WORKING GROUP MINUTES - October 16, 2016

1/  Druth's email regarding Calendar page on PaB Wiki

– Builder's group to check LM landing points and revise if necessary (these LMs should match the ones on the NC)

– Change to be made to wiki Calendar page:  

Place all locations outside PaB village under new heading:  “PaB–Related Event Locations” / this heading to be placed at the end of the page, as currently too prominent on the page (current title is “Meditation”, delete this old title, add the new, at bottom of page )

– any new changes/ additions to PaB NC/HUD to be reflected on the wiki page.

2 / All future suggestions/requests for changes to PaB Notecard and HUD should go to PaB Builder's Group:

Changes will then be checked by the WG, and forwarded to the wiki page Calendar manager (Druth).

3 /  PaB Art Project

– Create a space that will reflect our vision of what we honor and cherish using stone monoliths with image textures.

– Open to PaB Guardians and Friends of PaB.  Each participant will create and texture their own stone to be added to a circular installation creating a "Stonehenge" style space for reflection.

– Install by dec 1st, dec 21 for session

– Bleu to write up and send to WG prior to sending out to group.
