    • from: 2008.09.21 19:00 - Where shall I take them?

Rowan Masala: Jimmy is new tonight

Rowan Masala: Everyone, let's take 9 seconds or so now

J1mmy Weiland: i was chortling a bit this time, but i think i managed to get into my 9 seconds
Rowan Masala: and what was it like for you, Jimmy?
J1mmy Weiland: actually, it was like a bit of recognition
Rowan Masala: what sort of recognition, Jimmy?
J1mmy Weiland: hmm of the repeating nature of the brief mediation
J1mmy Weiland: its like you're skipping over the last 15 minutes to the last meditation
Rowan Masala looks at Jimmy and smiles softly
J1mmy Weiland: and recreating that state of being
J1mmy Weiland: its very interesting. :)

Kojiro Eretz: Oh man you guys really discuss things in an interesting way... first time in a good while that something got my brain to really work ... i gotta go for the night though. Im definitly coming back to these meetings.

genesis Zhangsun: How are you enjoying the PaB meetings? or rather are you?
Corvuscorva Nightfire: Very much. I have lots of fun things to do in SL.. but I am drawn back here.
    genesis Zhangsun: why is that?
Corvuscorva Nightfire: Good question, I've been asking myself the same thing.
Corvuscorva Nightfire: I think...I have found people here I much enjoy.

Corvuscorva Nightfire nods. I sorta do the 9 second thingy sometimes. I'm not consistent...but ...
Corvuscorva Nightfire: It is a good practice.

Pia Iger: so I assume you tried our 9-sec practice today? Mag?
Magdalena Colclough: I did, but not every 15 minutes
Magdalena Colclough: just a few times
    Pia Iger: that is fine
Pia Iger: how did it feel?
Magdalena Colclough: it was so beautiful just to pause
Magdalena Colclough: I hadn’t realized how rarely I do, normally
