WG Minutes - June 19th, 12:30 pm 
 
attending were: Stevenaia, San, Ewan and Bleu 
not attending:  Eliza, Agatha, and Wol 
 
 
1/  Art Project 
 
July 17th is Art Project party and review of all projects, details tba 
 
Bleu will add notecard to exhibition sign 
 
question re:  particles - may be used but should be set to be contained within 
the 3m square as close as possible and within 15 prim project limit. 
 
 
2/  Budget Update 
 
Stevenaia reported that 13 PaB Guardians have donated so far for the coming 
year's group tier commitment, a few new people and a few missing from last year 
- Steve will contact a few that have not donated so far. 
 
total collected for next year is $500 of the $560 we that we need 
 
year will begin in august as both Steve's premium membership and the new year 
tier payments begin then. 
 
 
3/ Ewan's New Session - tuesdays 1pm 
 
Discussion about listing this session on the SL Event Calendar 
 
 
4/  SL Event Calendar Listings 
 
Currently, only property owners have this ability in their role as "owners"
 
we could add another category/role that has that ability for those who want to 
host events and list their event on the SL calendar. 
 
Steve and Bleu will experiment with setting that up ... to be continued 
 
 
5/  Next Meeting 
 
the next WG meeting was set for Sunday, August 21st, at 12:30 pm SLT 
 
 
6/  Other Business or announcements 
 
several new spaces have been built for PaBers to use ... 
 
Santoshima has provided in the Mieum Sim ground level: 
 thie Rain house 
 The KoiHouse  (seats 4) 
 a grassy area by the giant oak
 grassy sitting area in the PaB meadow west of Aphrodite's plot 
 
Bleu has added two on the ground level: 
 Yurt in Mieum 
 Pavilion in her Bieup plot
