Hi. I became a Guardian of Play as Being in 2008. I hosted one meeting per week and help with the wiki during its startup phase. This is just a great bunch of people and I really enjoy spending time with them.
In my real life (haha, this is my real life too) I have been a Web content manager, interactive marketing manager, and now an SEO account manager. It's a challenge to live such a busy life in New Jersey and try to stay mindful, but it helps me stay sane! : ) To round things out, I sit in expectant silence with the Quakers many Sundays and I join a nearby yoga class whenever I can.
I have a dog and a cat and my other interests include Second Life, reading science fiction and fantasy, and having fun with my new (big) family which includes hubby and former Guardian, Nostrum Forder.

Wiki redesign notes:
Make it clearer where the content is, preferably on the log but possibly also on the wiki front page.
Make an attractive HTML home page with links to various items for the new or inexperienced users.
Put a link back to this page in the wiki index.
Look for a way to organize the index that makes more sense than showing 120 plus sessions per month (subfolders by week?) - SD note, what about a sort of chronologically arranged "slide show" of logs that can be browsed, just for the last week or so?
Pema - what I did on the PaB blog http://playasbeing.wordpress.com/ - if you click on "DIGEST" on the top bar. something like that could take the
place of comments as well, and perhaps a beginning collection of gems or nuggets of interesting ideas that you could point to from the summary page(s).
Waste less real estate at the top of the page, where the PaB logo is.
Stuff from the old PaB wiki to make sure we have on this wiki home page:
search
recent entries (title listed then date)
links (other blogs)
Front page description of Play as Being?
Comments in general?
It's possible to completely reorganize the page layout with the CSS you can write into the layout and content css textboxes in the control panel. We can make it look the way we want. Just need to place the menus somewhere.
We're currently using the ace-template. If you're designing your own, the base template would be the best to use for base. There is an introduction to how the styles should be done behind the help link on the top of the page.
