2018-04 Amsterdam Meet-Up/Retreat

This was a meet-up/retreat hybrid, with little structure at first, however the group
ultimately met for two enclosed PaB sessions, along with several in cafe's and restaurants
along the way.
It all actually started with a shout-out from Alfred to Pema, about meeting in Amsterdam,
which Pema quickly responded yes to! Alfred wasn't able to make it, but felt like a part of
things as many communicted with him through WhatsApp throughout the time.
In emails, the plans simply consisted of:
- April 2 and 3 during the whole day, and April 4 in the morning.
