1 / Permissions

Question raised:

Owner, Stevenaia is having difficulty with some permissions that should be available to him but are currently not.

Plan: He will consult with Wol and Adams (the other two owners). * details to follow. *

 

> question raised about names of people on PaB members list who haven't participated in years.

discussion to leave the names on, as previous cleanup attempt was a long process and many requested to continue even with no current attendance at PaB.

 

> request from Storm to change his permissions to be able to build, as he is now in the PaB Builder’s Group. done.

2 /  Funding for next fiscal year:       2018 JULY – 2019 JULY

Steve willl prepare a report to email to Guardians with an amount request.

An explanation of the new SL land rules will be part of the report: It’s an option that people could donate their new increased land toward tier.

– included in the funding is the amount to cover premium membership for Stevenaia (USD$72.)

– Stevenia mentions that his account has accumulated LindenDollars$42K that will be cashed out and go toward the total fiscal funding. The results of that transaction will be in the email report.

3 / new HUD prototype in the works. Bleu designing. & working on the LMs and HUD with the Builder’s Group: Bleu, San, Storm, who will consult with the WG. Guardians have been asked to give their LMs which were due yesterday.

4 / Request to extend the current art exhibit into the end of Summer.

Bleu confirmed the exhibit will end end of May, and another project will be initiated for the summer. CAKE!!! Venue will also be dismantled by end of May.

5 / Someone from outside PaB has requested to do meditation sessions at this parcel.

After discussion, an invitation was sent to him to plan a special event to see if his idea and the group are a good fit.

6 / Library

proposal from Storm to make a library. area above Kuan Yin Terraces linked to the 900m high PaB gardens, amphitheatre, art gallery. Interest was expressed. * details to follow. *

7 / Next Guardian meeting planning

Suggested that meeting spacing not be fixed: it will either be every 2 months or every month as necessary.

Next meeting is Thursday, May 24 / 2 pm
