Set Design #1 and #2: Storm Nordwind held a two part workshop on designing sets on Sunday June 20 and June 26 at 11:00 am SLT. Storm wrote:

This is the first of two workshops on theater sets. It concentrates on lots of ideas and considerations for set design. Hopefully this will be useful to everyone for the next Art as Being project due on July 31st.
(It's not a general building workshop; go to the Ivory Tower or come to prim building on Friday for that!)

Rezzers are free to avatars whose current group is "playasbeinghere". There will be a rezzer dispenser in front of the stage during the workshop but I will also leave one in the Green Room by the control box after the show for anyone who wants one. This workshop has a theory bit and a practice bit. The theory bit will include a slideshow and last 20-25 minutes. The practice bit will last for as long as people want to stay!

Sunshine continued a prim workshop that she had begun in March on June 23 in a special building skybox. Sun provided the following description: What to do: Have an idea? Make it a project and start building. Or join someone else. If you're new, ask for help. What to expect: Collective creativity and collaboration. A soup of prims and ideas joyfully steaming together. Sun's African hut in the PaB village has a collection of nice textures and useful building tools to get you started. It will include all materials we use during the workshops as well.
