Where: Play as Being Retreat Space – Tea House LM: Bieup (133, 122, 1101)

    When: 5pm SLT Friday – April 5th   & 5am SLT & 5pm SLT, Saturday and Sunday - April 6th & 7th
Duration: Meeting for 60 to 90 minutes, depending on number in attendance

The format will be 5 minutes silence to begin, one circle of sharing to check in with one another or to comment on our individual explorations, and 5 minute silence to end. Depending on time, we may have a longer silence to close the session.

Unlike previous SL retreats, it is not requested that you commit to come to every session. Any session you can make it to, is fine. What is asked is that you arrive on time, and stay until we close the session.

The theme for retreat, and for a pre-retreat exploration (which anyone may participate with regardless of whether attending retreat sessions), will be “ 15 Days of Stopping and Dropping.”This was inspired by Pema’s comments at a recent guardian session:

Pema Pera: perhaps one theme, connected with the 5th anniversary, could be to revisit the notions of "stopping and dropping" and how that relates to everything else: love, power, anything
(I then asked for a basic example outline)

Pema Pera: dropping successive layers of what we identify with

Pema Pera: starting with personal history, going on to personality, then to humanity, than to being alive, then to time :-)
(from our 2.24.2013 Guardians Session, “Signs of Life”)

On March 22nd, I will begin a page on the wiki, very similar to the format for 99 days, (which will still be ongoing), where we will comment on our personal exploration, or asking questions of one another if we like. The main thing is that those participating will all be engaged with the same exploration.

Often on the day’s page (posted around 5am SLT each day) will be a little guidance or inspiration about the suggested exploration. It is recommended we each spend 15 minutes on our own, however some may spend less or more. Consistency would be more important than length of time. :)

April 1st, 7pm session will also be devoted to this theme.
