2012.11.09-11 SL Retreat

We were eight participants. Aphrodite, Eliza, Eos, Maxine, Riddle, Santoshima, Wol, & Zen, met in the beautiful Play as Being retreat space in the sky (created by SophiaSharon and enhanced by Sunshine's teahouse), for a weekend retreat framed as a RL retreat with SL supports. We determined that this would be a simple retreat, designed to work well with everyone's RL needs.
 

On Friday, November 9th, we met for a little more than one hour, at 2pm SLT. We checked in with one another and set intentions for the time, along with pausing as we began and ended the session.

On both Saturday and Sunday following, we met twice a day for 2hrs, first at 6am SLT, which was early for our West Coasters, but worked as a way to gather avatars from many time zones, and later at 1pm SLT. During these sessions, with Wol and Eos's guidance, we took either 9 or 5 minute pauses, and held the light exploration of You Seeing (on Saturday), moving into Being Seeing (on Sunday).

We also intended a window of silence between times on Sunday which again, we each worked with in our own ways.

Many thanks were said among the group, and the sense was that we both supported one another individually, and experienced a kind of group support that emerged as something offerable on the whole. We'd like to do more of these - perhaps as one day retreats.
