Working Group Meeting Minutes - July 11, 2018

Attending:  Stevenaia, Bleu, Eliza, Storm, Agatha

Away:  San, Riddle

1/  Annual Land Tier donations for July 22, 2018 - July 22, 2019 Group land

Stevenaia reported that only 6 donations of free 512 land tier were received, we needed 8 to lower tier level.  Stevenaia will advise each donor that they can take back their 512 donations.

2018 Yearly  SL Tier membership    July on 20th    $72.00

Total Amount required for 1 year    (35x12+72)=    $492.00

Less Cash from Linden Sale:        $160.00

 Amount Req'd for 2018:        $332.00

 Steve will send letter out to ask for 11 donations @     $30.00  —  $330.00

2/  Future events discussion mentioned Book Session and possibly coordinated art project to be discussed further.

3/  Eliza will announce the next Guardian Meeting -  Sunday, July 15th, 12pm SLT
