Riddle Sideways: Good Morning Adams
Adams Rubble: Good morning Riddle :)
Riddle Sideways: settling down
Adams Rubble: me too
Adams Rubble is all settled
Adams Rubble: :)
Riddle Sideways: ok, probably better now
Riddle Sideways: slow rez, laggy, bad movement
Riddle Sideways: and that is just RL
Adams Rubble: It snowed last night but did not drop below freezing so this morning there was snow is the trees and on the grass but none on the sidewalks. The light was beautiful
Riddle Sideways: nice
Riddle Sideways: well, different
Adams Rubble: yesterday we had two daffadils ready to bloom but late in the afternoon a groundhog came and bit them off. Those ground hogs mean business when they say 6 more weeks of winter
Riddle Sideways: guess they gotta eat
Riddle Sideways: noted several new holes in the ground out front yard
Adams Rubble: guess they gotta dig
Riddle Sideways: moles, voles
Adams Rubble: :)
Riddle Sideways: ㋡
Riddle Sideways: weather predictors keep saying rain, so outside projects are stalled. But, for 3 days could have done them.
Adams Rubble: too cold to do much here
Riddle Sideways: yes, cold here too. Good reason not to go out
--BELL--
Riddle Sideways: sorry, issues with computer(s), web pages, SL, etc.
Riddle Sideways: ack! Computers. can't live with em, can't live without em
Adams Rubble: My computer is making weird noises when I turn it on
Adams Rubble: I am afraid the fan may be going
Riddle Sideways: of course in the case of SL, ya can't live without the computers
Adams Rubble: you betcha
--BELL--
Riddle Sideways: your latest blog stuck a nice chord.
Riddle Sideways: The act of waking included closing up the office to go home after a long day at work
Adams Rubble: yes, trading one relative reality for another :)
Riddle Sideways: have caught that only a few times, but it seems so right
Adams Rubble: seemed worth a blog post :)
Riddle Sideways: seemed so familiar
Riddle Sideways: usually happens so fast it is not observed
Adams Rubble: I guess so. Have not noticed that before
Riddle Sideways: makes sense. Being at the office, in the laboratory, in the basement shop or out in the fields
Riddle Sideways: stopping work for the night and going home
Adams Rubble: hard work of dreaming
Riddle Sideways: waking up to the Other job/world
Riddle Sideways: yes
Riddle Sideways: sometimes can catch it going the other way too
Adams Rubble: hmmm. Interesting
Riddle Sideways: feeling of an unfinished dream that you go back to
Riddle Sideways: after a quick rollover
Riddle Sideways: can recall part of a dream and know/feel there was something going on before that happened
Riddle Sideways: if one was in the habit of putting the office and desk in proper order before leaving it would make sense
Adams Rubble: that is more familiar
Riddle Sideways: not being one of those people, am not use to it
Adams Rubble: all those years I was working, I was living in two realities
Riddle Sideways: yes
Riddle Sideways: two lives
Adams Rubble: packing up and going home and trying to forget what happened at work
Adams Rubble: sometimes brought that reality home with me
Riddle Sideways: not taking work home with you
Riddle Sideways: not taking personal live into work
Adams Rubble: they used to call me about problems that happened after hours so I removed my relephone number from the list :)
--BELL--
Adams Rubble: so useful to be aware of the relative realities we live in
Adams Rubble: that we don't take them too seriously
Riddle Sideways: compartmentalize
Adams Rubble: that is, our perceptions and beliefs
Adams Rubble: hmmm, the creeds just popped into my head
Adams Rubble: Credo
Adams Rubble: some might believe they reflect ultimate reality
Riddle Sideways: /listens
Adams Rubble: just sitting here thinking. a real theological issue :)
Adams Rubble: not sure if other religions other than Chhristianity have creeds
Adams Rubble: they sum up what Christians believe and in that sense are relative reality
Adams Rubble: a reality shared by a group of people
Adams Rubble: many other people do not believe that same thing reinforcing the idea that the creeds are relative reality
Adams Rubble: but Christians might believe they are ultimate reality
Adams Rubble: believing so does not make it so :)
Adams Rubble: It is interesting to me to look at the creeds this way
Adams Rubble: a nice PaB like exercise
Adams Rubble: a hypothesis: The Christian creeds are a form of relative reality
Adams Rubble: can't test it in absolute terms :)
Adams Rubble: but can see many others have a different relative reality
Adams Rubble: this is kind of personal. I am not comfortable with the creeds and they are so integral to Christianity
Adams Rubble: a beautiful musical setting by Gretchaninoff
Adams Rubble: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PGTaL229LZE
Riddle Sideways: was researching. Creeds are more referenced by Christianity. If called
Riddle Sideways: "confession of faith"
Adams Rubble: this is a scracthy record
Riddle Sideways: then the more universal religions have them
Adams Rubble: but a wondeful performance
Riddle Sideways: thank you
--BELL--

Adams Rubble: hello Bleu :)
Bleu Oleander: hi Adams and Riddle

Bleu Oleander: making a quick cameo today :)

Bleu Oleander: and trying to catch up

Adams Rubble: take good care
Adams Rubble: bye for now
Bleu Oleander: take care
Bleu Oleander: I should go too ... salon this am
Riddle Sideways: ok, thanks for the visit ㋡
Riddle Sideways: an early salon
