Riddle Sideways: this was in NY and using the inlaws old printed Haggadahs
Adams Rubble: do you know how ld it was?
    Adams Rubble: old
Riddle Sideways: was not that old, but a few years back

Riddle Sideways: Had a family there whom have a strong opinnioned father
Riddle Sideways: and the kids have now grown to adults and don't hid their opinions
Riddle Sideways: the Middle East became huge talking points early and often
    Adams Rubble: ohhh
Adams Rubble: I imagine this happened at many seders
Riddle Sideways: phrases like "From oppression to Freedom" became the added "... to oppressor"
    Adams Rubble nods
Riddle Sideways: our moderator/leader handled it quite well

Storm Nordwind: 's current display-name is "Sable".
Adams Rubble: Good morning Storm :)
    Riddle Sideways: HiHi Aggers
    Adams Rubble: Storm!
    Riddle Sideways: ohhhhh!!! Hi Storm
    Storm Nordwind: Greetings, old friends!
Riddle Sideways: singing Paul Simon "Old Friends ..."

Riddle Sideways: ok now HiHi Aggers
    Storm Nordwind: Hello Agatha! :)
    Adams Rubble: :)
    Agatha Macbeth waves

Agatha Macbeth: On the road again?
Riddle Sideways: soon(again).  we bought a camper and travel slowly in it now
Agatha Macbeth: Jack would be proud
Adams Rubble: Looking around--sings--one of us is not like the other
    Riddle Sideways: carrot-whack
Adams Rubble: I was not born in this century
Agatha Macbeth: Maybe just as well
Adams Rubble: nice avatar btw Storm
Riddle Sideways: you're never sure which century to belong to|in|from
Agatha Macbeth: Oh hello Stormy - so good to see you again

Storm Nordwind: Thank you, Adams. It is closer to what I look like in RL nowadys.
Riddle Sideways: I don't want to look like RL
       --BELL--
    Agatha Macbeth: How are things?
Riddle Sideways: last night was the featival of 4 cups of wine
Riddle Sideways: so today is 3 cups of coffer
    Agatha Macbeth: Ah yes
    Storm Nordwind giggles
Agatha Macbeth: So the angel of death is gone for another year
    Riddle Sideways: yep
    Riddle Sideways: Passed Over
Agatha Macbeth: Trouble is the bugger always comes back
Adams Rubble: never easy to be the first born
Storm Nordwind: It's just never easy
Riddle Sideways: hmmm, never easy being born
    Riddle Sideways: snap
    Agatha Macbeth: Seems so

Riddle Sideways: any thing else new?
Agatha Macbeth: Nothing new except what's been forgotten
Storm Nordwind: New is maybe a relative term! When was it last I was chatting with you?
Agatha Macbeth: Quite a while I think
Riddle Sideways: like Agatha, have forgotten when the last was
Adams Rubble: Storm, you were the guardian at my first session
Storm Nordwind: It's maybe 5 years, I guess. I'll give you a one line summary if you want...
    Adams Rubble: OK
Storm Nordwind: Believe it or not, I remember Adams!
    Agatha Macbeth listens attentively

Storm Nordwind: So, in my world... I wrote four novels (none will ever be published!), I've become very active in an ancient Egyptian revivalist religion, and last year I began gender transition and am no longer using the name Storm, but "Sable" instead.

    Agatha Macbeth: Wow
    Agatha Macbeth: Well done!
    Storm Nordwind beams
    Storm Nordwind: Thank you!
Agatha Macbeth: Never too late as they say
    Adams Rubble: wishing you well
       --BELL--
Riddle Sideways: that's a lot to pack into one sentence.
    Storm Nordwind: hehe!
Adams Rubble: It is brave of you Sable!
    Storm Nordwind blushes
    Agatha Macbeth: And adventurous :)
Storm Nordwind: It would have needed more bravery _not_ to.
    Agatha Macbeth nods
Riddle Sideways: almost remembering the Oct. or Nov. writing chalenges
Riddle Sideways: that got you started
Storm Nordwind: Oh, and as a bonus for those who have met me IRL before, there's an updated RL photo of me on my SL profile, 1st Life tab. :)
    Agatha Macbeth looks
    Agatha Macbeth: :)
Agatha Macbeth: Very close to SL in fact
    Riddle Sideways: very nice
    Adams Rubble: very nice
Storm Nordwind: It was always a habit of mine, as an educator IRL, to put an RL photo somewhere on my profile. Old habits die hard.
Riddle Sideways: so few put RL photos

Adams Rubble: You used to build lots of things here
Agatha Macbeth: Your observatory was the first thing I found here
Storm Nordwind: I did, Adams. I handed on the baton, so to speak, a long time ago. In many things really. And just cheerlead for the new generation.
Storm Nordwind: Agatha, I remember first meeting you here!
Agatha Macbeth: This was about the only place I came then
Adams Rubble: A few people have been very generous to preserve many things dear to us in SL
Agatha Macbeth: The teahouse and old pavilion are still unchanged
    Adams Rubble: well minor changes
Adams Rubble: and relocation of the teahouse
Storm Nordwind: I like that, Adams. The Kuan Yin Terraces survives similarly by very generous sponsorship.
Adams Rubble: but they are there for us
Agatha Macbeth: So glad to see Kwan Yin still there
Adams Rubble: And the Bodhisattva exhibit at the terraces still gets vistors
Storm Nordwind: I'm so happy to hear that!
Agatha Macbeth: The teahouse moved then?
Adams Rubble: ys from one side to the other and some landscaping was changed
    Agatha Macbeth: Ah right
Adams Rubble: but we don't gather there any more
Agatha Macbeth: The pavilion is part of Qingshui now I think
    Agatha Macbeth: Lovely place
Adams Rubble: and much of Sables harbor is in place in Mugunghwa between the museums
    Agatha Macbeth: Yay
Adams Rubble: in the back it is gone but not next to the sea
    Storm Nordwind: Oh really!
Adams Rubble: put a couple of new bridges in to connect the new museum to the old
Storm Nordwind: It took a lot of landscaping to bring the sea I remember!
Riddle Sideways: was a few moments that one could walk from here to the sea on PaB land
Riddle Sideways: all done by you
    Storm Nordwind smiles remembering
Agatha Macbeth: Wol's place is still there too
Adams Rubble: I walked a few tomes
    Adams Rubble: times
Agatha Macbeth: A few tomes are also good
    Storm Nordwind: hehe!
Adams Rubble: yes, put in a few rushes to shield Wol's place from museum visitors

Adams Rubble: there is a new exhibit on St. Anne in the works
    Storm Nordwind: O_o
       --BELL--
Riddle Sideways: use to love to stand on the NDR track to get run over, but it would derail the train ㋡
    Storm Nordwind: Oh no! LOL
Agatha Macbeth: With headphones on :p
    Riddle Sideways: ah, the memories
Riddle Sideways: now Aggers has a home by Kuan Yin
    Storm Nordwind: I noticed! :)
    Agatha Macbeth: :)
Agatha Macbeth: And San has reterraced at ground level too
Agatha Macbeth: It looks great now
Storm Nordwind: I need to explore a little.
Riddle Sideways: had some bad neighbors for a while, but they left
Storm Nordwind: They usually do, thankfully.
Agatha Macbeth: Oh that airport thing

Storm Nordwind is now remembering balloons and magic carpets.
Riddle Sideways: Ride the magic carpet to a theater in the molecule
    Agatha Macbeth: Oh yes
Agatha Macbeth: The molecule was quite a feature
Storm Nordwind: The people who put on performances did so much wonderful work!
Agatha Macbeth: Shame we lost all that
    Riddle Sideways: people moved on
    Agatha Macbeth: As they do
Riddle Sideways: left behind great memories
Storm Nordwind: Yes. But money moves on too. If only we had an unlimited supply.
Riddle Sideways: there is an inventory in the Linden servers with all that
Agatha Macbeth: Money money money must be funny in a rich man's world
       --BELL--
Riddle Sideways: was in grocery store and heard "There are places I'll remember. All my life, though some have changed ..."

    Agatha Macbeth: TC Adams
Riddle Sideways: Thanks for your time Adams
Adams Rubble: Wish everyone a great week. Hope you come again, Sable!
Storm Nordwind: So good to see you Adams!
Adams Rubble: bye for now :)
Agatha Macbeth: Love to St Anne

Riddle Sideways: Adams puts so much research into each exhibit
Riddle Sideways: thankful you got Adams a musium
Storm Nordwind: I've always felt touched and impressed by Adams's work. So much to admire and learn from.
Agatha Macbeth: I remember the opening
Agatha Macbeth: You were a monk :)
    Storm Nordwind splutters
Riddle Sideways: and the giant doors creaking open
    Agatha Macbeth: Yes
Agatha Macbeth: Green Tara over the door
Storm Nordwind: And the fountain of Iris outside, that Adams was somewhat less enthused by at first!
    Agatha Macbeth: Ha!
Riddle Sideways: a Village Green that united us in Art projects

Riddle Sideways: sorry, drifted off into so many memories and smiling, that forgot to type
    Agatha Macbeth: Hehe
    Storm Nordwind smiles and giggles
Storm Nordwind: It's easy to do.
Riddle Sideways: thankful for a rich live to review
Riddle Sideways: even a rich second life
Agatha Macbeth: A rich man knows when he has enough
Storm Nordwind: And, as I'm finding to my great surprise, so much potential yet remaining.
    Agatha Macbeth: Yay! Potential
    Agatha Macbeth: Always a thing
Riddle Sideways: Yay! opening even more doors
Storm Nordwind is thankful to be in a safe place to do that
Riddle Sideways: so happy for you
    Agatha Macbeth: Moi aussi
    Storm Nordwind: :'))
       --BELL--
Riddle Sideways: hard to recall all the memories without singing 'Memories' from Cats
    Agatha Macbeth: ^.^
Storm Nordwind wishes she could hear Riddle singing... :)
    Riddle Sideways: oh dear, no.
Riddle Sideways: in my mind Riddle sounds good, but not in RL
Agatha Macbeth: I bet he sings in the bath
Storm Nordwind: I bet he plays guitar in the bath
Riddle Sideways: well, still sound ok to a drunk audience
Riddle Sideways: do avoid electric guitars in the tub
    Agatha Macbeth: Zzap
    Agatha Macbeth: Shocking
    Storm Nordwind: And Frank? ;)
    Agatha Macbeth: With the Mothers
Storm Nordwind: I'm so glad we're all old enough to need no explanations for that!
    Agatha Macbeth: Indeed
Riddle Sideways: in the olde days, PA systems and guitar amps wouild be on opposite polarity and yer lips would get shocked
    Agatha Macbeth: Blimey
Riddle Sideways: tech must have changed, not done that in decades
Storm Nordwind: The last time I played on stage was... hmm... over 20 years ago now.
Agatha Macbeth: Who was that guy who got electocuted by his guitar onstage?
    Agatha Macbeth: Scottish
    Storm Nordwind: Everyone!
Riddle Sideways: recall that your daugther took over
    Riddle Sideways: Spinal Tap ?
    Agatha Macbeth: No, RL
Agatha Macbeth: Was it Alex Harvey's bother
    Agatha Macbeth: Brother*
Storm Nordwind: What?! Spinal Tap wasn't RL?!
    Agatha Macbeth: Newp
    Riddle Sideways: :))
Agatha Macbeth: Derek Smalls was not a real person AFAIK
    Storm Nordwind is shocked
Agatha Macbeth: Smoke on the water
Agatha Macbeth: Now I'm thinking of those two dwarves dancing round a 2ft high trilothon
Riddle Sideways: research shows 16 artist electrocuted on stage
Riddle Sideways: Leslie Harvey was scottish
    Agatha Macbeth: Yes!
    Agatha Macbeth: That was him
       --BELL--
Agatha Macbeth: Not a very long lived family all round sadly
Storm Nordwind: Wild and dangerous days
Riddle Sideways: Keith Reif was not on stage when electrocuted (fast-checked)
Riddle Sideways: love-hate thing with being able to fact check
Agatha Macbeth: It's in the book
Riddle Sideways: those times of being out to dinner with friends and a good wine and a metaphoric story. when they stare under the table and says "That is not fact"
Agatha Macbeth: Facts ain't what they used to be
    Riddle Sideways: true
    Storm Nordwind: That's a fact
    Riddle Sideways: or is it
Riddle Sideways: seems Truth is in the eye of the beholder
    Agatha Macbeth: Or Noddy Holder
Riddle Sideways: and also Truth was one of my favorite albums

Storm Nordwind: Oh Aggers! I've missed you!
Agatha Macbeth: I've missed me too XD
Storm Nordwind: Well, dear friends... I have to get on with the day, and chauffeur my wife to an appointment. I hope to be back—same day, same time? :)
    Riddle Sideways: hope you do.
Riddle Sideways: thanks for your time
Storm Nordwind: Thank you so much for hosting! <3
Riddle Sideways: good to refresh the good memories
       --BELL--

Agatha Macbeth: Damn I knew she'd go the moment I had to leave the room
    Riddle Sideways: ㋡
Agatha Macbeth: I waited ages to make that tea
Agatha Macbeth: Should have done it an hour ago
Riddle Sideways: made the coffee hours ago, and got it delivered ㋡
Riddle Sideways: it is a good day
Agatha Macbeth has no waitress sadly
Riddle Sideways: household full of people here, so taking advantage
    Agatha Macbeth: Oh do
Riddle Sideways: doing important business on this computer, please bring coffee and breakfast and be quiet
Agatha Macbeth: SL *is* important business

Riddle Sideways: you did hear Dicky Betts died?
Agatha Macbeth: I heard something to that effect
    Agatha Macbeth: In passing
Riddle Sideways: not a favorite in Alman Bros

Riddle Sideways: ok, guess will go be RL for a few
    Agatha Macbeth: Yeh
Riddle Sideways: thanks for Being here
Agatha Macbeth: I do my best :p
