    Eliza Madrigal smiles
Eden Haiku: Oh yes, it is today, thanks for reminding us Adams!
    Riddle Sideways: yep, almost Spring
Riddle Sideways: today? thought it was tomorrow
    Adams Rubble: tomorrow
Eliza Madrigal: (brb, have to give doggie antibiotic)
Eden Haiku: Equinox is today I think.
Adams Rubble was trying to be ironic
Riddle Sideways: looks askance at Farm's Almanac
Eden Haiku: Oh yes, poor George is being sick. Hope it's not too serious...
Riddle Sideways: Alexa reads Farm's Al manic most mornings
Eden Haiku:A cold Spring Adams, I see the irony :)
Riddle Sideways: oh dear. what is ill with George
Riddle Sideways: and the need to take irony suppliments
Eden Haiku: Something wrong the poor little doggie.
Eden Haiku: Irony supplements ah ah, I need that :)
Eliza Madrigal: back, yes... inflamed liver :( got into something and became quite ill quite quickly...
Eliza Madrigal giggling at irony supplements
Eden Haiku: Is it potentially dangerous Eliza? Liver is quite sensitive...
Eden Haiku: You must be worried...
Riddle Sideways: doggies=vacuum cleaners of questionable food objects
Eliza Madrigal: has been very worrisome, yes :( He has been behaving better the last few days

    Eden Haiku: 4 meds! wow!
Riddle Sideways: 4 times a day or all at once?
Eliza Madrigal nods... has been a hospital in the apartment... daughter with symptoms that are possibly b12 deficiency, diabetic cat on insulin, and then George...
Eliza Madrigal: 4, only two at same time
Eliza Madrigal: everyone on a diff schedule :)
Eden Haiku: b12 deficiency, that’s quite serious...Is she vegan?
    Eliza Madrigal: ah, life!
    Riddle Sideways: 5 timers set?
Eliza Madrigal: she isn't... but I don't think she's been eating well at boyfriend's, where she lives
Eden Haiku: So many people and pets to take care of Eliza, you have to be careful to keep a balance and take care of yourself too...
Riddle Sideways: can not live on macDonald's only
    Riddle Sideways: like the pres
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
Eliza Madrigal: lots of timers :) thanks.... yes, I've been doing so much better healthwise since not having to spend hrs a day in the car, but lately feel a bit inundated
Eliza Madrigal:my steps are even almost to edens! ^.^
    Riddle Sideways: wow
Eliza Madrigal: give or take 3500 or so, lol
Eden Haiku: yes, flooded by all this, oh! Wonderful for the steps Eliza!!!
    Riddle Sideways: ㋡
Eden Haiku: That's excellent in your climate!

    A poem for party

Eliza Madrigal: and now I'd like to write a poem for party... so how to make the thought space
Eliza Madrigal: (most steps on treadmill)
Eden Haiku: Ah, it’s good too :)
Eden Haiku: A poem. Start one now, with us, this morning. Let this be a thought space!
Eliza Madrigal soaks up everyone's restfulness
Riddle Sideways: claim line 3 in which senceless humour goes astray
    Riddle Sideways: whooops sorry bell
Eden Haiku: Riddle speaks in riddles this morning :)
    Eliza Madrigal: :))
Riddle Sideways: and Eden always thinks it is a good time to start a new poem
    Eden Haiku: I do!
Riddle Sideways: where is your put-off-ness
Eliza Madrigal: PaB sessions often leave me inspired, so maybe poem will unfold today since I'm here... but I'm terrible at 'on the spot' poems, hehe
    Eliza Madrigal listens to everyone
Eden Haiku: I would start with "thought space". Lovely expression.
    Eliza Madrigal smiles
Eden Haiku: Opening some thought space
Eliza Madrigal:3 breaths on a snowy sleepy morning
Eden Haiku: birds tweeting a virtual Spring
Riddle Sideways: 4 avs on their butts
    Riddle Sideways: no no no
Eden Haiku:the collective intelligence of our silence
Eliza Madrigal splashes water at Riddle
Eliza Madrigal: Being, still and knowing
Eden Haiku: irony pills running into our bloods
Eden Haiku: cracking jokes to crack our shells
    Riddle Sideways: hmmm
Eliza Madrigal: body speech and mind
Eden Haiku: each one of us wrapped into a personal cocoon of thoughts
    Eden Haiku:flashes from the unconscious
    Eliza Madrigal:harvested by cambridge analytica
    Eliza Madrigal: (sorry, hehe)
    Eden Haiku:worries, plans and masterplans
    Eden Haiku: synchronizing our wavelenghts
    Eden Haiku: without any rythm
    Eden Haiku: nor tempo
    Eliza Madrigal: mingling master minds
    Eden Haiku: discordant
Riddle Sideways: going afar looking up speeling of gesundheit and researching the Gesundheit! Institute
    Eden Haiku: ah!
Riddle Sideways: need to be hospitalized there
    Eden Haiku: True?
Eliza Madrigal: sounds like dr seuss...institute for sneezes
Riddle Sideways: if it is in Wikipedia it has to be true

    --BELL--

Riddle Sideways: ok... enough of Patch Adams... back to rythem and rhymes
    Adams Rubble looks for patches

    Eden met a heron

Eden Haiku: Met a heron on my last journey into the middle world
    Eliza Madrigal listens
Eden Haiku: he had a message about stillness
Eden Haiku: The Spring equinox was about stillness, for me and for the group it was about friendliness. Saw gold threads running through everyone in the circle. We were 25 that night.
Eden Haiku: Saw a virtual man I didn't know sitting in the middle of the circle, beating his drum.
Eden Haiku: From each of our hearts, a gold energy thread was running through him.
Eden Haiku: We had been told before the journey this man was going to pass away the next morning at 9 o'clock (by assisted death) and he had asked for our blessings,
    Eden Haiku: End of story:)
Eliza Madrigal considering the way we energize and/or drain one another ... stillness nurturing
Eden Haiku: Time of remembrance coming soon for you Riddle?
    Eliza Madrigal: nice, Eden, ty
    Eden Haiku: smiles
    Adams Rubble: back
    Riddle Sideways: yes, smiles
Riddle Sideways: yes, kitchen spring cleaning starts today
Eden Haiku: It seems yesterday when you told us the stories you recall in your family at that time of Passover...
Eden Haiku: Waiting for many guests Riddle?
Riddle Sideways: not as many this year
Riddle Sideways: many have grown up
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
Riddle Sideways: many have moved on
Eden Haiku: How was the graduation by the way?
Riddle Sideways: this might be the last year for one family here
    Eden Haiku: Oh!
Riddle Sideways: graduation is not until May
Eden Haiku: Oh, sorry. Confusing past and future :)
    Riddle Sideways: easy to do
    Riddle Sideways: Past happens
Eden Haiku: Time is strange isn'it?
Riddle Sideways: and the stories longer
Riddle Sideways: and more stories to tell
    Eden Haiku: yes

    30 days project

    -
Eden Haiku:likes very much the 30 days project. Thanks for initiating it Eliza!
Riddle Sideways: yes, thank you Eliza
Eden Haiku: loves reading your inputs
Eden Haiku: This is certainly a space for thought!
    Adams Rubble: yes, thank you
    Eliza Madrigal: thanks for participating....
Riddle Sideways: in the middle of the night. maybe awake, maybe not composing tomorrows posting or dreaming doing it
    Riddle Sideways: all confused
Eliza Madrigal: it feels so integrating and nice
    Eden Haiku: it does
Eliza Madrigal:as much of a practice as the bells and breaths
Eliza Madrigal: to just check in
Eden Haiku: yes: it keeps us on our toes
Eliza Madrigal:I always feel like I can SEE everyone posting :)
Riddle Sideways: and hearing a Storm smile and wave
    Eden Haiku: Nice :)
Eliza Madrigal: what a beautiful surprise that was
Eliza Madrigal: and newest guardians participating with oldest
Eden Haiku: Dream session this Thursday at noon SLT Eliza?
Eliza Madrigal: yes! this is the last one before a few weeks break
Eliza Madrigal: it was so lovely having you there last time Eden
    Riddle Sideways: Thursday!
Eliza Madrigal: must reconsider times and recordings again
    Riddle Sideways: not Tuesday
Eden Haiku: I loved the experience Eliza :)
Eliza Madrigal: May I ask, is the middle world, this one, what we think of as 'this one'?
Eden Haiku: The virtual world you mean?
Eliza Madrigal: in the drumming meditation the guidance was upper world... tree branches, mountain tops, clouds. Lower world roots, caverns, etc.
Eden Haiku: I think the shamans didn’t account for Second Life :)
    Eliza Madrigal giggles
Eden Haiku: That would be a fourth realm
Eliza Madrigal: 'fourth place' comes up in various writings I suppose
Eliza Madrigal: but I wondered what you saw as the middle world, when you journeyed with the heron
Eden Haiku: Yes.Middle world is "ordinary reality" what we call "real life", real places...
    Eliza Madrigal: ah, okay
Eden Haiku: But then you can meet a heron who can talk in the middle world :)
    Eliza Madrigal: just like SL
    Eden Haiku: Yep!
    Eliza Madrigal grins

    Eliza followed an egret

Eliza Madrigal: I followed an egret along a lake a few weeks back... it was a wonderful experience... trying to move at its pace
Eden Haiku: And you have to make sure you go with a power animal because it can be a dangerous place this middle world, with hungry souls and so on... Not sure exactly...
    Eliza Madrigal: ooh
Eliza Madrigal: so the energizing vs draining energies
Eden Haiku: Following an egret in RL Eliza?
    Eliza Madrigal: yes
Eliza Madrigal: at least until it lost me
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
Eden Haiku: Ah! good omen for your writing!
Eden Haiku: Egrets, ibis, herons: all heralding the Egyptian God Thot of sacredwritings!
Eliza Madrigal: powerful connotations, didn't know
Eliza Madrigal:the egret actually took me through a group of ibis and one (smaller) cattle egret that were hanging around a bench...
    Eden Haiku: Wow!
Eliza Madrigal: cattle egrets are so unusual, as likely to be in a busy intersection as in a pasture
Eliza Madrigal: and they seem so calm there in the middle of the noise and smoke
Eliza Madrigal: just plodding along :)
Eden Haiku: Messengers from another world :)
    Riddle Sideways: or standing
    Eliza Madrigal: yes!
    Eliza Madrigal: reminders
Eden Haiku: Inspiring a poem maybe? Following an egret...
Riddle Sideways: yes, there were a pair on herons living in the left turn lane in florida
    Eliza Madrigal: haha
    Eden Haiku: smiles
Eliza Madrigal: yes I suppose they adapt, and also feel safe there since they know they can fly at any time?

    --BELL--

Riddle Sideways: drivers very upset the wildlife would be on a road they built through the everglades
    Eliza Madrigal: sigh...
    Eden Haiku: drivers...
Eliza Madrigal: so so many drivers
Riddle Sideways: locked in their steel boxes
    Riddle Sideways: separated from wildlife
Riddle Sideways: until one pecks at their fender
Adams Rubble: I must go. Bye everyone. Have a very good day :)
Eliza Madrigal: bye Adams :) you too
    Riddle Sideways: by Adams
