10.26.2015 WG Meeting Minutes

Attending:  Shin as Eliza channel, Stevenaia, Bleu

Apologies: San, Wol, Ewan

Item 1 - WG members for October through March 2016

Current WG will stay on for another term until April 1, 2016

Stevenaia, Eliza, Ewan, San, Bleu, Wol

Bleu will do mini-minutes

we will remind others at next Guardian meeting, that anyone interested can attend WG meetings.


Item 2 - Theatre Use


Suggestion:  subdivide group land to separate theatre area from Pavilion so separate permissions can be set

Action:  Bleu to invite Aph and her theatre friend to attend the november WG meeting to discuss
using the theatre for rehearsals ... will check on dates with Aph



Item 3 - Next WG Meeting

Action:  Stevenaia to coordinate next WG meeting date:

a/  date after November 9th

b/  time - 2pm SLT

c/  date convenient for other WG members and Aph and Friend



Item 4 - December Art Project
