05.15.2016 WG Meeting Minutes - revised

1/  PaB Annual Tier donations have been requested and collection via Stevenaia's paypal account is underway with several donations already received.

 

 

2/  Eliza will invite prospective new guardian this week after posting notice and receiving no flags.

 

 

3/  Advertisements to the SL Community Board for Saturday 7pm sessions have brought some new people to PaB.

Steve will give some the ability to host events so more can post sessions and try some different times ... Bleu volunteered to try some.

 

 

 

 

5/  Eliza and Bleu to write up new Art Sculpture project "Art of Being Space and/or Time"  

to be installed in the ground level garden area on the event platform just east of the Pavilion.

6/  Next WG meeting was set for 3rd Sunday in June, 19th, at 12:30.  Earlier to accommodate schedules and time zones.

 

 

* 4/ Revised - Working Group (Stevenaia, Eliza, San, Ewan, Bleu) met again, May 22, to clarify item #4 above and to further discuss the issue of non-PaB group notifications via inworld group notices and group emails.  After discussion it was decided that the minutes from the last meeting did not accurately frame the discussion correctly and the WG sees no further need for discussion at this time.
