Chapter 13: Second Year: April-August

 The second year began with the celebrations in April. In May Pema proposed a retreat which eventually took place in California in late August. One hundred days before the retreat Pema began to meditate on the phrase Aprreciate the Appearance of the Presence of Being and reported to the group every few days. Genesis was a key figure planning the logistics for the first retreat.
