The Guardian for this meeting was Adams Rubble. The comments are by Adams Rubble.

We had a conversation about an exercise to help one to forgive ourselves but Riddle's comment was too clever not to be the title.

Adams Rubble: to think of something you did that you are ashamed of
Adams Rubble: to think of how you might have been justified in doing it
    Adams Rubble: to forgive oneself
Adams Rubble: in other words, to let it go
Adams Rubble: so that you do not react the very same way next time
Adams Rubble: there obviously is more to it than that
Adams Rubble: good to analyze what it was that made one react like that
    --BELL--
Adams Rubble: get things out into the open
    Riddle Sideways: a simple exercise
Riddle Sideways: that is hard to do
    Riddle Sideways: then repeat

Adams Rubble: what is wrong with me? How could I act that way? etc
Riddle Sideways: how we were justified in doing that
    Riddle Sideways: *might be
Adams Rubble: maybe justified is a srong way to put it
Adams Rubble: but what made us react the way we did
Adams Rubble: frustrating behavior by someone else
Adams Rubble: I was reminded of the Buddhist exercise of thinking the other person was your mother in a previous life
    Riddle Sideways: nice hand stands

    Riddle Sideways: ㋡
Adams Rubble: practice practice practice. hehe

    Adams Rubble laughs
    Adams Rubble: god help you
Adams Rubble: but it is easy to see his suffering

    Riddle Sideways: heal
Adams Rubble: there are many people who are helping
    Riddle Sideways: yes,
Riddle Sideways: need that exercise done on forgiving not having done enough
Riddle Sideways: sometimes hear self saying "It is the LEAST I can do"
Riddle Sideways: and wonder about that
Riddle Sideways: why do the Least
Riddle Sideways: get in there and do a bit more
Adams Rubble: it is hard when there is so much that needs to be done. I am not doing more than I am doing
