Riddle Sideways: Morning Adams
Adams Rubble: Good mornign Riddle :)
Riddle Sideways: nice outfit
Adams Rubble: thank you :)
Riddle Sideways: a sailor?
--BELL--
Adams Rubble: sailor themed
Adams Rubble: :)
Riddle Sideways: been on a voyage?
Riddle Sideways: or going?
Adams Rubble: I have been on a long voyage since coming to PaB
Adams Rubble: :)
Riddle Sideways: yes yes
Riddle Sideways: please remind us of the first ref to sailing out
Adams Rubble: ha
Adams Rubble: I have no idea
Adams Rubble: I think it was something Pema said and lived to regret it :)
Riddle Sideways: hmmm
Adams Rubble: when I took it to the extreme
Adams Rubble: then said I should come ashore
Riddle Sideways: it took a while
Adams Rubble: but the call of the sea was in my blood
Adams Rubble: did you see my blog today?
Riddle Sideways: partly, am multi-reading now
Adams Rubble: https://rubblebornthoughts.wordpress...03/ysjcs-1725/
Riddle Sideways: for the reader, thanks
Adams Rubble: I did an old PaB exercise with a little twist
Adams Rubble: YSBS became YSJCS
Adams Rubble: or You Seeing, Christ Seeing
Adams Rubble: I haven't talked to you much about the three levels
Adams Rubble: I was very dubious but am beginng to see it
Adams Rubble: the first level is the way we usually see
Adams Rubble: living in our world
Adams Rubble: usually a constricted view
Adams Rubble: the second level is the expansive view. Religious practice is at this leve
Adams Rubble: it feels free but it is still not there
Adams Rubble: The Mahayana Buddhists talk about the Arhats
Adams Rubble: they were enlightened but were not non-dual
Adams Rubble: the third level is the non-dual level
Adams Rubble: the level of space time and awareness (knowledge)
Adams Rubble: It hasn't been coming to me so last night I tried YSJCS
Adams Rubble: to get on some familiar ground. Thus my blog post
Adams Rubble: still there?
Riddle Sideways: the previous day's blog with seeing the forest for the mosquitos, is a ramp up to it
Riddle Sideways: yes, was listening
Riddle Sideways: thinking
Adams Rubble: ohh those mosquitoes. I am a little better today
Riddle Sideways: how adding an in-between step makes climbing the stairs easier
Riddle Sideways: the jump from YS to YSBS was so big
Adams Rubble: yes, I never did very well with that exercise
Riddle Sideways: a bit easier with an extra step
Adams Rubble: needed to personalize it a little
Riddle Sideways: yes. and then un-personalized it
Adams Rubble: :)
--BELL--
Riddle Sideways: each of us around this pavillion studied differently
Riddle Sideways: and using any 'loaded' words put some off
Riddle Sideways: it helped others
Adams Rubble nods
Riddle Sideways: "Being" was not so Loaded
Adams Rubble nods again
Riddle Sideways: and each student could define 'Being' to themselves
Adams Rubble nods again
Adams Rubble: :)
Riddle Sideways: and yet, Be to the same place
Riddle Sideways: gone many places during that pause
Riddle Sideways: and yet ...
Adams Rubble: :)
Riddle Sideways: thinking most of the students through here, put down personal steps to help themselves
Adams Rubble: we look through different lenses
Riddle Sideways: jumping to Great Time/Space/Knowledge Seeing is a huge step for most all of us
Adams Rubble: speaking of that I was considerign doing You Seeing Buddha Seeing. I may do that yet
Adams Rubble: yes
Riddle Sideways: yes
Adams Rubble: I am having trouble staying in the abstract
Riddle Sideways: nods again
Adams Rubble: but it may be the fastest way to the "END"
Adams Rubble: that proverbial starting place
Riddle Sideways: and hard to stay in non-dual
Adams Rubble: you can lead an avatar to the end but you can't make him/her know they are there
Adams Rubble: yes, so hard to stay in the non-dual
Riddle Sideways: you can rez an avatar, but where are ya
Adams Rubble: sailing
Adams Rubble: :)
Riddle Sideways: ㋡
Riddle Sideways: yep
Riddle Sideways: a particularly pleasant place to get to was always "zeroth time"
Riddle Sideways: and seemed that had to go through non-dual place to get near there
Riddle Sideways: still like stepping stones
Adams Rubble: I think that is presence
Riddle Sideways: appreciate that ㋡
Adams Rubble: ")))
Riddle Sideways: a personal issue with presence is it is so close to mindfulness breathing
Adams Rubble: :)))
Riddle Sideways: which keeps on having that Inhale and Exhale
Riddle Sideways: which stays right there in dualism
Adams Rubble: a way into the second level
Riddle Sideways: yes
--BELL--
Riddle Sideways: then shifting to how to get to a third level
Adams Rubble: I am being told that we can get glimpses of the third level from the second level
Adams Rubble: like being a bodhisattva--seeking that third level
Adams Rubble: that part I made up
Adams Rubble: the bodhisattva part
Riddle Sideways: and easier to see from up high on the mountain
Adams Rubble: as long as you do not travel to the top with a tiger
Adams Rubble: (that is from my profile)
Riddle Sideways: re-checking your profile.
Riddle Sideways: hope you do not mind, but
Riddle Sideways: you might add Play
Riddle Sideways: into your 1st Life
Riddle Sideways: ㋡
Adams Rubble: :)
Riddle Sideways: like how that came out ㋡
Adams Rubble: I just changed my photo
Adams Rubble: sigh - how quickly I can slip into playing and not as Being
Adams Rubble: head like a sieve
Adams Rubble: got snagged by the tiger on the mountaintop
Riddle Sideways: am reading Memory, a book on memory that is trying hard to say it is really good to not remember everything
Adams Rubble: :)
Riddle Sideways: and it is probably very good not to get Stuck on trains of thoughts
Adams Rubble nods
Riddle Sideways: so, sailing boats are ok, but trains are not
Adams Rubble: :)
--BELL--
Adams Rubble: except for mind training
Riddle Sideways: after deep repeated thoughts (which is opposite the chat thread) maybe edit Shakespeare from Time to Plays
Riddle Sideways: what ya think
Riddle Sideways: sorry beel, sound is turned down
Riddle Sideways: mind training tracks leading from point A to point B
Riddle Sideways: ha, then wait in-terminal time to get on the next level ship
Adams Rubble: I'll think about your suggestion. must re-read the Shakespeare quote
Adams Rubble: terminals=waiting in anticpation
Adams Rubble: no place for the impatient
Adams Rubble: often are dirty places
Adams Rubble: lacking in beauty
Adams Rubble: rubbing elbows with humanity
Riddle Sideways: "the Ship said it would meet us right here, so let's wait a bit longer, it will be here"
Riddle Sideways: waiting for my ship to come in
Adams Rubble: terminals would be a good place to practice non-dualism
Riddle Sideways: Playing with words is such fun
Adams Rubble: if Rubble is the captain of your ship, God knows where it might be :)
Adams Rubble: sailing in circles maybe
Riddle Sideways: so distracted by playing with Godot captaining some awaited ship that might step off the mountain side
Adams Rubble: now that is a whopper mixed metaphor
Adams Rubble: :)
Riddle Sideways: we have been to the mountain top
Riddle Sideways: we have sailed the seas
Adams Rubble: can we sail back to our topic?
Riddle Sideways: a small Moses voice tells Noah to leave the animals down at the base of the mountain
Riddle Sideways: maybe
Adams Rubble: hoist the landlubbers, throw out the main sail, steady as she goes
Riddle Sideways: ay ay
Riddle Sideways: "Seeing"
Adams Rubble: there's work and play to be done me laddies
Adams Rubble: lads
Adams Rubble: yes, seeing
Riddle Sideways: all this Seeing
Riddle Sideways: seeing where you put yer feet
Adams Rubble: no time to consider that the word ladies is probably derived from laddies
Riddle Sideways: hmmmm
Adams Rubble: ah ha, the metaphor of the feet
Adams Rubble: stepping, seeing
Adams Rubble: the Spirit of God descending into our hearts
Adams Rubble: Divine Love
--BELL--
Adams Rubble: stopping and allowing it to fill us up
Adams Rubble: _/!\_
Riddle Sideways: breath in the Love, breath it out to the world
Riddle Sideways: hanging out on that third level
Adams Rubble: or at least visiting
Adams Rubble: a glimpse, a key
Riddle Sideways: will you have another cup of Kindness while we sit and glimpse?
Adams Rubble: :)
Adams Rubble: at this point we should be singing a hymn, having a benediction and go home with an expanded spirit
Adams Rubble: :)
Riddle Sideways: a verse about seeing so many other boats out on the water today
Adams Rubble: or rowing together in one big boat
Riddle Sideways: Michael rowed the boat ashore
Adams Rubble: while Rubble helped to sail in circles
Riddle Sideways: we'all rowed the boat asea
Riddle Sideways: hmmm
Adams Rubble: Thank you for this session
Riddle Sideways: Thank you for Play and
Riddle Sideways: adding a step
Adams Rubble: It is hard to leave this peaceful place
Adams Rubble: I wonder if anyone reads the chat logs anymore
Riddle Sideways: was about to and then looked at where feet might go. Nope will wait a bit longer
Riddle Sideways: /waves to gentle reader
Adams Rubble: if anyone is reading, we wish you were here :)
Riddle Sideways: yes,
Adams Rubble: we wish you peace and joy and freedom from fear and anxienty
Adams Rubble: whether you are reading or not reading
Adams Rubble: shhhhh
Adams Rubble: the bell is early
Riddle Sideways: oh, I think I see it coming
Riddle Sideways: waiting in zeroth time is much easier
Adams Rubble: I hope you have a very good day, Riddle
--BELL--
Riddle Sideways: and by All
Riddle Sideways: take care
Adams Rubble: bye :)
Adams Rubble: you too
