Working Group Meeting Minutes - December 28, 2017

Attending:  Stevenaia, San, Bleu

Not Attending:  Aph

1/  10th Anniversary Party
Aph has organized an initial 10th Anniversary Party meeting  for January 14th, 2018 at 12:30 SLT


2/  Bleu would like to step down as WG recording secretary after almost 2 years ... looking for someone to step up.
There was some discussion of encouraging others to participate on the WG.  Suggestion was made to ask all guardians to participate and take a turn on the WG.  Discussion was tabled until next WG meeting in January.



3/  WG Meeting Schedule for 2018
It was decided that meeting every other month was sufficient unless any needs arise to go back to monthly.
Next WG meeting is scheduled for Thursday, January 25th, 2pm, then every other month afterwards.
