good to analyze what it was that made one react like that
--BELL--
Adams Rubble: get things out into the open
Riddle Sideways: a simple exercise

Adams Rubble: had been carrying it arround for a few days
Adams Rubble: what is wrong with me? How could I act that way? etc
Riddle Sideways: how we were justified in doing that
Riddle Sideways: *might be
Adams Rubble: maybe justified is a srong way to put it
Adams Rubble: but what made us react the way we did
Adams Rubble: frustrating behavior by someone else
Adams Rubble: I was reminded of the Buddhist exercise of thinking the other person was your mother in a previous life
Riddle Sideways: nice hand stands
Riddle Sideways: wow, how do you do that
Riddle Sideways: ㋡
Adams Rubble: practice practice practice. hehe
Adams Rubble: also have an organized inventory
Riddle Sideways: hahahaha, when you started typing, you did a no-handed head stand
Riddle Sideways: but, back to compassion
Adams Rubble: don;t try that at home
Adams Rubble: yes, compassion
Riddle Sideways: it reached a limit, being compassionate with some people
Riddle Sideways: trying to fit my mom into The Donald
Adams Rubble laughs
Adams Rubble: god help you
Adams Rubble: but it is easy to see his suffering
Riddle Sideways: So Easy to see
Adams Rubble: and his great ignorance
--BELL--

Adams Rubble: so much to undo
Riddle Sideways: so many dire conditions that needs many many hands
Adams Rubble: first the elction must be won
Riddle Sideways: after election the sitting back must not happen
Riddle Sideways: even if the wrong team gets elected (defined as not mine) the harder work still must be done
