Working Group Meeting Minutes

Attending:  Stevenaia, Aphrodite, Bleu

Not Attending:  San, Ewan

1/  Funding update 

Stevenaia reported:

$552. in Donations was needed and requested for 

year beginning July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018 

we are short 182.24 short as of today in our collection for next year. 

Stevenaia will send out another request notice. 

2/  Art of Being 9 update 

Adams Rubble will exhibite her show during the month of June 

She will present a special talk on June 5th at noon. 

3/  Griefer update 

Most plots have banned (Illegalmexican) and he's no longer a member of "friends of Pab" 

no recent issues 

4/  Guardian Meetings 

A motion was made and voted upon to change the Guardian Meetings to once a month instead of every other week.   Eliza hosts one Guardian Meeting per month.   Additional sessions will be on an as needed basis due to special issues/needs.

5/  10th year Anniversary 

 some discussion on beginning to think about the 10 anniversary
